Rotatable fixturing platform
Systems, methods, and apparatus for a rotatable fixturing platform having a rotisserie, a modular fixturing platform, and a mounting assembly. The rotisserie includes a base with an extensible frame. The extensible frame includes a plurality of support assemblies and a plurality of extensible arms. Each extensible arm extends from one of the support assemblies and has a bearing. The mounting assembly includes a plurality of mounting brackets coupled to the fixturing platform and an axle assembly. The axle assembly is secured to bearings of the extensible arms.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
A method for forming a component includes providing a first layer of a mixture of first and second powders. The method includes determining the frequency of an alternating magnetic field to induce eddy currents sufficient to bulk heat only one of the first and second powders. The alternating magnetic field is applied at the determined frequency to a portion of the first layer of the mixture using a flux concentrator. Exposure to the magnetic field changes the phase of at least a portion of the first powder to liquid. The liquid portion couples to at least some of the second powder and subsequently solidifies to provide a composite component.
WORKPIECE SUPPORT DEVICE INCLUDING ROTATABLE WORK TABLE
A work table support device capable of adapting to a plurality of applications. The workpiece support device includes a base; a conductive work table rotatably supported on the base; a current-collecting brush that is fixed to the base, slidably contacts an end face of the work table, and supplies electric power to work table, and a cover that is removably attached to the base, surrounds the current-collecting brush and the end face, and includes cover segments that can be assembled and disassembled one another.
FABRICATION LAYOUT DEVICE & METHOD
Techniques and devices are disclosed for fabrication layout device. The device includes a table with a work surface. The work surface being a continuous surface and configured to support a plurality of railing pieces for fabrication of a railing assembly. The device further includes a beam located above the work surface. The beam is operatively coupled to the table, such that the beam moves relative to the work surface in a first direction. Attached to the beam is an ink dispenser. The ink dispenser is configured to move along the beam in a second direction different from the first direction. The ink dispenser is further configured to dispense ink onto the work surface of the table in the form of a pattern of the railing assembly. Railing pieces are positioned on the pattern so that they can be assembled to one another.
Welding Table Elevating and Rolling
A welding table with elevation system, powered with cordless drill, gear reducer, chain, sprockets and, ultimately turning screw posts synchronously, lifting four telescoping legs. Maximum elevated height exceeds most work benches for height matching, and a minimum height goes lower than most low tables. Folding wheel system is independent, lever operated, and works in conjunction with the elevation system. Once table rolls into position, drill is activated, braking is instant, the table lifts itself from the wheels. Wheels are then folded up, a position necessary during minimum height, as the frame gets closer to the ground. This low height enables sitting roll stool usage, and knees and legs enter the rear frame opening. Two drawers above conceal the wheels, have a lever locking system, and necessary when rolling the table. The table top is heavy, one piece removable with normal modular patterned holes throughout, and the addition of large oval holes, and top side overhang, both establishing C-Clamp usage.
METHODS AND MACHINES FOR THE CUTTING PROCESSING OF A PLATE-TYPE MATERIAL
The invention relates to a method for the cutting processing of a panel-type material in a machine which comprises a processing station in a machine base frame, and the processing station is assigned a loading and unloading station. The panel-type material is laid on a pallet which is movable between the processing station and the loading and unloading station, and the pallet is moved into the processing station for subsequent processing and is positioned on a pallet carrier of the machine base frame for the subsequent processing of the panel-type material, wherein, before the start of the processing process of the panel-type material by the processing unit, the pallet is lifted from the pallet carrier by an air spring device and is positioned in a manner decoupled from the pallet carrier, and after the processing process of the panel-type material, the pallet is coupled to the pallet carrier.
Rotary Positioner with Outriggers.
Present invention relates to a rotary positioner that allows a welding table's work surface to be set at an angle as desired by a user. Two vertical frames can move and slide along the length of a chassis-bar to adjust the distance between the two vertical frames. As long as the length of a welding table does not exceed the total greatest distance between the two vertical frames, the present invention can fit any work table or welding table. Caster wheels and height adjustment knobs allow for easy movement and balancing of the rotary positioner.
Machines for the separative machining of plate-shaped materials
The invention relates to machines for the separative machining of plate-shaped workpieces using a machining tool. The machines include two workpiece support surfaces for supporting the workpiece, between which a gap is formed, and at least one carriage that is movable in or along the gap, and is connected to at least one covering element. The covering element at least partially covers the gap and includes a chain with a plurality of chain links. The chain links can have a brush support on an upper side and are designed to pivot with respect to one another, wherein at least two mutually adjacent chain links have a pivot-limiting angle () with respect to the longitudinal axis of each of the chain links such that, with a rectilinear orientation to one another and without exposure to force, the chain links assume a non-planar profile.
