Positioning device for determining the position of a tool slide of a machine tool
A positioning device for a machine tool includes a substrate upon which a printing medium is deposited. The substrate has a longitudinal dimension that is longer than the transverse direction of the substrate. The printing medium includes magnetic or magnetizable particles, and the substrate is nonmagnetic. A scale is formed by first regions of the printing medium on the substrate and by second regions without the printing medium between adjacent first regions. The first regions are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction on the substrate. The printing medium is printed within the first regions on the substrate such that the printing medium is thinner in the interior of the first regions and thicker at the edges of the first regions. The location of the positioning device is determined by applying a measuring magnetic field and by detecting a resulting magnetic field emanating from a particular first region on the scale.
Jig and method for making reinforcement cage
The present disclosure relates to a jig for manufacturing a reinforcement cage, which comprises a base member, a plurality of rollers disposed on the base member and spaced at intervals, a trolley which is movable on the base member; a driving device for driving the trolley; and a member for positioning the main reinforcement disposed at the first end of the base member.
ALIGNING DEVICE AND ALIGNING METHOD
According to various embodiments of the disclosure, an aligning device may include a body part including a body and a mask plate, wherein the body is configured to receive a movement by a first moving part and includes a body hole and the mask plate is configured to receive a movement by a second moving part and includes a mask plate hole and a head part disposed on the body part and configured to receive a movement by a third moving part. The mask plate may be disposed between the body and the head part and is configured to receive the movement by the second moving part to move between the body and the head part.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MULTI-HOLE ASSEMBLIES WITH ANGULAR ADJUSTMENT AND LOCKING
A dual-sleeve, locking adjustment arrangement includes a position-sensitive component comprising an aperture, an outer eccentric sleeve disposed in the aperture, and an inner eccentric sleeve disposed in the outer sleeve. Rotation of the outer sleeve with respect to the position-sensitive component and the inner sleeve drives rotation of the position-sensitive component to adjust an angular position of the component.
MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool includes a first spindle, a second spindle, and a joining means for joining the axial ends of workpieces gripped by the spindles to form a joined workpiece. The machine tool further includes an electric servomotor for moving the first spindle in the direction intersecting the axis of the first spindle, a current value detection means for detecting the current value of the electric servomotor, and a misalignment detecting means for detecting misalignment of a first workpiece and a second workpiece in the joined workpiece, based on the current value detected by the current value detection means when the joined workpiece gripped by the two spindles is rotated.
POSITIONING DEVICE
A positioning device for positioning a tool holder (12, 14, 16, 18) on a tool turret (6) of a machine tool by means of positioning pins (10), which are secured to the tool turret (6) and which engage with receptacles (40) on the tool holder (6) when the tool holder (12, 14, 16, 18) is attached to the tool turret (6), is characterized in that at least one of the receptacles of the tool holder (6) is formed by a sleeve (40), with which the assignable positioning pin (10) engages in the mounted state while contacting the inner circumferential surface (58) of the sleeve (40), and in that the inner circumferential surface (58) is part of an expanding part (56), which, when the pin (10) engages, expands elastically and flexibly away from the pin (10).
PART POSITIONING JIG AND PART POSITIONING DEVICE USING THE SAME
Provided is a part positioning jig and a part positioning device using the same that allow the positioning in setting an assembling part on a dedicated tray to be carried out through a simple operation with no need for skill, whereby the part assembling work can be made more efficient and simpler. A part positioning jig is mounted to a bottom face of a part having machining reference holes for thereby aiding positioning of the part in assembling thereof, the part positioning jig including a base member in which at least one clamp installation part is disposed, an inner diameter clamp being installed in the clamp installation part such that a clamp head of the inner diameter clamp is protruded from a top face of the clamp installation part.
Power tool angle assist
Power tool methods and systems are provided for aligning a power tool to implement an angled cut in a workpiece. The power tool includes a first distance sensor and a second distance sensor. The power tool measures a first distance to the workpiece with the first distance sensor and a second distance to the workpiece with the second distance sensor. The power tool calculates an angle between the power tool and the workpiece based on the first and second distances, and indicates the angle via an angle output indicator of the power tool. The power tool may measure an angle between the power tool and the workpiece using a proximate edge and a distal edge of the workpiece, and indicate whether the power tool maintains a correct angle as it traverses a cut through the workpiece from the proximate edge to the distal edge.
