CUTTING TOOL AND MACHINE TOOL HAVING SUCH A CUTTING TOOL
Tool for machining a workpiece, comprising a cutting insert having at least one cutting edge, a cutting insert holder comprising a cutting insert receptacle for receiving the cutting insert, a clamping element acting as a clamping wedge, which can be fastened in the cutting insert receptacle for clamping the cutting insert in the cutting insert holder, a fastening element for fastening the clamping element in the cutting insert holder and simultaneously clamping the cutting insert in the cutting insert holder, and a sensor configured to generate a measurement signal that is dependent on a force acting on the cutting insert, wherein the clamping element comprises a recess in which the sensor is arranged.
Driving Apparatus
A handheld driving apparatus is provided for mowing or cutting an object. The driving apparatus comprises: a container, a lock member, a trigger lever, and an action unit. The container is configured to extend from a rear side where a user is located toward a front side where the object is located. The lock member is configured to move between a first position and a second position, a straight line connecting the first position and the second position extending in a direction in which the container extends or in a direction orthogonal to a direction in which the container extends. The trigger lever is configured to move between a third position and a fourth position, to be restricted from moving to the fourth position when the lock member is at the first position, and not to be restricted from moving to the fourth position when the lock member is at the second position. The action unit is provided on the front side of the container, and is configured to drive in such a manner that a mechanical action for mowing or cutting the object can be applied to the object when the trigger lever is at the fourth position.
Handheld work apparatus
A first actuating element acts on a blocking device for an operator-controlled element for controlling the drive motor. In an enabled position of the blocking device, the operator-controlled element is enabled to control the drive motor. In a blocking position the blocking device mechanically blocks any actuation of the operator-controlled element. The first element acts on the blocking device via a transfer unit. In an actuated position of a second actuating element, the transfer unit establishes an operative connection between the first element and the blocking device, such that the blocking device is in the enabled position in the actuated position of the first element and is in the blocking position in the non-actuated position of the first element. In the non-actuated position of the second actuating element, the transfer unit is ineffective so that the blocking device is in the blocking position regardless of the first element's position.

Machine Tool Operation Monitoring System
A machine tool operation monitoring system which detects an abnormal operation of a machine tool 1 and in which when the operation of each machine tool 1 exceeds a normal operating range of each machine tool 1 and/or when a moving state of a constituent portion of the machine tool 1 and a material exceeds a normal range, wherein the machine tool 1 breaking out an operation abnormality is identified by any one of the following operations:
a. monitoring an image obtained by projecting reflected light from a reflecting display plate 22 provided for each machine tool 1 onto a camera 31; and
b. monitoring a difference in projecting direction of emitted light from a lamp 21 provided for each machine tool 1 onto an optical sensor 32.

Lighted Guard System
Techniques are disclosed implementing a lighted guard system, which changes from one color (e.g. white) when the guard is down (i.e. closed) and/or a machine associated with the guard is operational, to another color (e.g. red) when the guard is up (i.e. open) and/or the machine associated with the guard is not operational. The triggering of the change in state of the guard may be facilitated by a switch that changes state based upon a position of the guard.
Closure device for chamber housing laser unit for cutting sheet metal
A closure device for a chamber housing a laser units for cutting a sheet metal strip includes, in proximity of an exit slit of the strip to be machined, a bar arranged transversely to the axis of advancement of the strip, and having, at the lower edges of the major side surfaces, longitudinal edges of a U-folded plate bound thereto. The plate has a plurality of transverse slots ending before its edges. An actuator provided for a vertical movement of the bar.
Control method for machine tool, and machine tool
This method, for controlling a machine tool using a tool holder to which a coolant pipe is attached, includes: a step of detecting, in response to a signal indicating that a tool is prepared on a tool loading station of the machine tool, whether or not an abnormality has occurred in attaching the coolant pipe to the tool holder of the tool while the tool holder is at the tool loading station; and a step of issuing an alarm when the abnormality is detected in the step of detecting the occurrence of the abnormality.
Cutting device for a metal sheet
The invention discloses a metal cutting machine with anti-cutting hands, which includes a cutting base. The cutting base is provided with a main power cavity, and the main power cavity is provided with a power device. The power device can provide a device for the device. Power. The invention has a simple structure, convenient maintenance, and easy use. The device can automatically adjust the cutting position, and at the same time, it can automatically monitor the living body during the metal cutting process. When the human body enters the danger zone, it can automatically start the built-in The emergency clamping device clamps the blade, so that the blade stops rotating, preventing the blade from cutting the human body and causing injury to the human body, thereby greatly improving the safety during production and preventing accidental injury.
