HAND-HELD DEVICE
A hand-held device is a portable device configured to be attached to and detached from a metal board, and includes a casing and a magnet disposed in the casing. The hand-held device further includes a moving unit disposed so as to surround the magnet when an attachment face of the casing that is attached to the metal board is viewed from the front, the moving unit being configured to move so as to extend in a direction in which a distal end portion of the moving unit moves away from the attachment face of the casing when the casing is detached from the metal board.
HAND-HELD DEVICE
A hand-held device is a portable device configured to be attached to and detached from a metal board, and includes a casing and a magnet disposed inside the casing so as to be attracted to the metal board via an attachment face of the casing. The hand-held device further includes an urging element for urging the magnet so that the magnet moves in a direction away from the attachment face when the casing is detached from the metal board.
Machining status display apparatus
A machining status display apparatus includes a display device having a display screen, a stability lobe picture creator creating, based on specifications of a tool to be used, display picture data for displaying a stability lobe as a correlation diagram between a spindle rotation speed and a limit depth of cut of the tool above which regenerative chatter occurs, a first machining information picture creator creating display picture data for displaying machining related information other than regenerative chatter corresponding to set machining conditions, and a display controller displaying the stability lobe and the machining related information with the stability lobe and the machining related information superimposed one on another on the display screen of the display device based on the display picture data created by the stability lobe picture creator and the display picture data created by the first machining information picture creator.
CONTROL DEVICE FOR OPERATING A MACHINE TOOL, IN PARTICULAR A MILLING MACHINE OR LATHE, AND CORRESPONDING MACHINE TOOL
A control device for operating a machine tool having a motor-driven, traversable and positionable tool head. The control device executes a freely programmable control program and determines or co-determines the sequence of operations of the machine tool. The control device also comprises a user interface for influencing the sequence of operations of the machine tool by manual control, at least one operating element for manually controlling changes to movements of the tool head being formed on the user interface. A multi-functionally designed operating element is designed to manually preset or influence a feed rate during a machining phase of the tool head and which multi-functionally designed operating element, in a second usage mode, is designed to manually preset or influence a rapid-traverse rate during a rapid-traverse phase of the tool head. The multi-functionally designed operating element is designed as a rotary actuator operating element comprising a continuously rotatable actuating member.
ELECTRONIC MANUAL FOR MACHINE TOOL
An electronic manual for a machine tool includes a display part for displaying handling instruction display point icons and internal display point icons on an image of the machine tool in an overlapping manner, and a control part for displaying, when the handling instruction display point icon is selected, handling instructions or a list of handling instructions corresponding to the handling instruction display point icon, and displaying, when the internal display point icon is selected, an image of the interior of the machine tool corresponding to the internal display point icon overlapping the handling instruction display point.
Machine tool
A machine tool is configured so that a working area in which a workpiece is worked using a tool can be monitored, and includes a cover that is provided to cover the working area, and isolates the inside of the machine tool that includes the working area from the outside, at least one camera that is provided to the inner side of the cover, and captures the inside of the machine tool, and a touch panel that is provided to the cover, wherein the touch panel includes a display panel and an input operation panel, and the display panel displays an image of the inside of the machine tool that has been captured by the at least one camera.
MACHINE TOOL PROVIDED WITH DISPLAY DEVICE
A machine tool in which a splashguard, which surrounds a machining part for machining a workpiece with a tool, defines a machining chamber includes a window provided in the splashguard and through which the interior of the machining chamber can be viewed, a display device attached in the vicinity of the window, and a display control device for displaying an actually captured video showing a workpiece machining operation or a simulated video of a workpiece machining operation on a screen of the display device in synchronization with a current operation of the machine tool by changing the screen of the display device in accordance with need.
MACHINE TOOL
This machine tool comprises a machining chamber in which machining of a workpiece is performed, and a tool storage chamber in which a plurality of tools are stored. The machine tool is further provided with a partition which partitions the machining chamber and tool storage chamber from one another. The machine tool is positioned on the front side of the machining chamber, and is equipped with a first sliding door that moves in the width direction, and a second sliding door that is positioned on the front side of the tool storage chamber and that moves in the width direction. The first sliding door and second sliding door are positioned in such a manner that one of the sliding doors is positioned on the front side of the other sliding door, and when one of the sliding doors is opened, said door overlaps with the other sliding door.
MACHINING STATION, WORKPIECE HOLDING SYSTEM, AND METHOD OF MACHINING A WORKPIECE
The machining station can include a table; at least three robots each having a multi-axis mover secured to the table, and a gripper opposite the table, the robots being interspaced from one another on the table; and a controller. The controller controls the robots to hold a workpiece in a coordinated manner. The computer numerical command (CNC) machine-tool system machines the workpiece while the workpiece is held by the robots. The workpiece can be moved into and out from the machining station with a trolley which slidingly engages a trolley path formed within the table.
Control panel for a machine tool
A control panel for a machine tool has a housing (1). The housing comprises a housing base part (2) and a housing front part (3). A display (19) and a control element panel (20, 21) are attached to the front part of the housing. In the region of the housing bottom side, the housing front part is connected to the housing base part by miter hinges so that it can be swiveled to provide access to the interior of the housing. Fold-out supports (13) make it possible to use an alphanumeric keyboard (15) for maintenance work. Indentations (5) on both sides of the housing rear allow the housing to be easily grasped. Control elements (18) are arranged in the indentations.
