Surgical guide production apparatus for use in a sterile environment
A surgical guide production apparatus and accessories are provided to simplify the process of using the production apparatus within the surgical environment. A cutting attachment is provided for use on a surgical guide production apparatus. The cutting attachment comprises a cutting element, a connector for connecting the cutting element to a drive mechanism of the surgical guide production apparatus so that the cutting element can be driven by the drive mechanism to modify an impression of a surgical site to produce a surgical guide, and a protective barrier. The protective barrier is configured to be positioned around the cutting element to surround a cutting area to help prevent contaminants from entering or leaving the cutting area during modification of the impression.
Processing apparatus for guiding workpiece using bellows with floating means
A processing apparatus including an expansible and contractable bellows unit mounted on a workpiece holding unit for covering an area of movement of the workpiece holding unit in a feeding direction and a guide unit for guiding the expansion and contraction of the bellows unit in the feeding direction. The guide unit has an opening for allowing the movement of the workpiece holding unit in the feeding direction and a gutter extending in the feeding direction adjacent to the opening. The bellows unit has a bellows member having one end connected to the workpiece holding unit and the other end connected to the guide unit. The processing apparatus further includes a floating unit for floating the bellows member along the gutter of the guide unit in a noncontact manner.

A work-machine splash guard for enclosing a space for machining a workpiece, and preventing the spraying of chips and machining fluid, is equipped with: a front-surface door for opening and closing in the horizontal direction via an arc-shaped movement, and positioned on the front-surface side of the work machine; a side-surface door for opening and closing by performing an arc-shaped movement that is concentric with the front-surface door, and overlapping with the front-surface door; and door-locking switches for selectively allowing the opening/closing of the front-surface door and the side-surface door according to an opening/closing pattern.

CONTAMINATION CONTAINMENT SHIELD
A contamination containment shield includes a sleeve and an enclosure. The sleeve may include a sleeve proximal end and a sleeve distal end. The sleeve proximal end may be configured to attach to a chuck of the drill machine. The enclosure may include an enclosure proximal end and an enclosure distal end. The enclosure proximal end may be attached to the sleeve distal end. The enclosure may be formed of multiple baffles disposed circumferentially around the enclosure.
Protective viewing screens
Described herein are apparatuses featuring a first and second dimming screen, each configured to darken prior to or during a welding operation. The first and second screens are contained in respective housings, connected via a hinge component allowing relative adjustment to position the screens at an angle for viewing of a weld area. Each housing includes a lighting element for illuminating a work area and an electrical connection for power. The apparatus also includes a flexible support structure for adjustably positioning the screens relative to the weld area, a mounting component to secure the apparatus to a surface, and a detachable connector for coupling the housings or their connection point to the support structure.
Machine tool with protective bellows
A machine tool has a frame, a tool spindle with a tool holder, a workpiece holder and a protective bellows. The tool spindle and the workpiece holder are movable relative to one another in at least two translatory axes in a working space. The working space is delimited by at least one partition wall, which has at least one travel opening and, adjacent to the travel opening, a mounting collar, which surrounds the travel opening at least partially. At least the tool spindle or the workpiece holder is coupled to the frame through the travel opening. The protective bellows has a mounting edge adapted to the mounting collar, which is provided with a tension member. The protective bellows is mountable on the mounting collar in a relaxed state of the tension member and is secured to the mounting collar in a tensioned state of the tension member when in a mounted state.
