This invention relates to a battery providing safety measures in case of ingestion. A battery may include a radiopaque marker distinguishing the battery from coins when x-rayed. A battery may include a pressure-sensitive coating that deactivates the battery in the absence of pressure.

Antibodies to TNF α and use thereof

The present invention is directed to antibodies and fragments thereof having binding specificity for TNF-. Another embodiment of this invention relates to the antibodies described herein, and binding fragments thereof, comprising the sequences of the V.sub.H, V.sub.L and CDR polypeptides described herein, and the polynucleotides encoding them. The invention also contemplates conjugates of anti-TNF- antibodies and binding fragments thereof conjugated to one or more functional or detectable moieties. The invention also contemplates methods of making said anti-TNF- antibodies and binding fragments thereof. Embodiments of the invention also pertain to the use of anti-TNF- antibodies, and binding fragments thereof, for the diagnosis, assessment and treatment of diseases and disorders associated with TNF-.

MULTI-ANALYTE SENSING TISSUE-INTEGRATING SENSORS

Some embodiments described herein relate to a sensor that includes a first a first polymer-luminescent sensing compound configured to produce a first luminescent signal in the presence of a first analyte and a second polymer-luminescent sensing compound configured to produce a second luminescent signal in the presence of a second analyte. The second luminescent signal can have a luminescent lifetime that is at least 1.1 times greater than a luminescent lifetime of the first luminescent signal. Such temporally differences in signal can be used to deconvolute the first luminescent signal from the second luminescent signal even when, for example, the first luminescent signal and the second luminescent signal have the same or a similar emission spectrum.
