Mounting system for a grinding machine
A mounting system includes a magnet core arranged for positioning inside a magnet coil. The magnet core includes a cylindrical, elongate receiving region with a central axis, a rapid-mounting mandrel arranged for insertion into the cylindrical, elongate receiving region, and a discoid workpiece driver, detachably fastened to the rapid-mounting mandrel and extending normal to the central axis. A one of the magnet core or the rapid-mounting mandrel includes a rapid-mounting device for mounting the rapid-mounting mandrel in the magnet core. Example embodiments may includes the rapid-mounting device integrated into the magnet core or integrated into the rapid-mounting mandrel.
Clamping apparatus
A pair of locking members (22) (22) protruding upward relative to a housing (1) and configured to be inserted into a hole of a workpiece are arranged to be capable of being respectively pressed onto right end left portions of an inner peripheral surface of the hole. Wedge surfaces (33) (33) of a clamp rod (32) are respectively engaged with the locking members (22) (22) from above. The clamp rod (32) is driven by a driving means (D) downward for clamping and upward for unclamping. The clamp rod (32) includes recesses (50) (50) formed, in an outer peripheral surface of the clamp rod (32), at a portion of the clamp rod (32) which is located below the wedge surfaces (33) (33). The recesses (50) (50) accommodate the locking members (22) (22) so that inner lower portions of the locking members (22) (22) in an unclamping position contact each other.
Fixture for supporting a workpiece
A fixture for holding a workpiece includes clamps configured to engage tie rods secured to the workpiece, locating pins configured to engage a corresponding pin secured to the workpiece, pads, and actuators configured to move clamps for alternately drawing the workpiece into contact with the pads and disengaging the tie rod from the clamp such that the fixture assembly can release the workpiece.
Clamping apparatus
When an operation portion (38) provided at an axial end portion of a valve member (37) is pushed into a valve case (31) provided to a first block (3), a clamping apparatus transitions from a first state, in which communication between: each of a primary-side pressure fluid supply/discharge port (34) and a secondary-side pressure fluid supply/discharge port (35); and a pressure fluid discharge port (36) is open, to a second state, in which communication between: each of the primary-side pressure fluid supply/discharge port (34) and the secondary-side pressure fluid supply/discharge port (35); and the pressure fluid discharge port (36) is closed.
Rapid Assembly System
A rapid assembly system includes a mounting and a plate removably mounted onto the mounting. The system has connection devices between the plate and the mounting. Each device also includes a clamping means for holding the plate against the mounting; a tooth having a pair of tooth engagement surfaces arranged in a V-shape, the theoretical intersection of which extends in a tooth direction; and a groove with a pair of groove engagement surfaces for engaging the tooth engagement surfaces.
Machining Fixture
A machining fixture, comprising a base, an air cylinder, an air cylinder piston and connecting rod, a supporting guide sleeve, a sliding supporting seat, a thrust ball bearing holder and spherical bead, a floating platform, a first connecting screw, a compression block, a pin shaft, a push rod pin, a second connecting screw, a center positioning shaft, a third connecting screw, a guide sleeve, a supporting plate, an oil cylinder piston and connecting rod and a one-way oil cylinder. The floating centering self-clamping machining fixture is for machining flange-type, which improves positioning accuracy and machining precision. The fixture has an automatic returning floating platform, achieving the automatic alignment of the parts; after the alignment, a floating support moves down and is changed to a rigid support, improving stability; and a positioning rod continues to move down, such that a workpiece is automatically clamped by an ejector rod oscillating arm mechanism.
Cylinder device with force multiplier
An output rod (27) is inserted in a housing (4) so as to be movable vertically. A first piston (41) inserted in a lower part of the housing (4) is fixed to the output rod (27). A second piston (42) inserted on an upper side of the first piston (41) is fitted on the output rod (27) so as to be movable vertically. A lock chamber (44) is provided between the first piston (41) and the second piston (42). A first release chamber (51) is provided below the first piston (41). A second release chamber (52) is provided above the second piston (42). During force multiplication driving of the output rod (27), a pressurized fluid in the lock chamber (44) carries out the force multiplication driving with respect to the output rod (27) downward via the second piston (42) and engaging balls (69). A retaining spring (60) which biases the second piston (42) upward is provided in the lock chamber (44) between the first piston (41) and the second piston (42).
Multi-axis alignment tool
A multi-axis alignment tool including: a main body, a primary base, a puck, a first puck adjuster, a second puck adjuster, a puck retainer, a secondary base, a first pivot pin, a second pivot pin, a pivot block, a clamp head, an adjustment pin, a lock-down spacer, a first clamp finger, and a second clamp finger, wherein the multi-axis alignment tool is configured for to at least one of clamp, align, and position a work part in three axes.
MEMBER REPLACEMENT DEVICE
A member replacement device includes: an operational member (9) which is rotatably accommodated in a recess (8) formed in a base-end-side end face of a output rod (5), the operational member (9) being configured to press and move the output rod (5) toward the leading end side in the axial direction; and a biasing member (10) which is provided inside the cylindrical hole (6, 7) or with which the cylindrical hole (6, 7) is filled, the biasing member (10) being configured to press and move the output rod (5) toward the base end side in the axial direction. The operational member (9) is pressed and moved by a cam surface (25a) of a cam rod (24) inserted into a guide hole (23).
