METHOD OF GRINDING AND TURNING A WORKPIECE
A method of grinding or turning a workpiece, such as a bearing workpiece, involves several steps. One step includes locating the bearing workpiece on a chuck with an axis of rotation of the chuck positioned off-center relative to an axis of the bearing workpiece. Another step includes determining an offset between the chuck's axis of rotation and the bearing workpiece's axis based on the off-center position between the chuck's axis of rotation and the bearing workpiece's axis. Yet another step includes determining a path of engagement of a grinding wheel relative to the bearing workpiece based on the offset previously determined between the chuck's axis of rotation and the bearing workpiece's axis.

A motorized hardware jig that allows for the changing and setting of drill guides in a matter of seconds without the need for any tools. The motorized jig receives a height for the panel on the face of a drawer and a center-to-center measurement for the hardware. A device for removing circumferential burrs of a wheel with high precision includes an electric cylinder, a lifting table, guide rails, an electric cylinder, a sliding block, a plurality of sensors, a rim burr cutter, a riser burr cutter, and the like. The device can simultaneously remove circumferential burrs from the flange edge, the outer rim and the riser slot edge, which eliminates the error caused by coaxial degree deviation, so that the rotating center of the cutters coincides with the circumferential center of the burrs. HANDLE APPARATUS FOR AN INDUSTRIAL MACHINE TOOL
A handle is coupled to an industrial machine tool, along with a method of operating the industrial machine tool via the handle. The handle comprises a housing, a first switch, and a second switch. The housing includes a first side, a second side, a top end, and a bottom end, the first side facing toward the industrial machine tool and the second side facing away from the industrial machine tool. The first switch actuates a float mode for the industrial machine tool, the float mode being a mode in which movement of a moveable portion of the industrial machine tool is power assisted for an operator of the industrial machine tool. The second switch actuates a machining portion, coupled to the moveable portion of the industrial machine tool, to perform a machining process on a workpiece.

The invention relates to an adjusting device for spatially adjusting the position of an object, comprising a plurality of plate elements which are arranged one over the other and which have radial guide structures that engage into one another at mutually facing sides, wherein at least one pair of movement plates and a pair of inclination plates are arranged on a base. The movement plates have a constant thickness, and the respective upper radial guide structures and lower radial guide structures of each movement plate are offset eccentrically relative to one another. The inclination plates have a variable thickness, and the respective upper radial guide structures and lower radial guide structures of each inclination plate are arranged concentrically to one another.
MODULAR FRAME STRUCTURE FOR MACHINING CENTER
A modular frame structure for a machining center which includes at least one modular unit having a first and a second individual module. Each individual module includes two mutually parallel vertical columns, each one extending parallel to a vertical direction; a pair of first horizontal cross-members, each one extending parallel to a first horizontal direction, each horizontal cross-member of the pair of first cross-members being joined to both columns.
The modular unit further includes two pairs of second horizontal cross-members, each horizontal cross-member parallel to a second horizontal direction that is perpendicular to the first horizontal direction.
Milling machine
A portable and field-adjustable milling machine comprises: a base; a milling assembly coupled to the base and that includes a milling tool rotatable by a driver; a roller bed coupled to the base and configured to support a tubular member thereon; and a vice assembly that is coupled to the base. Each vice member of the vice assembly is configured to be moved towards the other of the pair and includes camming surfaces configured to lift the tubular member off of the roller bed in response to the vice members being moved toward one another. The vice member may have a v-shaped notch defined by a pair of angled surfaces. The vice assembly lifts the tubular member and retains it in the notch at a position that is a predetermined distance away from the roller bed.
