The polishing head management system includes: a storage device, a pick-and-place device and a data acquisition device, where the storage device is used to store polishing heads; the pick-and-place device is used to pick a polishing head or place a polishing head into the storage device; the data acquisition device is connected with the storage device and the pick-and-place device, and is used to record at least one management cycle of the polishing head.
MACHINE TOOL, MEASUREMENT APPARATUS, METHOD FOR GENERATING WORKING DATA, CLADDING METHOD, METHOD FOR SETTING TEMPERATURE OF A WORKPIECE
The invention relates to a machine tool (10) comprising a machine controller (19), a machine frame (11), a work table (13), a tool holder (14), preferably of a standardized design, multiple translational and/or rotational axes (12a, 12b) for adjusting the relative position of the work table (13) and the work holder (14), a tool magazine (16) for one or more material-removing, in particular machining tools (15), a tool-change mechanism for automatically transporting tools between the tool holder (14) and the tool magazine (16), a deposit-welding head (20) that can be inserted into the tool holder (14) and a storage device (25) for storing the deposit-welding head outside the tool holder (14).
Tool magazine shelf
An embodiment of a circular, annular tool magazine shelf of a tower construction, comprises a base frame adapted for receiving a tool shelf which has a plurality of immovable tool deposit plates, arranged in vertical succession and in a circular ring, adapted for machining one or more tools, and a power-driven tool handling system adapted for transporting tools between the tool magazine shelf and a machine-side pick-up tool magazine store. The magazine shelf also comprises a spindle tower which is mounted rotatably about a vertical rotation shaft being arranged in a circle center-point of one or more tool deposit plates, wherein the base frame includes a monolithically constructed, plate-shaped foundation in which the rotation shaft is mounted overhanging freely by way of a mounting arrangement.
Tool magazine apparatus
Provided is a tool magazine apparatus capable of preventing a phase error in attaching a tool to a tool holding gripper. A tool magazine apparatus includes: a magazine body having both front and rear racks each provided with tool holding grippers; a tool transfer device to take out a tool from the both racks and attach a tool to the both racks; a tool standby pot to hold a tool; and an intra-magazine tool change device to deliver a tool between the tool standby pot and the tool transfer device. The tool transfer device includes: a moving body disposed between the both racks; a base disposed on the moving body and being rotatable around an axis extending in the Z-axis direction; a transfer gripper attached to the base and being movable in a plane orthogonal to the Z-axis direction; and an air cylinder causing the transfer gripper to move.
Self-aligning tip
A die placement system provides a tip body and die placement head to ensure planarity of a die to substrate without the need for calibration prior to each pick and place operation. A self-aligning tip incorporated into a tip body aids in die placement/attachment. This tip provides for global correction of planarity errors that exist between a die and substrate, regardless of whether those errors stem from gantry (i.e. die-side misalignment) or machine deck tool (i.e. substrate-side misalignment) misalignment.
