APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING AN ARTIFICIAL TOOTH THEROF

Disclosed is an artificial tooth machining apparatus which protects a workpiece and first and second tools from heat and frictional contact that may occur when the workpiece is machined and enhancing machining precision by supplying water or air to the tools by a supply unit, a first nozzle portion, and a second nozzle portion, which has a lifespan lengthened by preventing chips of the workpiece or water or air from being introduced to a mechanism operation part of a base part by a discharge unit and a blocking unit, and which prevents a collision between the first tool and the second tool during machining of the workpiece by a tool collision preventing controller.

IMMERSED WHEEL CLEANING DEVICE
20190201941 · 2019-07-04 ·

An immersed wheel cleaning device is composed of a wheel feeding system, a wheel cleaning system and a wheel discharging and blowing system. Cleaning and blowing of each wheel comprise four steps: step 1, feeding and clamping; step 2, primary cleaning; step 3, secondary cleaning; and step 4, blowing and discharging. Ordered engagement of discharging and feeding is realized by cyclic switching of manipulators, and the steps are engaged, so that the cycle time is greatly reduced.

A MACHINE HAVING A CLEANING DEVICE AND OPTICAL MEASURING DEVICE
20190184512 · 2019-06-20 ·

A machine for machining workpieces includes a movably mounted table (1) and at least one clamp (2). Each clamp is engageable with a workpiece and can be rotatably driven relative to the table. Each workpiece is transportable by movement of the table to a first workstation (3). Workstation 3 includes a toolholder (4) that holds a tool that is operative to machine a surface of the workpiece. The toolholder is movable in engagement with the workpiece by a feed unit (5) and the orientation of the tool holder relative to the workpiece is changeable by movement of an alignment unit (6). A second workstation to which the workpiece is moved after machining includes a cleaning device (8). A third workstation to which the workpiece is moved after cleaning includes a measuring device (10) that optically determines at least one surface property of the machined surface. The measuring device is in connection with an evaluation unit (14). The evaluation unit evaluates the at least one surface property and determines a direction and an order of magnitude that the alignment unit must be adjusted so at least one subsequently machined workpiece meets required tolerance specifications.

Machine tool

A machine tool that machines a workpiece by a tool includes a workpiece spindle device that holds the workpiece in a rotatable manner with a predefined workpiece rotational axis Rw as a center, one or more in-machine robots, and a connecting mechanism that attaches the one or more robots on the machine tool so that the one or more robots move independently from the workpiece, with the workpiece rotational axis Rw serving as a center.

SEALING DEVICE, SEALING SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR SEALING A LEAKAGE FLOW AT A MACHINE ELEMENT
20240181585 · 2024-06-06 ·

A sealing device for sealing a leakage flow on a machine element, which is circular in cross section, of a working machine includes a housing, which has an upstream end and a downstream end and through which the machine element extends, an upstream pressure chamber which is arranged at the upstream end of the housing, a downstream pressure chamber which is arranged at the downstream end of the housing, and a sealing element which is arranged between the upstream pressure chamber and the downstream pressure chamber. The sealing element is mounted within the housing and rests sealingly against the machine element. A bypass line runs around the sealing element and fluidly connects the upstream pressure chamber to the downstream pressure chamber. A throttle element designed to reduce the pressure of a flowing leakage fluid by a predetermined pressure difference is arranged in the bypass line.

Centrifugal cleaning installation and method for operating a centrifugal cleaning installation

In order to adapt a centrifugal cleaning installation (1) in a simple manner to different components (7), the centrifugal cleaning installation (1) is provided with a clamping unit (14) for clamping and retaining a component holder (4a, 4b, 5a-5d) for the component (7). The clamping unit (14) and a drive (6) are removably connected to the component holder (4a, 4b, 5a-5d) and said component holder (4a, 4b, 5a-5d) is adapted to a specific component (7) by positioning devices (25) and/or balance weights (26) provided on the holder.

Machining system and removal system having machining chip removing function
10279448 · 2019-05-07 · ·

Disclosed is a machining system wherein provisions are made to be able to remove machining chips reliably without requiring human intervention. The machining system includes: an image processing unit which detects the position and amount of machining chips by comparing images captured of a workpiece and a machining tool before and after execution of a machining step; a condition judging unit which, based on the detected amount of machining chips, determines whether or not there is a need to execute a removal step; and a result judging unit which judges the result of the removal step by comparing the images captured of the workpiece W and the machining tool before and after the execution of the removal step.
