The second installation portion includes a protruding portion that protrudes beyond the lateral wall of the first installation portion in the second direction. The protruding portion has formed therein a through hole through which the flow path passes.

A worktable for tile cutter with water drainage assembly includes a movable platform and a pivotable guiding member. The movable platform has a drainage channel defined therein. The guiding member has a diversion channel defined therein and communicated with the drainage channel. The guiding member has a first diversion opening and a second diversion opening respectively located on two ends thereof. When the movable platform is in a first position, the first diversion opening is inclined downwards such that the diversion channel guides the water from the drainage channel through the first diversion opening to a water collection tank located under the movable platform. A structural component for a machine tool is formed from a mineral casting and at least one sensor module is integrated into the structural component, wherein the sensor module is completely enclosed by the mineral casting and contains at least one sensor for detecting a mechanical load of the structural component during operation of the machine tool.

The subject disclosure relates to a machine apparatus. The machine apparatus may perform work on one or more work pieces. The machine apparatus may be augmented or reconfigured to work on a plurality of different work pieces in specific and unique configurations.

A complex machine tool for cylindrical workpieces has a bed, a headstock assembly, at least one supporting assembly, and at least one machining assembly. The bed has three tracks being respectively a first track, a second track, a third track arranged in order. Each one of the three tracks defines a respective guiding direction, and the three guiding directions of the three tracks are mutually parallel. The headstock assembly is connected to the bed, and is located near one of two ends of the second track. The at least one supporting assembly is mounted on one of the three tracks and is used for supporting the cylindrical workpiece. The at least one machining assembly is mounted on one of the three tracks, is slidable along the track, and is located on a position at a spaced interval from the at least one supporting assembly.

A horizontal assembly press apparatus for performing a press-fit operation of a workpiece assembly along a horizontal axis includes a machine body unit, two moving units, two camera units, two pressing bed units and a processing unit. The machine body unit includes two main machine bodies defining an operating channel therebetween. The moving units are respectively and movably disposed on the main machine bodies. The camera units fetch images of the workpiece assembly entered the operating channel and output image signals. The pressing bed units are operated to press the workpiece assembly. The processing unit receives and analyzes the image signals, determines a target position of the horizontal axis, controls movement of the moving units to bring the pressing bed units to the target position, and controls movement of the pressing bed units to perform the press-fit operation of the workpiece assembly.

A machine tool includes a bed including a bottom surface and legs arranged at three positions of the bottom surface. The bed includes two oblique sides arranged such that the bottom surface has a triangular shape. The machine tool also includes a first support surface arranged on the bed and extending along a substantially horizontal first axis, a work table supported by the first support surface so as to move along the first axis, a second support surface arranged on the bed and extending along a substantially horizontal second axis, which is perpendicular to the first axis, and a machining unit supported by the second support surface so as to move along the second axis.
