A fixation apparatus includes a base, a wire fixing device mounted on the base, and a pressing device mounted on the base. The wire fixing device positions and fixes a wire on a circuit board and includes a fixing frame mounted on the base and a moving unit received in a receiving chamber of the fixing frame. The fixing frame has a first positioning groove. The moving unit is movable between a clamping position and a release position and has a second positioning groove coupled with the first positioning groove. The wire is inserted into a wire insertion hole in the circuit board between the first positioning groove and the second positioning groove when the mobile unit is moved to the release position. The wire is clamped and fixed between the first positioning groove and the second positioning groove when the moving unit is moved to the clamping position.

Each groove which extends in the width direction of the heat-resistant magnetic domain refined grain-oriented silicon steel is formed by splicing several sub-grooves which extend in the width direction of the heat-resistant magnetic domain refined grain-oriented silicon steel. The manufacturing method for a heat-resistant magnetic domain refined grain-oriented silicon steel comprises the step of: forming grooves on a single-sided surface or a double-sided surface of a heat-resistant magnetic domain refined grain-oriented silicon steel in a laser grooving manner, a laser beam of the laser grooving is divided into several sub-beams by a beam splitter, and the several sub-beams form the several sub-grooves which are spliced into the same groove.

A method for producing a hollow conductor is specified. The hollow conductor has a first hollow-conductor section and a connecting section. The first hollow-conductor section contains a non-weldable aluminium alloy and the connecting section contains a weldable aluminium alloy. METHOD FOR MONITORING AN ATTACHMENT AREA DURING THE LASER WELDING OF BENT BAR-TYPE CONDUCTORS CONTAINING COPPER
A method for monitoring an attachment area during laser welding of bent bar-type conductors containing copper, includes the steps of arranging a first bar-type conductor relative to a second bar-type conductor in partially overlapping fashion and welding the first and second bar-type conductors to one another using a processing laser beam, the welding including forming a weld bead interconnecting the bar-type conductors to one another. After the welding, at least one measurement variable is measured on at least one portion of the weld bead, wherein the at least one measurement variable changes with the temperature of the weld bead as a function of the time during a cooling down of the weld bead. A parameter depending on a heat capacity of the weld bead is determined from the at least one measured measurement variable, and the attachment area qualitatively or quantitatively determined from the parameter.

The present invention relates to the field of 4D printing, and particularly to an electro-responsive folding and unfolding composite material for 4D printing, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for regulating shape memory behavior thereof. In the process of layer-by-layer printing, conductive layers are embedded into a pre-designed shape memory polymer matrix through spray-coating and laser-irradiation nano-fusion welding, to manufacture a folding and unfolding structure with electro-responsive shape memory behavior. The distribution and range of heat affected zones in the electro-responsive shape memory folding and unfolding structure are controlled by adjusting the number of electric heating layers energized and the value of an energizing voltage. The speed of shape recovery and the degree of shape recovery of the structure are regulated according to a magnitude relationship between a shape recovery force F.sub.recovery and a resistance F.sub.resistance to shape recovery of the structure.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR WELDING FOILS
A method and associated device for joining a battery cell tab to a plurality of foils associated with a plurality of electrodes of a battery cell are described. This includes arranging the plurality of foils in a stack, and joining, via a first joining device, the plurality of foils, wherein the first joining device defines a joining region. A portion of the battery cell tab is arranged on the plurality of foils, and joined, via a second joining device, to the plurality of foils. The second joining device generates a weld joint that is encompassed within the joining region defined by the first joining device. In doing so, weld quality and strength of internal welds in a battery cell may be improved by reducing the occurrence of porosities and cracks in the foil/tab weld joints.

The method includes detecting a relative position of a first conductor end and a second conductor end of a group of conductor ends, and controlling a welding energy input to the conductor ends to be welded depending on the detected relative position. A welding apparatus for performing the welding method is also provided.
