TURBINE COMPONENT HANDLING SYSTEM FOR COMPUTERIZED MACHINING SYSTEM

A handling system for a turbine component and a computerized machining system are provided. A gripper of the system includes a mounting arm operatively coupled to a tool handler of the machining system, a plurality of contact members configured to collectively grasp the turbine component, and a first actuator configured to move at least one of the contact members between a release position in which the contact members receive a part of the turbine component therebetween at a first longitudinal position thereof and a grasp position in which the contact members grasp the part at a second longitudinal position thereof different than the first longitudinal position. The tool handler and/or the turbine component is linearly moved to move the gripper relative to the turbine component between the first longitudinal position and the second longitudinal position. A loading system allowing easier loading/unloading of the turbine component may also be provided.

Automatic feeding and discharging machining system

An automatic loading and unloading processing system includes a material storage assembly to store workpieces; a positioning device on a worktable; and a transport mechanism to transport the workpiece from the material storage assembly to the positioning device and transport the processed workpiece into the material storage assembly. The material storage assembly includes a material tray; fixing bases; a motion mechanism; and holders on the fixing base for fixing the workpiece, and the motion mechanism controls the movement of the material tray. The transport mechanism includes an auxiliary loading and unloading system arranged at a worktable to grab the holders and move horizontally; and a main loading and unloading system arranged on a main spindle to grab the holders and move vertically.

Five-axis vertical processing system for automatic loading and unloading

The present invention discloses a five-axis vertical machining system with automatic loading and unloading, including a feeding mechanism, a loading mechanism, and a numerical control machine tool. The feeding mechanism is arranged in front of a ram assembly, and the feeding mechanism drives a raw material to move along an X axis and/or a Y axis of the numerical control machine tool; the loading mechanism is fixed on the ram assembly; and the loading mechanism moves along a Z axis of the numerical control machine tool to drive the raw material onto a cradle assembly of the numerical control machine tool. The present invention realizes an automatic loading and unloading function by setting a feeding mechanism capable of automatic feeding and a loading mechanism with automatic loading to cooperate with each other, thereby improving the working efficiency and saving manpower.
