POSITIONING DEVICE, IN PARTICULAR TOOL POSITIONING DEVICE, FOR A PROCESSING CENTER, AND PROCESSING CENTER WITH SAME
A positioning device, in particular a tool positioning device, for a processing center that comprises a compound slide with a first slide movable in a longitudinal direction of the processing center and a second slide that can be moved in a transverse direction relative to the first slide. The first and the second slides have a matching offset configuration of the sides opposite each other, that bear guides and guide elements that interact with each other in order to guide the second slide in the transverse direction. These guides and guide elements are in part arranged at different heights in a vertical direction in such a manner that the second slide is guided on the first slide on at least two spaced apart guiding points, wherein the guiding distance between the guiding points varies during a traversing motion of the second slide relative to the first slide in the transverse direction.
MACHINE TOOL
The invention provides a machine tool capable of facilitating a switching between a guide bush mode and a non-guide bush mode. A machine tool comprises a headstock provided with a main spindle for gripping a workpiece, a rail extended along a main spindle axis, a first bearing fixed to the headstock and guided on the rail, a second bearing fixed to the headstock on the front side of the first bearing and guided on the rail, a supporting bed on which a guide bush is removably mounted, and a guide mounted on the supporting bed to movably support the headstock in a direction of the main spindle axis when the guide bush is removed. The rail provides a larger play on the second bearing when the headstock is supported by the guide than when the headstock is not supported by the guide.
Machine tool
Disclosed is a machine tool including: a base having a pair of first-axial slides facing each other at both sides of a mounting space; a saddle coupled to the first-axial slides of the base to slide in a first axis direction and having a pair of second-axial slides facing each other; a crosspiece coupled to the second-axial slides of the saddle to slide in a second axis direction and having a pair of third-axial slides facing each other; a vertical ram coupled to the third-axial slides of the crosspiece to slide in a direction perpendicular; and a table disposed in the mounting space of the base to be able to rotate relative to the base.
STRADDLE-TYPE STEEL SECTION PROCESSING DEVICE OF MULTIPLE SADDLES
A straddle-type steel section processing device of multiple saddles is disclosed, which comprises: a machine unit, a holding unit, a Z-axis direction processing unit, a pair of Y-axis direction processing units, a Y-axis direction guiderail unit and a Y-axis direction driving unit. In an embodiment, the Y-axis direction processing units are arranged respectively at the two sides of the Z-axis direction processing unit while allowing each to slide in a Y-axis direction as each Y-axis direction processing unit is further being mounted on a crossbeam of a base fitted on the machine unit. By sildably mounting the side saddles of the Y-axis direction processing unit on an end surface of the crossbeam, not only a desire condition of stable positioning can be achieved, but also the processing accuracy is enhanced.
Sliding seat device with surrounding structure
A sliding seat device with surrounding structure, which is applied to a bridge type machining center, includes a main body provided with a sliding portion; a sliding seat slidingly disposed on the sliding portion and reciprocating along an X-axis direction of the main body, the sliding seat provided with a housing; a sliding pillar passing through the housing and reciprocating along a Z-axis direction of the main body, one side of the sliding pillar provided with a protruding rail disposed along the Z-axis direction of the main body; an assistant plate connected with the sliding seat and facing the protruding rail; and an adjusting unit passing through the assistant plate and pushing against the protruding rail, the adjusting unit correcting a vertical bias between the sliding pillar and the main body.
Five axis machine tool
A machine tool has at least 5. A tool holder assembly permits a tool holder spindle to be displaced relative to the frame along a first axis of translation and along a second axis of translation perpendicular to the first axis of translation and implementing slides in a plane forming an angle of between +40° and +50° relative to the first axis of translation. A part holder assembly permits a part to be displaced along a third axis of translation perpendicular to the other axes of translation, about a first axis of rotation parallel to the third axis of translation and about a second axis of rotation perpendicular to the first axis of rotation. The length of the precision path connecting the part to the tool via the frame and the assemblies of the machine is less than 1600 mm.
Machine tool having a workpiece carrier that is driven on one side
The machine tool (10) has an asymmetrically constructed workpiece positioning device (16) which runs on three guide rails (17, 18, 19). It comprises two carriages (20, 45) which are connected together by a workpiece carrier (31) that is mounted so as to be rotatable about the A axis. While the first carriage (20) serves for the longitudinal and rotary positioning of the workpiece carrier (31), the second carriage (45) is provided merely for supplementary weight support. This results in a mechanically slimline, low-weight structure with high positioning accuracy. High dynamic loadability and thus a high machining rate and particularly high vibration resistance is allowed.
Guide Device, Precision Support for a Linear Rail and Adjusting Method
The present invention relates to a guide device for a machine tool comprising a base body having at least one contact surface, a guide rail having at least one bearing surface and a guide axis, and a plurality of exchangeable support plates for positioning the guide rail on the base body.
Machine tool, in particular lathe
A machine tool, in particular a lathe, including a machine frame having an upper tool carrier support portion, a lower tool carrier support portion and a spindle carrier portion arranged between the upper and lower tool carrier support portions, a spindle carrier, being arranged on or at a height of the spindle carrier portion of the machine frame, supporting a main spindle configured to receive a workpiece W, the main spindle having a horizontally arranged spindle axis, one or more tool carriers, each tool carrier being supported on a tool carrier assembly being arranged on either the upper tool carrier support portion or the lower tool carrier support portion of the machine frame. Wherein a lower side-surface of the lower tool carrier support portion, to which the one or more tool carriers are mountable, is arranged to have an overhanging inclination.
MACHINE TOOL WITH TWO INDEPENDENT CARRIAGES
A machine tool has a substantially straight guide element extending along a first axis; two carriages, which are arranged at a fixed distance from one another along the guide element and are capable of sliding together along the guide element; a slide, which is interposed between the two carriages, is carried by the two carriages and can slide relative to them along a second axis perpendicular to the first axis; and a milling head, which is carried by the slide and is configured to carry a milling tool.
