Method and apparatus for cleaning a dust storage container
An adapter for connecting a dust storage container to a vacuum source includes a first end and a second end. The first end is configured to fluidically connect to an opening in the dust storage container. The second end is fluidically connected to the first end and is configured to connect to an operative end of the vacuum source.
CYCLONE PRE-SEPARATOR AND ARRANGEMENT
A cyclone pre-separator for positioning on a particle collecting container, the cyclone pre-separator including a box-shaped housing and a cyclone unit arranged in the housing, the cyclone unit including an air inlet, an air outlet, and a particle outlet arranged on a underside of the cyclone pre-separator, where the housing has an air inlet hose port connected to the air inlet and an air outlet hose port connected to the air outlet, and has lower housing couplers, adapted to provide a releasable, vertically tension-proof coupling to the particle collecting container, when the cyclone pre-separator is positioned on the particle collecting container.
Flexible Debris Shield for Handheld Drills
A flexible debris shield for handheld power drills for collecting debris generated while cutting or drilling holes in a work surface. The debris shield is made from a transparent flexible material in a way that it allows the debris receptacle to fold and envelop an uneven surface or in cases where the intended workspace area's width is narrower than the diameter of the shield.
DUST COLLECTING ATTACHMENT AND ELECTRIC POWER TOOL
A dust collecting attachment for an electric power tool includes dust collecting fans, a suctioning portion, and a dust collecting portion. The suctioning portion generates a suctioning force by rotation of the dust collecting fans. The dust collecting portion captures dust suctioned from the suctioning portion. When the dust collecting attachment is mounted to an electric power tool including a motor, a fan shaft of the dust collecting fans is connected to a rotation shaft that is disposed in the electric power tool and rotates in accordance with driving of the motor to allow the dust collecting fans to rotate integrally with the rotation shaft. The dust collecting fans are disposed in a plurality of stages in an axial direction of the fan shaft.
ROTARY POWER TOOL
A rotary hammer includes a motor and a spindle coupled to the motor for receiving torque from the motor. The spindle has an adjustable rotation speed. A reciprocation mechanism is operable to create a variable pressure air spring within the spindle and includes a piston configured to reciprocate within the spindle in response to receiving torque from the motor. The piston has an adjustable reciprocation frequency. A striker is selectively reciprocable within the spindle in response to reciprocation of the piston. A first transmission is transfers torque from the motor to the spindle and a second transmission is transfers torque from the motor to the reciprocation mechanism. The reciprocation frequency of the piston is adjustable independent of the rotation speed of the spindle. The rotation speed of the spindle is adjustable independent of the reciprocation frequency of the piston. At least one of the transmissions is a multi-speed transmission.
Guard and Adaptor for Power Tools
A portable power tool includes a housing, a motor enclosed within the housing, an accessory tool holder secured to the output shaft of the motor, and an attachment interface on a nose portion near the accessory tool holder. An attachment is configured to attached and removed from the nose portion of the housing. The attachment includes a housing interface that is configured to interact with the attachment interface to position the attachment at a predetermined position on the nose portion of the housing. The attachment interface and the housing interface are configured to be magnetically attracted to each other with sufficient force to retain the attachment on the nose portion of the housing during normal operating conditions while allowing the attachment to be removed from the nose portion of the housing by hand by the operator.
ELECTRIC POWER TOOL DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM
An electric power tool dust collection system includes: a hammer drill, to which a dust suction bit is mounted; a dust collection device mounted to the hammer drill and including a suction portion (introduction port), a dust collection motor, a dust collection fan rotated by drive of the dust collection motor to generate a sucking force in the introduction port, and a dust collection portion (dust box) that stores powder dust suctioned from the introduction port; and exhaust flow paths (exhaust flow path and tubular flow path) respectively formed in the hammer drill and the dust collection device to lead exhaust that has passed through the dust box to a high-temperature portion (output portion) of the hammer drill.
Dust collector for electric power tool, electric power tool, and dust collection system
A dust collector for an electric power tool includes a main body case, a dust box, a sliding portion, and a dust collecting route. The main body case includes an exhaust port, the main body case being configured to be installed on an electric power tool. The dust box internally includes a filter. The sliding portion is disposed on the main body case. The sliding portion has a front end on which a nozzle with a suction opening is disposed. The sliding portion is slidable in a front-rear direction. The dust collecting route is from the suction opening to the exhaust port passing through the filter. The main body case includes a guiding portion through which the sliding portion passes, and the guiding portion allows the sliding portion to project rearward when the sliding portion slides.
Accessory for a hand-held power tool
An accessory for a hand-held power tool has a first air channel and a second air channel. In the first air channel, a first air stream for transporting dust particles is routed into a dust-collecting box. In the second air channel, a second air stream for transporting dust particles into the dust-collecting box or into a further dust-collecting box is routed.
Vacuum tools
A vacuum tool configured to be removably coupled to hose or wand of a vacuum includes a body including a first end, a second end, and a first longitudinal axis extending between the first end and the second end. The vacuum tool also includes a head coupled to the first end of the body, a connection portion coupled to the second end of the body and configured to couple the body to a hose or wand of a vacuum cleaner, and a brush coupled to the head. The brush includes an elongate support defining a second axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the body and configured to couple the brush to the head, and a plurality of bristles positioned on the elongate support.
