ZERO-POINT CLAMPING DEVICE
In a zero-point clamping device (1) for centered locking of an object (2) with repeat accuracy, in particular a workpiece, a tool or a pallet, the zero-point clamping device comprising: a housing (4), a receiving opening (5) worked into the housing (4), which has a centering axis (6) with which the object (2) is aligned during the clamping process, and two opposite clamping slides (7, 8), each of which is mounted axially displaceably in a bore (9) provided in the housing (4) and which open into the receiving opening (5) during the clamped condition and thereby act on the object (2) or a carrier part (32) and center it,
on the one hand, this should enable a reliable, permanent and repeatable fixing of a large number of workpieces, tools, pallets or other objects (2) and, on the other hand, the housing (4) of the clamping device (1) should be extremely compact, i.e. its external dimensions can be kept extremely small in height and diameter.
This is achieved in that, an actuating element (11) is rotatably mounted in the housing (4), the axis of rotation (12) of which actuating element (11) runs parallel to the clamping slides (7, 8), a through-opening (13), which is aligned perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis (10) of the clamping slides (7, 8), is incorporated in each clamping slide (7, 8), and a pivot pin (14, 15) is inserted into each through-opening (13), one free end (16) of which pivot pin (14, 15) engages in a guide groove (18) incorporated in the actuating element (11) and is connected to the guide groove (18) in a driving arrangement, and the opposite second free end (17) of the pivot pin (14, 15) is inserted into an abutment (21) associated with the housing (4) and is held in the latter in a tilting arrangement.
TOOLING BASE
A tooling base that is an improvement over current designs in the form of simplified number of parts, easier manufacturing of parts and that can be actuated for clamping and releasing a tooling fixture by pneumatic, other computer controlled means as well as manually is described. The tooling base uses clamping fixtures that are spring loaded to press cleats into recesses on alignment studs that locate and hold any variety of tooling fixtures to the base.
Zentrierkonus und Spannvorrichtung
A centering cone for positioning a fastening element in a receptacle of a clamping device. The centering cone has an internally located cone section with a cone-shaped inner surface to which a one-piece spring section is connected in a radial direction. The spring section is configured to deform slightly under a radially applied force to provide a certain tolerance for receiving the fastening element.
MOUNTING SYSTEM WITH SELF ALIGNING CAM SYSTEM
A mounting system having a dual plunger arrangement wherein the side of each plunger has a pull down cam to provide a desired pull down action in relation to at least two studs, the cams moving relative to one another and axially aligning relative to one another relative to the two axially spaced pull down studs to allow the plungers to provide a maximum hold down force for the two pull down studs, balance the hold down forces thereby maximizing performance and reducing unlocking forces.
Safe robotic tool changer
In an inherently safe robotic tool changer, a master unit couples to a tool unit via a first power source, and decouples from the tool unit using a separate, second power source. The second power source is only available when an attached tool is safely disposed in a tool stand. In embodiments where the first power source is not selectively applied, such as the constant bias provided by a spring, a detent mechanism maintains the master unit in a decoupled state when the master unit is removed from the tool unit. The detent mechanism allows the master unit to couple to a different tool unit upon physically abutting the new tool unit.
Technological equipment for tank track moving supports
A technological equipment for tank track moving supports is provided and includes a zero-point positioning system, a workpiece identifying system and a clamping apparatus in cooperation with the moving support, the clamping apparatus includes a tooling plate, a clamp and a pressing device for pressing the moving support are detachably connected to the tooling plate, the moving support is located between the clamp and the pressing device, and the pressing device abuts against the moving support. The moving support with different shapes and sizes can be clamped, and the clamping is stable and convenient to operate.
PROCESSING DEVICE AND PROCESSING METHOD
The present invention is provided with: a first processing position (A1) and a second processing position (A2) at which rough processing is performed on a workpiece (W); a third processing position (B1) at which final finishing processing is performed on the workpiece (W) that was processed at the second processing position (A2); flexible vices (7) provided to the first processing position (A1) and the second processing position (A2), the flexible vices (7) securing the workpiece (W) by clamping the same; and a quick clamping device (20) provided to the third processing position (B1), the quick clamping device (20) securing the workpiece (W) by means of a pin. The present invention is also provided with a control unit that controls a rough processing tool for performing rough processing and a final finishing processing tool for performing final finishing processing.
Pneumatic-fixation connecting Device
A pneumatic-fixation connecting having a body, a movable part, a plurality of spheres, a plurality of elastic units, and a plurality of stop units is disclosed, wherein each of the elastic units is disposed between the body and the movable part via each of the stop units, respectively. When an external force is applied on the movable part, the distance between the movable part and the body is reduced and the sphere does not block the connecting pin in the extension tube inside the body. When the external force disappears, the distance between the movable part and the body increases such that the sphere affixes the connecting pin and the body. The stop unit can be used, not only to adjust the length and elastic force of the elastic unit so as to extend the life cycle of the elastic unit, but also to help in changing the elastic unit which in turn enhances the efficiency of the replacement work.
ADAPTION DEVICE FOR MOUNTING FIXTURE
The adaption device is fastened to a workstation, and fixtures may be conveniently and reliably joined or detached from the adaption device. The adaption device mainly includes a main member having a number of sockets on a front side for mounting a fixture. Inside the main member, there are specifically-shaped blocks in an indentation of the main member, a shaft with dual sets of threads of opposite directions driving the blocks to move away from or towards each other, and rods in radially directional ducts driven by the blocks to move along the ducts into the sockets to lock the fixture 30 and automatically restored by elastic elements. A fixture as such may be conveniently, reliably, and precisely installed on a workstation through the adaption device, and the adaption device allows the manufacturing of products of large varieties to be conducted economically and efficiently.
