Tool exchange method and tool exchange device
This tool exchange device for a machine tool uses an exchange arm to exchange tools between a processing area and a tool accommodation area. In the tool exchange device, an imaging device is used to capture an image of a tool in the tool accommodation area, operation parameters for the exchange arm when the exchange arm is used to exchange the tools are determined from the captured image of the tool, and the exchange arm is operated on the basis of the operation parameters to exchange the tool.
Wet table saw containment system
An apparatus for containing and collecting debris, dust, and/or fluid generated by a table saw is disclosed. The apparatus may include a pan and a frame for supporting the table saw during use. A plurality of trays may be attached to the pan. The trays may be extended from the pan to provide additional surface area for collecting debris, dust, and/or fluid generated by the saw. A hood apparatus may be coupled to the frame. The hood apparatus may include a fixed shield and an extendable shield for covering above the saw and containing debris, dust, and/or fluid from escaping the apparatus above the saw. A plurality of hanging curtains may be coupled to the fixed and extendable shields to prevent debris, dust, and/or fluid from escaping behind or to the side of the saw. Gravity drainage in the trays and pan may remove debris and dust from the fluid.
Machining system
A machining system comprises a machine tool, a machine tool controller that controls the machine tool, an auxiliary device that assists the machine tool, and an auxiliary device controller that controls the auxiliary device. The machine tool and the auxiliary device work cooperatively for machining. The machining system comprises a signal management unit that receives a first signal and a second signal. The first signal indicates information about the machine tool as a criterion used for determining whether the machine tool and the auxiliary device are operable or inoperable. The second signal indicates information about the auxiliary device as a criterion used for determining whether the machine tool and the auxiliary device are operable or inoperable. The signal management unit outputs a third signal indicating an operable state or an inoperable state of the machine tool and the auxiliary device to the machine tool controller and the auxiliary device controller based on the first signal and the second signal.
COVER APPARATUS
The application relates to a cover apparatus for a machine, in particular for a machine tool, comprising a cover formed by at least one cover element. The cover comprises a drive motor that is configured and adapted to move the cover from a closed position into an open position. In addition, at least one electrical component is provided that is arranged at the cover. To connect the electrical component indirectly or directly to a control device or to a power source, a connection cable is provided that extends in a receiver that extends in parallel with the guide rail in at least one guide element or in the at least one cover element.
MIST EXTRACTION SYSTEM
A mist extraction system is provided that includes a plenum box having an inlet configured to be coupled in fluid communication with a machine tool enclosure. A blower is coupled in fluid communication with the plenum box and is configured to draw air into the plenum box from the machine tool enclosure via the inlet of the plenum box and exhaust the air back into the machine tool enclosure via an outlet of the blower. A baffle plate is arranged in the plenum box to redirect the air drawn into the plenum box through the inlet of the plenum box and a filter panel is arranged in the plenum box to filter the air redirected by the baffle plate prior to the air entering the blower. A collector arranged to collect mist from the air condensed on the baffle plate and the filter panel.
Dental machine tool
The invention relates to a dental machine tool, in particular a dental milling machine (10), having a tool (12) that is changeable in particular via a tool bank (16), and a workpiece holder (14) for receiving a workpiece such as a dental blank made of ceramic, composite or plastics material such as PMMA, and having a housing (24) which is closable during machining by the machine tool, and having a negative-pressure connection to the housing (24). At least one air nozzle (30) that is fitted on or in the housing (24) is directed towards the workpiece and/or the workpiece holder (14) and/or the tool (12) and/or the tool bank (16) and/or a pane of a front flap of the machine tool. Said air nozzle (30) is equipped with at least one electrode for generating an electric field in the region of the nozzle or in front of the latter, and at least one nozzle comprising at least one electrode is directed towards that side of the workpiece or of the workpiece holder (14) on which the tool (12) machines the workpiece. At least two electrodes of an ionizer extend in a spaced-apart manner over a substantial part of the housing (24), and as a result of the application of an in particular pulsating AC voltage provides spatial deionization of the air flowing through the housing (24) and/or deionization of the surfaces of the workpiece, workpiece holder (14), tool (12) and/or window (28) and of the chips produced by the machining operation.
