Dust collector including filter cleaning mechanism
A dust collector can be used with a hand-held power tool. The dust collector includes a housing, a telescoping suction pipe coupled to the housing, and a suction fan positioned within the housing and operable to generate a vacuum in the suction pipe. The suction pipe is configured to telescope toward and away from the housing. The suction pipe includes an outer pipe supported by the housing, and an inner pipe slidably received into the outer pipe.
AUXILIARY DEVICE AND WORK MACHINE SYSTEM
A dust collection device 40 comprises: an intake pipe 53 connected to a suction unit 52; a cyclone unit 60 that swirls air flowing out from the intake pipe 53 and centrifuges dust; and a filter unit 70 that accommodates a filter 72. The filter unit 70 has an outlet 74 connected to the cyclone unit 60 and discharging the air having passed through the filter 72. Therefore, the air and dust near a tip tool T can be separated by the cyclone unit 60. Furthermore, even when the dust remains, the remaining dust can be removed by the filter 72. Furthermore, the intake pipe 53 and the cyclone unit 60 are arranged at positions where the intake pipe 53 and the cyclone unit 60 overlap in a front-rear direction, and the filter unit 70 is disposed behind the cyclone unit 60.
DUST COLLECTOR ATTACHMENT
A dust collector attachment for use with a drilling tool is configured to suck dust generated during the drilling operation. The dust collector attachment includes a suction nozzle and a detection part The suction nozzle has an insertion hole that is configured to allow a tool accessory removably held by the drilling tool to be inserted therethrough, and a suction port through which the dust is sucked. The detection part includes a sensor that is configured to detect metal within a detection range.
Dust collector
A dust collector in one aspect of the present invention comprises a dust collection portion, a communication portion, and an interlock operation control portion. When the communication portion receives an interlock command transmitted from an electric working machine, the interlock operation control portion makes the dust collection portion operate interlocking with the electric working machine. The interlock operation control portion includes a storage portion, in which identification information specific to the electric working machine with which the dust collection portion is to be made to perform the interlock operation is stored.
Dust Containment Assembly
A dust containment assembly includes a box that has an open side which can be placed against a gypsum wall panel. The box has a pair of hand openings each extending through the box to facilitate a user to access the area of gypsum wall panel that is covered by the box. The box is comprised of a fluid impermeable material to inhibit dust from escaping the box. A pair of sleeves is each coupled to the box and each of the sleeves is aligned with a respective one of the hand openings. In this way each of the sleeves can insertably receive a respective one of the user's arms thereby facilitating the user to work on the area of the gypsum wall panel that is covered by the box. A plurality of legs is each movably disposed on the box to retain the box at a desired height on the gypsum wall panel.
Cutting guide
An apparatus includes a base defining at least one through-hole configured to receive a cutter. The apparatus further includes a plurality of substantially aligned retractable rollers disposed at least partially within a plurality of recesses of the base. Each roller of the plurality of substantially aligned retractable rollers is retractable in a direction normal to a surface of the base.
DUST EXTRACTION DEVICE
Described herein are articles, assemblies, and methods that use a dust extraction device having a body with a chamber, a first inlet communicating with the chamber extending along a first inlet axis and adapted for releasable connection to a source of pressurized gas, a second inlet communicating with the chamber extending along a second inlet axis and adapted for releasable connection to a dust source, and an outlet extending along an outlet axis and communicating with the chamber. The outlet is adapted for releasable connection to a receptacle, with the outlet comprising at least one baffle that diverts flow of the gas within the outlet.
Portable Machine Tool comprising an SDS Tool Holder
A hand-held power tool includes an SDS tool receiver and a tool housing. The SDS tool receiver includes at least one vacuuming-off channel and is configured to receive an exchangeable insert tool such that the at least one vacuuming-off channel enables removal of dust produced during operation of the exchangeable insert tool with a workpiece. The tool housing includes at least one drive unit configured to drive the exchangeable insert tool.
DEBRIS CONTROL APPARATUS FOR CUTTING MACHINES
A debris control apparatus comprising a debris control enclosure, the enclosure further comprising a vacuum opening in the enclosure. The vacuum opening being sized, shaped and positioned to receiving a vacuum conduit, connected to a vacuum source, for extracting the debris from the enclosure. The debris control apparatus further comprising a mounting assembly for mounting the enclosure to a machine, such that, during operation, the enclosure moves along the work material as the cutting tool moves along the work material, the enclosure being mounted independent of movement of the cutting tool in and out of the work material. The mounting assembly comprises a depth adjuster for adjusting the operating depth of the enclosure. The depth of the enclosure can be adjusted such that the debris will be contained in the enclosure during operation.
ROTATABLE FILTER SYSTEM AND METHODOLOGY
Various aspects of an apparatus are disclosed. In a particular aspect, an apparatus comprising a cylindrical filter, a filter cleaning knob, and a filter cleaning flap is disclosed. Within such embodiment, the filter cleaning knob is configured to rotate the cylindrical filter. The filter cleaning flap is coupled to the cylindrical filter and configured to sequentially make contact with a plurality of pleated segments of the cylindrical filter as the filter cleaning knob is rotated.
