A lathe for plastics spectacle lenses, having a machine bed, having a tool mount or workpiece mount which is arranged at least indirectly on the machine bed, and having a subassembly which is arranged at least indirectly on the machine bed, wherein the workpiece and the tool can be oriented in relation to one another via the solid-body joint.
Machine tool having a multiplicity of stationary tool spindles
A machine tool has a multiplicity of stationary tool spindles that are optionally displaceable from a retracted rest position into an extended working position are positioned at various positions in a frame-like stand which defines and comprises machining space, and has a workpiece manipulator by way of which a workpiece support is movable multi-axially in translation and preferably also in rotation. In order to create advantageous loading conditions, it proposed that a loading door is associated with at least one of the leg walls defining the machining space, and that a workpiece support holder, which is equipped with a coupling for the workpiece support, is arranged on at least one, preferably on both, loading door panel fronts.
Vertical machining center
A vertical machining center includes a base; a tilting rotary table, a tool spindle, a tilting shaft, a recessed area, a slide door, and an inner cover. The tilting rotary table is disposed on the base and configured to turn and tilt a table face of a rotary table. The tool spindle is rotatable about a vertical axis line and movable in an X axis direction, a Y axis direction, and a Z axis direction. The tilting shaft is disposed in the tilting rotary table and oriented in the Y axis direction. The recessed area is disposed on a front surface of the vertical machining center. The recessed area is adjacent to a support supporting the tilting shaft. The slide door is configured to cover the front surface. The inner cover is integral with the slide door. The inner cover is configured to cover the recessed area.
Modular structures for motion stages
A modular structure includes a structural element, a rod, a knuckle, a rod mount, and a bearing holder. The knuckle is connected to a first end of the structural element and the rod mount is connected through the structural element. The bearing holder is removably connected to an actuated member and slides along the rod held by the rod mount.
Milling machine
A milling machine including a frame (2) having a work surface (2.1) disposed in a vertical plane and a C-shaped moving bridge (3). In addition, the machine includes: at least three heads (7), each head including a machining spindle (15); and five movement axes (X, Y, Z, A, B), such that the moving bridge (3) is moved by the frame (2) along a horizontal axis (X). Each head (7) is moved independently on the moving bridge (3) along a vertical axis (Y) in order to be moved towards or away from the work surface (2.1) along a depth axis (Z) perpendicular to both the horizontal axis (X) and the vertical axis (Y), as well as rotating independently about a first axis of rotation (A). Each spindle (15) rotates independently about a second axis of rotation (B).
Centring arrangement for a component carrier
The invention relates to a centring arrangement for a component carrier, in particular for a mounting frame for structural aircraft components, having a centring pin, a centring receptacle for the centring pin, and a rotary drive for rotating the centring pin about a longitudinal axis of the centring pin, so that the centring pin can be brought into centring engagement with the centring receptacle as a result of the rotation. The invention further relates to a method for centring and locking a centring receptacle.
MACHINE TOOL, IN PARTICULAR MULTI-SPINDLE MILLING MACHINE
The present invention relates to embodiments of a machine tool, in particular a multi-spindle milling machine, comprise a machine frame, a workpiece clamping device for clamping a workpiece, an axis slide assembly arranged on the machine frame, and a spindle carrier assembly which is arranged on the machine frame and has at least two tool-carrying work spindles. The axis slide assembly is configured to linearly move the workpiece clamped at the workpiece clamping device by way of three controllable linear axes X, Y and Z. The work spindles are arranged at a turret which can be rotated or swiveled about a turret axis at respectively equal distance from the turret axis, and the spindle axes of the work spindles are aligned or can be aligned in parallel to one another and in parallel to the turret axis.
POSITIONING ARRANGEMENT
A workpiece positioning arrangement comprises a positioning device for positioning a workpiece as well as a decoupling device for the decoupled storage of the positioning device, wherein the decoupling device comprises a carrier element, on which the positioning device is arranged, and a base element, on which the carrier element is supported. For decoupling the dynamic reaction forces of the positioning device on the base element, the carrier element is supported on the base element so as to move freely at least in a certain range, preferably essentially free of counterforces, in a sliding manner.
Worktable for tile cutter with water drainage assembly
A worktable for tile cutter with water drainage assembly includes a movable platform and a pivotable guiding member. The movable platform has a drainage channel defined therein. The guiding member has a diversion channel defined therein and communicated with the drainage channel. The guiding member has a first diversion opening and a second diversion opening respectively located on two ends thereof. When the movable platform is in a first position, the first diversion opening is inclined downwards such that the diversion channel guides the water from the drainage channel through the first diversion opening to a water collection tank located under the movable platform. When the movable platform is in a second position, the second diversion opening is inclined downwards such that the diversion channel guides the water from the drainage channel to the water collection tank. Therefore, the draining worktable can provide a good drainage effect.
Machine for machining and/or measuring a workpiece, comprising two pivotable transverse members
