The retention elements comprise two claws with curved profiles and opposing concavities, which are inserted so that they can slide in respective mutually opposite slots of the support in order to translate between an open position, in which they do not interfere with the insertion/extraction of the pin, and a closed position, in which they engage a circumferential groove of the pin that has been inserted into the support, in opposing positions. The claws are functionally interconnected in an opening/closing relationship by an actuation screw which is positioned so as not to interfere with the pin and has threaded ends which engage corresponding threaded holes which are provided in the claws.

The monitoring arrangement also comprises a transmitting device (14) and a receiving device (21), wherein the transmitting device (14) is constituted such that it transmits the determined or calculated parameter or parameters redundantly to the receiving device (21).
CLAMPING MODULE FOR MACHINE TOOL AND METHOD OF DETERMINING CURVATURE OF GUIDE FACE OF CLAMPING MODULE
A clamping module for a machine tool is proposed. The clamping module includes: a body having a mount hole that a pull stud enters; a plunger configured to clamp or unclamp the pull stud by sliding forward or backward radially from a center of the mount hole; a plunger pin protruding from a side of the plunger and configured to freely rotate; and a clamp plunger having a guide groove configured to move the plunger forward and backward by interfering with the plunger pin while moving up and down inside the body, in which the guide groove has a first guide face for moving forward the plunger to a clamping position and a second guide face for moving backward the plunger to an unclamping position; and the first guide face is an arc-shaped curved shape having a uniform radius of curvature.
CLAMPING DEVICE
A clamping device for clamping an insertion nipple (7), including a clamping element (11) which can be axially moved, by a drive motor (9) via a screw mechanism (13), between an open position in which the insertion nipple (7) can be introduced into a receiving opening (8) of the clamping device and withdrawn from the same, and a clamping position in which the insertion nipple (7) introduced into the receiving opening (8) is retained in the same. The clamping device has an impulse unit (12) with a rotary part (40) which is mechanically coupled to the rotor (31) of the drive motor (9), and by which, for each revolution, a rotary impulse can be transmitted, at least once, to an impulse-receiving part (41) of the impulse unit (12) via the screw mechanism (13), in order to axially move the clamping element (11).
Synchronous self-locking pneumatic adaptive fixture used for the machining of annular thin-walled parts
The invention discloses a synchronous self-locking pneumatic adaptive fixture used for the machining of annular thin-walled parts, belonging to the technical field of mechanical machining. The synchronous self-locking pneumatic adaptive fixture includes a zero point positioning system, a base body, a plurality of pressure plate mechanism assemblies, a plurality of columns, a plurality of support mechanism assemblies and a plurality of adaptive support body assemblies. Among them, the pressure plate mechanism assemblies complete the axial compression of the workpiece through the lever force increasing mechanisms and the orthogonal self-locking mechanisms. And the support mechanism assemblies complete the radial support of the workpiece through the rod slider mechanisms and the orthogonal self-locking mechanisms. The invention not only has high clamping efficiency and good stability, but also can ensure the reliable clamping and safe machining of the workpiece when the air source is disconnected.
