Machine tool for machining a workpiece
The present invention relates to a machine tool (1000) for machining a workpiece (1), comprising: at least one first machine tool structure which can be moved freely on a base surface and has at least one machine tool component, and at least one second machine tool structure having at least one further machine tool component, wherein the at least one freely movable first machine tool structure, together with the at least one second machine tool structure, forms the machine tool (1000) configured for machining the workpiece (1), when the at least one freely movable first machine tool structure is positioned on the at least one second machine tool structure.
CUTTING FLUID TANK FOR MACHINE TOOL
Provided is a cutting fluid tank for a machine tool, with which the operator's time and effort for cleaning are reduced and the maintainability is enhanced, without entailing an increase in size. In a tank body, a cutting fluid flow channel having a spiral shape and extending from a tank center region to a tank outer peripheral region is formed by a flow channel forming plate. An inflow port into which a cutting fluid from inside a machining chamber flows is provided at an outer peripheral region of the lid, whereas an outflow port to take out the cutting fluid in the tank body to an outside is provided at a center region of the lid. A pump to pump up and supply the cutting fluid to the machining chamber is provided at the outflow port.
CRUSHED PIECES COLLECTOR
While a part of an article is crushed to be collected, a crushed pieces collector reduces the number of uncollected crushed pieces and the crushed pieces scattered over the floor to improve efficiency of collection and to prevent a foreign matter from being mixed into the collected crushed pieces. The crushed pieces collector is configured to collect the crushed pieces while a crush object is crushed to be removed from a fixed object to which the crush object is fixed. The crushed pieces collector includes: a receiving portion placed below the crush object to receive the crushed pieces; and a contact portion provided contiguously with the receiving portion and in contact with the fixed object. The contact portion includes an elastic body elastically deformable along an outer surface of the fixed object.
Transport Device for Transporting one or more Handling Devices
The present invention relates to a transport device (100) for transporting one or more handling devices, each for handling a pallet (300) and/or a workpiece (1) on a machine tool (1000) which is set up on a base surface for machining the workpiece (1), wherein the transport device (100) is freely movable on the base surface for positioning the one or more handling devices relative to the machine tool (1000), in particular within a region in front and/or next to the machine tool (1000) and/or in front and/or next to a working space of the machine tool (1000).
PROCESSING MACHINE LINE
A processing machine line including multiple processing modules arranged in a width direction and loaded on a base where a machine body is movable in a front-rear direction; an automatic workpiece transfer machine to perform transferring of a workpiece by moving a conveyance robot in front of the base; an external cover to cover the processing module; a front cover to form a conveyance space of the conveyance robot, the front cover being provided with, for each processing module, an upper section cover that is open-and-closable in a lifting up manner, and a lower section cover configuring a cover front surface with the upper section cover; and a chip receiving box to be removable and attachable by being attached between the lower section cover and the base via an installation bracket that is attachable and removable with respect to a top section of the lower section cover.
DRILL PRESS WITH MODULAR DRILL PRESS TABLE
A drill press is disclosed including a drill press column. A drill press spindle assembly can be mounted to the drill press column. A drill press table can include a table frame secured to the drill press column and a table insert removably received in the table frame. The table frame can be positioned on the support column beneath the drill press spindle assembly, and the table insert can be positionable under the drill press spindle assembly when the table insert is received in the table frame. A work piece can be supported by the drill press table insert and the drill press spindle assembly can be operable to engage the work piece supported by the drill press table insert. Different table inserts can be interchangeable to provide different functionalities for the drill press as desired without having to replace the entire drill press table on the column.
CUTTING FLUID CATCH MECHANISM
The invention relates to a device for attachment to a metalworking device or a chip conveyor designed to capture fluid used in the machining process so that the fluid can be reused. More specifically, the cutting fluid catch mechanism provides a slanted surface such that the metal swarf, the pieces of metal or debris resulting from machining operations slides down the slanted surface but the cutting fluid is captured by the catch mechanism and directed to a cutting fluid reservoir where it can be filtered and reused.
MACHINE DEBRIS CLEAN OUT SYSTEM
An apparatus for removing debris from under a machining location comprises a collection surface located below the machining location having a transition portion laterally offset from the machining location and a fluid discharge positioned above the transition portion adapted to periodically discharge a fluid therefrom so as to be guided by the transition portion across the collection surface to sweep the debris towards a collection point.
Swarf container filler and method
A process and machine for filling a container with a top opening with swarf. The machine may include an apparatus to deposit a pile of swarf in the container with a portion of the pile extending above the top opening, a blade extending laterally across this portion and an actuator configured to move the blade across at least part of the pile to move at least part of the top portion of the pile into the container and desirably below the top opening.
Screw conveyer
A screw conveyor including a container-type main body provided with a storage tank; a horizontally oriented delivery pipe a front end of which is connected to the storage tank; a discharge pipe connected to a rear end of the delivery pipe and arranged inclined upwards from a connecting end to another end; a screw arranged across an inside of the storage tank and the delivery pipe; a drive mechanism configured to apply rotation to the screw via a rotation transmission section on a front section of the storage tank on an opposite side to the delivery pipe; and a screw support structure in which multiple support blocks configured to slidably contact the screw are fixed to an inside surface of the delivery pipe at different positions, and in which one or two or more of the support blocks are fixed to a front side of the delivery pipe.
