Machining system with interlock circuit
A machining system comprises a machining device that machines a workpiece, a set-up station with which pallet workpiece attachment/detachment is carried out, and a pallet conveyance device that conveys the pallet between the machining device and the set-up station. A partially cylindrical operator door, which can rotate around a set-up table on which the pallet is mounted, includes a partially cylindrical outer door and a partially cylindrical inner door which rotate following coaxial circular trajectories of different radii. The set-up station is provided with an interlocking mechanism that causes the outer door and the inner door to rotate in an interlocked manner so that a shielded state is constantly maintained between the operator side and the pallet conveyance device side.
SHUTTER DEVICE AND MACHINE TOOL
Component deformation or damage is prevented. A shutter device which moves in conjunction with momement of a moving unit in a predetermined direction comprises a first shutter which moves in the predetermined direction inconjunction with movement of the moving unit to cover part of an opening and a second shutter arranged between an end of the opening and the first shutter to expand and contract in the predetermined direction in conjunction with momement of the moving unit. The second shutter comprises a plurality of shutter plates overlapping each other, each of which having a first plate whose longitudinal direction is along the predetermined direction and a second plate whose longitudinal direction is along a perpendicular direction to the first plate. The second plate is provided with a coupling unit which couples the overlapping shutter plates in a manner that they can move in the predetermined direction relative to each other.
SUPPORT STRUCTURE
A support structure includes: at least two shafts extending in a first direction in which the cover expands and contracts, and arranged inside the cover so as to be spaced from each other in a second direction that intersects the first direction; a bush provided on each of the at least two shafts so as to be slidable along the shafts; and a cover support member. The cover support member includes a main part supporting the cover, a first connection part connecting the main part and the bush so as not to change the relative position between the bush and the main part, and a second connection part connecting the main part and the bush in a manner that the relative position between the bush and the main part can be changed.
Dust Removal Arrangement for an Engine-Driven Tool
The present disclosure relates to engine-driven tool (1) comprising a rotatable work tool (2) and an engine (4) for propelling a first driving pulley (28) via a clutch wheel (30) comprised in a power transferring unit (27) and having an outer edge. The first driving pulley (28) and the clutch wheel (30) arc arranged to rotate around a common driving axis (38). The power transferring unit (27) comprises an endless drive belt (9) that is arranged propel the rotatable work tool (2) when the first driving pulley (28) is propelled. A fan arrangement (13) is arranged to convey air front a dust channel (11) formed between a shielding cover (8) and the rotatable work tool (2), and comprises a fan turbine (26) that is connected to a fan pulley (29) connected to the drive belt (9) is arranged to propel the fan pulley (29). A first overlap line (50) extends along the outer edge (52) of the clutch wheel (30), perpendicular to the extension of the common driving axis (38), the first overlap line (50) further extending via the fan turbine (26).
Blade mounting and dismounting jig, blade mounting and dismounting method, blade extracting method, and cutting apparatus
A blade mounting and dismounting jig is provided for mounting a blade on and dismounting a blade from a flange of a cutting apparatus which includes a boss, a blade mount for mounting the blade fitted thereover, the flange having an annular end face for supporting the blade thereon and being fixed to a distal end of a spindle, and a holder that cooperates with the flange in gripping and securing the blade in position. The blade mounting and dismounting jig includes a cylindrical jig body, a grip coupled to the jig body and having a diameter larger than the jig body, a plurality of first air ejection ports defined in a distal end portion of the jig body, a plurality of second air ejection ports defined in the jig body at a juncture between the jig body and the grip.
Low dust linear module
A low dust linear module includes a rail unit, a slide seat unit, a dustproof strip and two magnetic members. The two magnetic members are disposed at the two slide seat end portions of the slide seat, the first magnetic attraction gap is defined between the magnetic attraction area and a corresponding one of the magnetic members, and the second magnetic attraction gap is defined between the magnetic attraction area and the slide seat cover. When the dustproof strip passes through and are magnetically attracted by the magnetic members, a gap will appear between the magnetic members and the slide seat and the slide seat cover, so that the magnetic members and the dustproof strip are kept in a gap without friction, so as to avoid the generation of dust due to friction, so that the linear module can operate normally and maintain the standard of the working environment.
Machine tool
This machine tool is provided with: a partition that partitions a machining chamber and a tool storage chamber and that has an opening; a shutter; and a receiving member that is formed so as to receive cutting fluid. The partition includes a sidewall member that extends in the vertical direction and an inclined wall member inclined in such a manner so as to become lower from the sidewall member to the interior of the machining chamber. At least part of the opening is formed in the inclined wall member. The receiving member is positioned beneath the shutter, and in such a position so as to receive cutting fluid that drops down along the sidewall member when the shutter is opened.
