Machining center

A machining center includes a machine bed, a work table unit, a sliding unit, a first driving unit, a conveying member, a second driving unit and a loading seat. The machine bed has a machining zone and a transferring zone. The first driving unit is operable for driving the conveying member to move along a conveying axis which extends in a first direction, thereby driving the loading seat to move along first adjusting axes which extend in the first direction between the transferring and machining zones. The second driving unit is operable for driving the loading seat to move along second adjusting axes which extend in a second direction, which is perpendicular to the first direction and which is substantially vertical.

The flexible fixture has a base and at least one adjustable component. The workpiece is positioned on the flexible fixture. A first orientation of the workpiece relative to the flexible fixture is detected with a detection device and transmitted to a calibrator. The calibrator determines a difference between the detected first orientation of the workpiece and a predetermined fixture orientation and transmits instructions from the calibrator to the flexible fixture to move the workpiece from the detected first orientation to the predetermined fixture orientation. The workpiece is moved with the at least one adjustable component into the predetermined fixture orientation and is fixedly held with the adjustable component.

The workpiece is moved with the at least one adjustable component into the predetermined fixture orientation and is fixedly held with the adjustable component.

Furthermore, the workpiece positioning device comprises a pivoting device for transferring the workpiece palette from a horizontal position into a vertical position, and vice versa. The pivoting device comprises a horizontal and a vertical linear axle and a gripping device and is disposed to grip a workpiece palette on another, second edge and to pivot, by simultaneously moving the horizontal and the vertical linear axles, the workpiece palette around the pivot bearing on a circular path.

Apparatus for centering and loading flat format parts in a press

Apparatus and methods for loading parts in a press wherein a conveyor transports the parts in a forward movement direction towards the press. An optical measuring device determines the real position of the parts on the conveyor. At least two transfer devices are configured to grab the parts off the conveyor and place them directly on a first surface of the press. A control unit is configured to receive the real position of the parts determined by the optical measuring device, and to compare the real position with a theoretical loading position of the parts on the first surface of the press. The control unit determines a deviation between the real and theoretical loading positions and uses the calculated deviation to command the transfer devices to correct the deviation and to place the parts on the first surface of the press in the theoretical position.

An assembling equipment is for attaching a component to a workpiece. The assembling equipment includes a platform, a conveying mechanism, a first attaching mechanism, a film removing mechanism, and a second attaching mechanism. The conveying mechanism transports a positioning assembly carrying a workpiece to a first station. The first attaching mechanism attaches a first component with a protective film to the workpiece at the first station. The conveying mechanism transports the positioning assembly to a second station, and the film removing mechanism at the second station removes the protective film from the workpiece. The conveying mechanism transports the positioning assembly to a third station. The second attaching mechanism at the third station attaches a second component to the first component on the workpiece to be connected together. The assembling equipment reduces manual labor intensity and labor costs and improves efficiency of production and the product quality.
