Concrete nailer having magazine cutout for deep tracks
A concrete nailer has a cutout defined by a magazine. The cutout is disposed proximate the drive track of the concrete nailer and provides the concrete nailer with sufficient reach to perpendicularly nail a complete range of U-shaped channels or track available to the job site against concrete, even though the magazine accommodates both long and short nails. The concrete nailer has the added ability to nail thick boards like 24's to concrete.
Cartridge-type rivet feeding mechanism of flow drill screwing device
Disclosed is a cartridge-type rivet feeding mechanism of a flow drill screwing device including a rivet box, a magazine for storing rivets from the rivet box, a rivet pulling mechanism including a rivet pulling block, a rivet pulling block guide housing and a linear driving unit connected with the rivet pulling block, a blowing mechanism including a curved connecting tube and a third air inlet, the rivet pulling block is defined with a T-shaped through hole capable of accommodating a rivet and configured for transferring the rivet from the first connecting tube to the second connecting tube. The first air inlet and the second air inlet are both configured for introducing compressed air to push the rivet to move towards the riveter head.
Device for separating and aligning pin-shaped piece goods
A device for separating and aligning pin-shaped piece goods exhibiting a head and a shank includes a funnel-shaped receptacle for receiving the piece goods. The receptacle has two wall sections which delimit the receptacle in a front area, and a rear wall, which are arranged in sections opposite one another and in each case inclined outwards at an angle to the central transversal plane of the receptacle. An endlessly circulating conveying means is arranged underneath a recess which spaces apart the two wall sections and which is arranged at a same angle () as the wall sections inclined relative to the central transversal plane and conveys the piece goods from a receiving plane to a higher discharge plane. The conveying means has a conveying plane provided with drivers. The recess is delimited by parallel front edges of the wall sections which are arranged in a V-shape tapering towards the conveying means and terminate above the conveying means or in a plane with the conveying means. The drivers are in the form of cylindrical pins which are arranged at a distance from one another in the direction of circulation of the conveying means and extend essentially perpendicular to the conveying plane of the conveying means.
SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLED DISTRIBUTION OF COMPONENTS
A system for controlled distribution of components, the system including a vibrating bowl provided with an enclosure having a wall extending right around an axis of revolution of the bowl and in which the components are placed in bulk, and an articulated gripping arm provided to distribute the components to the automatic assembly installation, the vibrating bowl including an ascending helical ramp extending along an internal face of the wall between a base and an upper edge of the vibrating bowl constituting an exit of the ramp, the components being able to travel along this ramp towards a supply platform, particularly a slide, on which at least one component is arranged in advance of its seizure by the articulated gripping arm, the supply platform being connected to the exit and extending above or in the enclosure of the vibrating bowl.
APPARATUS FOR SUPPLYING FASTENER FOR JOINING PANELS
An apparatus for supplying a fastener for joining two different types of panels includes: a first bowl which accommodates fasteners of at least three specifications, aligns first fasteners of a first specification by a first guider, sequentially supplies the first fasteners to a supply unit through a first rail, and drops downward fasteners other than the first fasteners by a first dropping unit of the first guider; and a second bowl which is disposed at a lower side of the first bowl, accommodates the first fasteners dropped from the first bowl, aligns second fasteners of a second specification by a second guider, sequentially supplies the second fasteners to the supply unit through a second rail, and drops downward fasteners other than the second fasteners.
ALIGNMENT APPARATUS FOR HAIRPIN-SHAPED HEAT EXCHANGER TUBES
There is provided an alignment apparatus capable of aligning hairpin-shaped heat-exchanger tubes at a regular pitch. An insertion position side is configured as a regular pitch alignment unit where arrangement plates are provided at an interval that is double the pitch of through-holes in a fin stack. An upstream side is configured as a wide pitch alignment unit where arrangement plates are provided at an interval equal to an integer multiple of two or more times the regular pitch alignment unit. The regular pitch alignment unit is provided with stopper apparatuses that stop the hairpin-shaped heat-exchanger tubes at different positions on the upstream side and downstream side in an inclined direction for the respective arrangement plates. The wide pitch alignment unit is capable of moving along an alignment direction of the arrangement plates so as to allow the hairpin-shaped heat-exchanger tubes to move in order starting from the arrangement plates, out of the arrangement plates of the regular pitch alignment unit, where the hairpin-shaped heat-exchanger tubes are stopped at a more downstream position.
Fastener delivery system
A fastener delivery system includes an escapement mechanism configured to control dispensing of associated fasteners located in a column one associated fastener at a time and a rotate and present apparatus operable with the escapement mechanism. The apparatus is configured to rotate between a fastener receiving position and a fastener loading position. In the fastener receiving position the apparatus is adapted to receive each associated fastener released from the escapement mechanism, and in the fastener loading position the apparatus is configured to present each associated fastener to an associated fastener installation device. The escapement mechanism is adjustable in a height direction relative to the apparatus.
PART STOPPING/PASSING UNIT, AND THREAD FASTENING DEVICE
