MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool includes a trough which collects chips; a mobile unit which is located above the trough and moves in the longitudinal direction of the trough on a bed, is configured from a first beam member, a second beam member, and a connecting member connecting the first beam member and the second beam member, and is formed with a hollow that opens toward the trough from above; a first guide which supports the mobile unit in such a manner that the mobile unit is movable in the longitudinal direction of the trough; a second guide which faces the first guide across the trough, and supports the mobile unit in such a manner that the mobile unit is movable in the longitudinal direction of the trough; and a cradle, both ends of which are supported by the first beam member and the second beam member.
AUTOMATICALLY REPLACEABLE FIXTURE PLATE
An automatically replaceable fixture plate is configured to be mounted onto a saddle and is configured to directly fix a workpiece or mount a fixture for fixing the workpiece. The automatically replaceable fixture plate has a post and a main plate body. The post is configured to be clamped or released by a tightening and loosening mechanism of the saddle for being fixed to or detached from the saddle. The main plate body is fixedly connected to the post and has multiple fixing holes to make the main plate body fixed with respect to the workpiece or the fixture via bolts. With the post and the main plate body, the automatically replaceable fixture plate allows a machine tool to automatically replace the means of fixing the workpiece.
Vehicular Apparatus And Method For CNC Metal Cutting Operations At Unpowered Jobsites
The present inventive concept discloses design providing for the mounting of a CNC cutting machine upon a sturdily framed wheeled vehicle. The vehicular cutting machine can then be transported upon its own integral structure, to practically any jobsite. This mobility is a particular advantage to the customer at the jobsite where there is a requirement for a smaller number of precision parts in a short time during a plant or facility start-up, shutdown, or power outage. The inventive concept presents a method of use of CNC cutting machines that has not been used in the metal-cutting industry, oftentimes because of harsh road environments or the sheer difficulty of designing and building a self-powered, self-equipped CNC cutting machine. The present inventive concept negates the problems previously encountered by the prior art, and makes possible a cutting machine which is transportable and immediately available for operation upon reaching a designated website.
COOLING STSTEM OF MACHINE TOOL BODY CASTING
A cooling system of machine tool body casting includes a body casting, a cooling device, and a fan. The body casting is provided with an inner space, an inlet end, and an outlet end. The inlet end and the outlet end are connected with the inner space. The cooling device is disposed at the inlet end. The fan is disposed on one side of the cooling device for inputting external air, such that the external air is input into the inner space and discharged from the outlet end. Therefore, the fan triggers the cold air to flow in the inner space for cooling down the heat of the body casting.
Manufacturing system
A manufacturing system including a base and multiple work machine modules that are arranged in an arrangement direction on base to be attachable to and detachable from base, in which one wheel of a pair provided on work machine module is engaged with one rail of a pair provided on base in a state in which positional deviation in the arrangement direction is prohibited, and the other wheel of the pair is engaged with the other rail of the pair in a state in which positional deviation is permitted in the arrangement direction, thereby the position of work machine modules on the base in the arrangement direction is specified, and work machine modules are fixed at a setting position on the base to be restricted so as to be drawn toward the base by a module fixing mechanism that is provided on the base.
Work machine
A work machine includes: a bed having a table positioned on the upper surface thereof; sidewalls positioned to the left and right of the bed and projecting to the rear of the rear surface of the bed; support members for each supporting the bed in relation to a floor surface by using two points on the sidewalls to the left and right of the bed, and using at least one other point; a vertically moving body for moving along a pair of left and right vertical guides positioned in the vertical direction down to the vicinity of the floor surface on the rear surface of the bed; and a vertical drive means for moving the vertically moving body as one of the abovementioned relative movements, and having a pair of left and right feed screws positioned in parallel with the vertical guides.
SETTING-UP METHOD AND WORKPIECE MACHINING SYSTEM COMPRISING A SETTING-UP MODULE
A workpiece machining system including a setting-up module and a machining module for producing workpieces. The setting-up module includes at least one first tool-holder attachment device for removably attaching at least one tool-holder and at least one first workpiece-carrier attachment device for removably attaching a workpiece-carrier. The machining module includes at least one second tool-holder attachment device for removably attaching at least one tool-holder and at least one second workpiece-carrier attachment device-for removably attaching a workpiece-carrier, such that the tool-holder and the workpiece-carrier-can both be transferred after setting up from the setting-up module to the machining module.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A CONFIGURABLE INDUSTRIAL MACHINE
A system and method for a configurable machine bed that includes a set of modular blocks, wherein each module block comprises a defined longitudinal extrusion cavity and a set of coupling interfaces; wherein in a first assembled configuration, at least two modular blocks are rigidly coupled at opposing coupling interfaces of the at least two modular blocks; and optionally including a machine tooling element coupled to at least one modular block.
Machine tool
A machine tool includes a rotation table unit including a rotation table configured to rotate with respect to a first axis. The rotation table unit is configured to move along a second axis that is orthogonal to the first axis. The machine tool includes a spindle unit including a spindle configured to rotate with respect to a third axis that is orthogonal to the first axis and the second axis. The spindle unit is configured to move along the third axis. The machine tool includes a bed that supports the rotation table unit and the spindle unit. A front part of an upper surface of the bed includes a recess in which the rotation table unit is arranged. The spindle unit is located at a rear part of the upper surface of the bed.
Machine tool including rotation indexing device
A machine tool includes a rotation indexing device. The rotation indexing device includes a frame accommodates a rotary shaft, a drive motor rotationally drives the rotary shaft, a drive transmission mechanism accommodated in a space inside the frame, and a detection device. The drive transmission mechanism includes a gear mechanism, and the space includes one or more storage parts for storing lubricating oil. The detection device detects a height position of an oil level of the lubricating oil, and is provided on a one-to-one basis with respect to a detection target storage part, which is set as a detection target, of the one or more storage parts.
