MACHINE TOOL PROVIDED WITH DISPLAY DEVICE
A machine tool in which a splashguard, which surrounds a machining part for machining a workpiece with a tool, defines a machining chamber includes a window provided in the splashguard and through which the interior of the machining chamber can be viewed, a display device attached in the vicinity of the window, and a display control device for displaying an actually captured video showing a workpiece machining operation or a simulated video of a workpiece machining operation on a screen of the display device in synchronization with a current operation of the machine tool by changing the screen of the display device in accordance with need.
MACHINE TOOL
This machine tool comprises a machining chamber in which machining of a workpiece is performed, and a tool storage chamber in which a plurality of tools are stored. The machine tool is further provided with a partition which partitions the machining chamber and tool storage chamber from one another. The machine tool is positioned on the front side of the machining chamber, and is equipped with a first sliding door that moves in the width direction, and a second sliding door that is positioned on the front side of the tool storage chamber and that moves in the width direction. The first sliding door and second sliding door are positioned in such a manner that one of the sliding doors is positioned on the front side of the other sliding door, and when one of the sliding doors is opened, said door overlaps with the other sliding door.
APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING AN ARTIFICIAL TOOTH THEROF
Disclosed is an artificial tooth machining apparatus which protects a workpiece and first and second tools from heat and frictional contact that may occur when the workpiece is machined and enhancing machining precision by supplying water or air to the tools by a supply unit, a first nozzle portion, and a second nozzle portion, which has a lifespan lengthened by preventing chips of the workpiece or water or air from being introduced to a mechanism operation part of a base part by a discharge unit and a blocking unit, and which prevents a collision between the first tool and the second tool during machining of the workpiece by a tool collision preventing controller.
MACHINING STATION, WORKPIECE HOLDING SYSTEM, AND METHOD OF MACHINING A WORKPIECE
The machining station can include a table; at least three robots each having a multi-axis mover secured to the table, and a gripper opposite the table, the robots being interspaced from one another on the table; and a controller. The controller controls the robots to hold a workpiece in a coordinated manner. The computer numerical command (CNC) machine-tool system machines the workpiece while the workpiece is held by the robots. The workpiece can be moved into and out from the machining station with a trolley which slidingly engages a trolley path formed within the table.
MACHINING SYSTEM
A machining system comprises: a machining device that machines a workpiece; a set-up station with which pallet workpiece attachment/detachment is carried out; and a pallet conveyance device that conveys the pallet between the machining device and the set-up station. A partially cylindrical operator door, which can rotate around a set-up table on which the pallet is mounted, includes a partially cylindrical outer door and a partially cylindrical inner door which rotate following coaxial circular trajectories of different radii. The set-up station is provided with an interlocking mechanism that causes the outer door and the inner door to rotate in an interlocked manner so that a shielded state is constantly maintained between the operator side and the pallet conveyance device side.
Motor controlling method, control device and machine tool
A method for controlling the motor of a tool magazine that rotates around a horizontal rotation axis is configured so that: at least two indexing positions for the tool magazine are determined; the load torque acting on the tool magazine when stopped at said indexing positions is measured; an unbalance torque, which is the load torque when stopped at the indexing position at which the load torque when stopped is maximal, is calculated from multiple load torques when stopped; and the servo motor for the tool magazine is controlled on the basis of the unbalance torque.
MACHINE TOOL
Machine tool including a workpiece carrier assembly including a workpiece carrier for supporting a plurality of workpieces, the workpiece carrier assembly being supported on a workpiece carrier support for horizontal movement in a first direction parallel with a horizontal Z axis, a tool carrier configured for carrying a plurality of tools corresponding to the plurality of workpieces and for machining the workpieces, the tool carrier being supported on a tool carrier support for horizontal movement in a second direction parallel to a horizontal X axis, the X axis being perpendicular to the horizontal Z axis, where the tool carrier is displaceable on the tool carrier support in the second direction between an operative position in which the tools are arranged for the contacting the workpieces and an inoperative position in which the workpieces are not contactable by the tools, where the workpiece carrier is arranged to be rotatable around an axis parallel with the X axis, and where the workpiece carrier includes a workpiece support area for supporting the workpieces and arranged substantially in parallel with the X axis.
LIVE TOOL HAVING MONOBLOCK WITH FLUID CHANNEL AND FLUID DRIVEN SPINDLE
A live tool system having a live tool and a collar surrounding a rotating shaft or a rotating cutting tool of the live tool. The collar houses at least one sensor capable of monitoring an operating condition proximate to the cutting tool during a cutting operation. Example operating conditions including temperature and vibration. The system also includes a wireless transmitter in communication with the at least one sensor for transmitting a signal for use by a machining center controller.
MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool has a splash guard and a guiding section. The splash guard has a first sidewall portion on which an end portion of a telescopic cover abuts, a slope portion slanting from the first sidewall portion along an expansion and contraction direction of the telescopic cover, a second sidewall portion perpendicularly extending downward from the slope portion, and a bottom portion horizontally extending from the second sidewall portion more inward than a lower end of the slope portion in the splash guard. The guiding section is disposed more inward than the lower end of the slope portion in the splash guard and configured to guide the cutting fluid falling from the slope portion, toward the bottom portion.
Machine tool system and opening stop position calculating device
A machine tool system and an opening stop position calculating device are provided. The machine tool system includes an openable and closable door for closing an opening of a cover surrounding a machine tool. Furthermore, the machine tool system includes an opening width setting unit for setting an opening width of the door, an opening stop position calculating unit for calculating an opening stop position of the door at which a total time, which is obtained by summing a time required to move the door from a fully closed position to a position of the set opening width and a time required to move the door from an opening stop position where the door is opened and stopped to the fully closed position, is minimized, and a door control unit for controlling opening and closing of the door based on the calculated opening stop position when exchanging the workpiece.
