Portable routing system and method of use
A portable router table that includes a top surface of a bench that is adapted to support at least one workpiece. The portable router table also includes a bottom surface of the bench that is spaced apart from the top surface. The portable router table also includes a router base that is removably engageable with the bench and is adapted to support a router. When the router base is provided in a first cutting orientation, the router base is engaged with the bench. When the router base is provided in a second cutting orientation, the router base is spaced apart and remote from the bench.
Chamfer-cutting tools
Chamfer-cutting tool kits comprise a cutter, a bushing, an upper-edge guide block, and a lower-edge guide block, and are configured to be selectively assembled into an upper-chamfer configuration for cutting an upper chamfer and into a lower-chamfer configuration for cutting a lower chamfer.
Indexing router base
An indexing router base (100), includes a main body (102). The main body includes: an upper surface (110) and a lower surface (112); a central opening (114) through the main body; a raised guide ring (116) that protrudes upward from the upper surface and that surrounds the central opening; and a linear cleat (118) that protrudes downward from the lower surface, that is set apart from a center (114C) of the central opening, and that defines a long axis (118L) that is perpendicular to a radial line (124) originating at the center of the central opening.
