AUTONOMOUS LASER TREATMENT SYSTEM FOR AGRICULTURAL OBJECTS
Various embodiments of an apparatus, methods, systems and computer program products described herein are directed to an agricultural observation and treatment system and method of operation. The agricultural treatment system uses a treatment unit for emitting a laser at agricultural objects. The treatment unit is configured with a treatment head assembly that includes a moveable treatment head with one or more laser emitting tips. A first and second motor assembly are operated by the treatment unit to control the movement of the treatment head. The first motor assembly includes a first motor rotatable in a first rotational axis. A first linkage assembly is connected to the first motor and the treatment head assembly. The first linkage assembly is rotatable by the first motor. The second linkage assembly is rotatable by the second motor.
Device for cutting structure and method for cutting structure
A cutting device capable of efficiently cutting an object with a simple configuration includes a grasp unit including a first grasper and a second grasper movable in an opening and closing directions to grasp the object, a cutting unit disposed side by side with the first and second graspers and moved in a cutting direction along the opening and closing directions to cut the object, and a position setter setting a cutting start position and a cutting end position based on respective positions of the first and second graspers that are grasping the object, respectively.
Welding carts with tool-less securing systems
Welding carts with tool-less securing systems are disclosed. In some examples, a welding cart may be configured to retain and/or transport a welding-type power supply. The cart and power supply may have bracket holes configured to receive bracket ends of a securing bracket. The bracket ends may be received by the bracket holes when a shaft retaining the securing bracket is engaged with a rotational lock of the cart. An actuator connected to the shaft may be configured to rotate the shaft to engage the rotational lock. A resilient member may bias the bracket ends out of the bracket holes when the shaft is disengaged from the rotational lock. A captive fastener attached to the shaft may ensure that the shaft and bracket remain captive to the cart even when the shaft is disengaged from the rotational lock and/or the securing bracket is biased away from the cart.
TOOL FOR INTERVENTION ON THE WALL OF A FLUID PIPE, WITH MOTORIZED ROLLERS
A tool for intervention on the wall of a fluid pipe, comprising a duct segment through which the fluid is intended to flow when the tool is in the pipe, and at least first and second modules for creating seals between the wall of the pipe and the duct segment, to isolate the fluid circulating in an outer part of a section of the pipe, between the first and second seal creation modules.
The tool includes motorized rollers for moving the tool in the pipe and a module for determining the location of the tool in the pipe.
METHODS AND APPARATUS TO POWER A CRANE ON A WORK TRUCK USING AN ENGINE-POWERED SERVICE PACK
Methods and apparatus to power a crane on a work truck using an engine-powered service pack are disclosed. An example auxiliary power system for a vehicle includes an engine, a generator configured to convert mechanical energy from the engine to electrical energy, and power conversion circuitry configured to provide electrical power to a crane to enable the crane to lift at least a portion of a rated load, and configured to convert the electrical energy from the generator to output DC power.
Stamping Strip Manufacturing System
A stamping strip manufacturing system comprises a stamping machine forming terminals in a strip by stamping, a supply reel around which the strip to be stamped is wound for supplying the strip to be stamped to the stamping machine, and a recovery reel around which the stamped strip is wound for recovering the stamped strip. The system further includes an autonomous mobile robot on which a cutting tool and a welding tool are mounted. The autonomous mobile robot is adapted to cut off an unqualified strip segment of the stamped strip having an unqualified terminal by operating the cutting tool, and to weld two cut ends of the cut strip to each other by operating the welding tool.
HIGH POWER LASER TUNNELING MINING AND CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT AND METHODS OF USE
There are provided high power laser and laser mechanical earth removing equipment, and operations using laser cutting tools having stand off distances. These equipment provide high power laser beams, greater than kW to cut and volumetrically remove targeted materials and to remove laser affected material with gravity assistance, mechanical cutters, fluid jets, scrapers and wheels. There is also provided a method of using this equipment in mining, road resurfacing and other earth removing or working activities.
WELDING CART WITH CABLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A welding cart with a cable management system may include a frame, a shelf adapted to support a welding machine, a plurality of upright members, a plurality of wheels supporting the cart, one or more pairs of holders disposed on one or more sides of the cart, and a removable bar that may be releasably secured to the one or more pairs of holders. The bar may be releasably secured to the holders via a pin-and-hole mechanism and may have a hook adapated to hold welding equipment such as cables. The bar may be releasably secured to a first pair of holders disposed on a side of the cart or a second pair of holders disposed on another side of the cart. This system provides additional, easily accessible storage space for welding tools and accessories while still being compatible with a wide variety of portable welding machines.
PORTABLE JOBSITE SKID SYSTEM
A portable jobsite skid system, including a skid-mounted enclosure made of formed sheet and structural metal, comprising a roof, side panels, and two doors, a first microbulk vessel containing a first pressurized gas, and a second microbulk vessel containing a second pressurized gas, a gas mixer configured to mix the first pressurized gas and the second pressurized gas, and quick disconnect ports configured to connect a gas mixture to the end user. The system may include between two and four doors. The system may include at least one self-contained welding machine, and a means for providing the pressurized gas to the self-contained welding machine.
Mobile Tool Equipped Workstation Assembly
A mobile tool equipped workstation assembly for creating, repairing, and servicing jewelry includes a cart, which comprises an upper plate. An item that is to be manipulated can be positioned on an upper face of the upper plate. An air compressor is attached to the cart and a plurality of tools is removably attached to the cart. The tools are air powered. Each tool is operationally engaged to the air compressor by means of an associated air hose of a plurality of air hoses.
