Electric power tool dust collection system
An electric power tool dust collection system includes: a hammer drill, to which a dust suction bit is mounted; a dust collection device mounted to the hammer drill and including a suction portion (introduction port), a dust collection motor, a dust collection fan rotated by drive of the dust collection motor to generate a sucking force in the introduction port, and a dust collection portion (dust box) that stores powder dust suctioned from the introduction port; and exhaust flow paths (exhaust flow path and tubular flow path) respectively formed in the hammer drill and the dust collection device to lead exhaust that has passed through the dust box to a high-temperature portion (output portion) of the hammer drill.
Dust collecting system
A dust collecting system includes a power tool and a dust collector. The dust collector includes a body, a sliding part, a biasing member, a lock member and an actuator. The body is configured to be removably attached to the power tool. The sliding part is held by the body so as to be slidable along a sliding axis. The biasing member is configured to bias the sliding part forward to hold the sliding part in a first position. The lock member is configured to lock the sliding part relative to the body in a second position. The actuator is configured to unlock the sliding part locked by the lock member, by operating in response to a motor-starting operation for the power tool by a user.
Hole saw dust collection device
The hole saw dust collection device comprises a dust cover, an inner hole cutter, an outer hole cutter, a plurality of motion transfer rollers, and a hand crank handle. The hole saw dust collection device may saw a rectangular hole in a target surface using the outer hole cutter. The outer hole cutter may be directed along a rectangular path inside of the dust cover by a plurality of outer rollers. Rotation of the inner hole cutter may be transferred to the outer hole cutter via contact between the inner hole cutter, a plurality of inner rollers, the plurality of outer rollers, and the outer hole cutter. Saw dust produced by cutting the target surface may be suctioned from the interior of the dust cover by a vacuum cleaner that is coupled to the dust cover.
Removable Dust Collection Apparatus, in Particular Removable Dust Collection Container, for a Hand-Held Power Tool
A removable dust collection apparatus, in particular a removable dust collection container, for a hand-held power tool, includes at least one basic structure, which has at least one frame for receiving a form-variable collection bag or itself delimits a collection volume at least in part. The basic structure has at least one connecting piece for connection to a blow-out connector of the hand-held power tool, the connecting piece configuring the basic structure to be removably arranged on the hand-held power tool. The dust collection apparatus further includes at least one communication unit, which is in particular wireless, for exchanging in particular electronic data with at least one external unit, in particular the hand-held power tool or a mobile communication device.
Accessory device for a hand-held power tool
An accessory device for a hand-held power tool includes a dust collection box that has a housing and a filter unit configured to filter an airflow. The housing is configured to be connected to a housing of the accessory device via a first securing unit. The filter unit is configured to be connected to the housing of the dust collection box via a second securing unit. The filter unit has a first sealing element arranged on the dust collection box side and a second sealing element arranged on the accessory device side. The filter unit is sealed from the housing of the dust collection box and the housing of the accessory device via the first and second sealing elements. The hand-held power tool in one embodiment is configured with a percussive mechanism.
DUST COLLECTOR ASSEMBLY
A dust collector for use with a hand-held power tool includes a housing, a suction pipe coupled to the housing, and an electric motor positioned in the housing. The dust collector additionally includes a suction fan driven by the electric motor and operable to generate a vacuum in the suction pipe, and a depth stop assembly. The depth stop assembly is configured to limit the axial movement of the suction pipe. The depth stop assembly is configured to be alternately positioned on opposite sides of the suction pipe in a first configuration and a second configuration, respectively.
Lid Device for a Material Collection Container and Material Collection Device, Hand-Held Power Tool and Material Disposal Unit with such a Lid Device
A lid apparatus for a material collection container includes at least one lid unit for at least partially closing a material collection opening of the material collection container; at least one container fixation interface arranged on the lid unit (16a; 16b; 16c), by means of which the lid unit can be reversibly detached and fastened on the material collection container, in particular without tools; and at least one hand-held power tool interface arranged on the lid unit for fastening the lid unit on a hand-held power tool, in particular a discharge nozzle of the hand-held power tool. The lid apparatus further includes at least one further fixation interface, by means of which a material disposal unit can be reversibly detached and fastened on the lid unit, in particular without tools.
Extraction device for a core drill
A description is given of an extraction device (1) for a core drill, including a housing (4) which has at least one cavity (7), a cover (2) and a wall (3) connected to the cover (2) around the periphery. An extraction nozzle (5) connected to the housing (4) is provided, designed for attaching the extraction device (1) to a suction device. The wall (3) has at least one inlet opening (44, 45), by way of which the cavity (7) is connected to the surroundings (U). A sealing device (50, 51), which can be moved between an inoperative position, lying substantially against the wall (3) of the housing (4), and an operative position, pivoted with respect to the inoperative position about a pivot axis (57, 58), is connected to the housing (4) on a side of the wall (3) that is facing away from the cavity (7).
DUST COLLECTOR FOR ELECTRIC POWER TOOL AND ELECTRIC POWER TOOL
In a dust collector for electric power tool, while a casing includes a tubular suction opening portion disposed to protrude forward, a dust collecting route is formed in the casing to ensure capturing a dust suctioned with an air by a filter disposed in a dust box. The suction opening portion is abutted on a surface to be processed and a tool bit of a hammer drill is passable through the suction opening portion. The dust collecting route suctions the air from the suction opening portion and guides the air into the dust box disposed to the casing. The dust box includes a dust removal device (rubber) configured to directly act to the filter from outside to remove the dust accumulated on the filter.
Dust collector
A dust collector in one aspect of the present invention comprises a dust collection portion, a communication portion, and an interlock operation control portion.
