Integrated electrode maintenance for robotic welding cell including cap extractor
A cap extractor for a welding gun includes a housing, a pair of springs, and first and second arms that are arranged between the springs. Each of the first and second arms have teeth that are configured to engage a welding cap. The first and second arms are configured to move relative to the housing in first and second directions that are transverse to one another by deflecting the springs.
Replacement blade supplying mechanism
A replacement blade supplying mechanism (51) includes a detection portion (75) which detects whether or not there is a cutting blade (21) in a layer below an uppermost cutting blade (21d) through a through hole (21b) of the uppermost cutting blade (21d) when the uppermost cutting blade (21d) is extruded by a lever portion (54), and when the detection portion (75) detects that there is no cutting blade (21) in a layer below the uppermost cutting blade (21d), the detection portion stops the transport of the cutting blade (21) by a cutting blade transport mechanism (26).
TOOL SET
A tool set includes a tool holder, a tool and a tool rack. The tool has a groove unit. The tool holder has a latch unit that engages the groove unit. The tool rack includes a rack body and a blocking member. When the tool holder is moved away from the rack body after the tool is moved into the rack body by the tool holder and after the blocking member moves to a blocking position, the tool is blocked by the blocking member so that the latch unit is separated from the groove unit and that the tool holder is separated from the tool.
Part replacement system and part replacement device
A part replacement system includes a part storage device configured to store an unused consumable part, and a replacement device that is connected to a processing device and the part storage device, the replacement device being configured to replace a used consumable part installed in the processing device with the unused consumable part stored in the part storage device. The replacement device is moved to a position of the processing device having the used consumable part that requires replacement, and the replacement device is connected to the processing device, and the part storage device is moved to a position of the replacement device connected to the processing device having the used consumable part that requires replacement, and the part storage device is connected to the replacement device.
Locking mechanisms in a laser nozzle holder
A nozzle holder for a laser processing head of a laser processing system is provided. The nozzle holder includes a substantially cylindrical hollow body shaped to matingly engage a laser nozzle. The hollow body defines a longitudinal axis extending therethrough and a plurality of apertures dispersing around a circumference of the hollow body. The nozzle holder also includes a plurality of pawls configured to operably engage the laser nozzle within the hollow body by extending through the plurality of apertures of the hollow body. The nozzle holder further includes a sleeve substantially surrounding the hollow body and the plurality of pawls. The sleeve includes a pawl retractor that is movable along the longitudinal axis to physically displace the plurality of pawls axially and radially relative to the longitudinal axis for disengagement of the plurality of pawls from the laser nozzle.
MANUFACTURING MACHINE
A manufacturing machine includes: a tool spindle configured to hold a tool for subtractive manufacturing for a workpiece; an additive manufacturing head detachably mounted on the tool spindle to discharge material powder and emit a laser beam during additive manufacturing; and a head stocker storing the additive manufacturing head in an outside-of-machining-area. The additive manufacturing head includes: a head body into which a laser beam is introduced; and a laser tool detachably mounted on the head body to emit the laser beam and define a laser-beam-irradiated region on the workpiece. The manufacturing machine further includes: a laser tool stocker storing a plurality of laser tools; and a laser tool exchanger for exchanging laser tools between the head body and the laser tool stocker. A high productivity of additive manufacturing is achieved by using the above features configured in this way.
INTEGRATED ELECTRODE MAINTENANCE FOR ROBOTIC WELDING CELL
A welding station includes a welding gun that includes first and second caps. The welding gun is movable between a working position and a maintenance position. The working position corresponds to a welding operation on at least one workpiece. A maintenance tool assembly is configured to cooperate with the first and second caps in the maintenance position. The maintenance tool assembly includes a cap extractor, a cap dispenser and a cap dresser. The cap extractor is configured to remove the first and second caps from the welding gun. The cap dispenser is configured to provide a new cap to the welding gun for installation. The cap dresser is configured to shape the cap face. The maintenance tool assembly includes a lift actuator. A translate actuator is respectively configured to move the maintenance tool assembly in the lift and translate directions with respect to the welding gun.
Machine tool
The present invention relates to a machine tool including a ram spindle and a tool holder, and provides a machine tool comprising: a tool holder including at least two inserts; and a ram spindle capable of fixing the tool holder in a clamped state or rotating the tool holder in order to change the position of the insert, such that the position of the insert can be quickly changed, thereby enabling an improvement in productivity and precision and a reduction in product costs.
System for handling dies comprising a support and a handler
System for handling dies with a rectangular and/or arched transverse cross-section that comprises a support for placing in a removable manner dies having a rectangular transverse cross-section, the support being designed to be coupled in a sliding manner to a fixed structure, in which at least said support has fastening means for holding at least one die with a rectangular transverse cross-section vertically in the air; and a handler provided with hooking means designed to be coupled to the support to place and/or remove the support with respect to the fixed structure, the handler having coupling means to be coupled to a transelevator or similar. This system is designed to facilitate the operations of placing and removing the dies during their storage.
Blocking device of tool-holder on lathes
A blocking device of tool-holders on lathes, especially for the rapid and precise blocking of tool-holders on CNC (Computer Numerical Control), single spindle or multi-spindle lathes as well as on transfer machines, milling centres of any kind and, in general, on machine tools which perform machining by chip removal, is paired with a tool-holder, motorized or non-motorized, connected to the existing support on said lathes and comprises an anchoring pawl provided with a female truncated-cone shaped recess. Said pawl is moved vertically with respect to the longitudinal axis of said tool-holder by mechanical or hydraulic means driven to engage said female, truncated-cone shaped recess with an inclined, male truncated-cone appendage made on said tool-holder.
