A rotary table device includes a table provided on one end-side of a main shaft rotatably supported in a frame; and a drive transmission mechanism transmit rotation of an output shaft of a drive motor to the main shaft and including a drive transmission member and accommodated in an accommodation space formed in the frame. The table is supported with respect to the frame by a bearing provided between a lower surface of the table and an upper surface of the frame, and a space is provided between the lower surface of the table and the upper surface of the frame. The frame is provided with a communication passage configured so that the space and the accommodation space communicate with each other.

A liquid drainage mechanism drains oil (liquid) from a Y-axis slider that moves along a predetermined path. The liquid drainage mechanism includes an outflow hole and a nozzle flow passage that are provided in a C-axis rotary mechanism and configured to flow the oil in a stator, a nozzle configured to move integrally with the Y-axis slider and discharge the oil, and a Y-axis guide member configured to guide the Y-axis slider. The nozzle is disposed at a position that is close to but not in contact with the Y-axis guide member, and the nozzle discharges the oil so that the oil reaches the Y-axis guide member.

The main body may extend from the head of the blade pin, and may include a cavity. The main body may further include a first aperture, wherein the first aperture is connected to the cavity. The main body may further include a second aperture formed in a sidewall, wherein the sidewall extends from the first end to the second end of the main body, and wherein the second aperture is connected to the cavity. The blade pin may include a valve, wherein the valve allows passage of a lubricant into the cavity through the first aperture and prevents passage of the lubricant out of the cavity through the first aperture. Processing method and purification system

A processing method includes processing a metal wire rod using an emulsion lubricant that includes an oil and a nonionic surfactant at an oil-to-nonionic surfactant ratio of 1:0.3 to 0.9 (in mass ratio). The method may include purifying the emulsion lubricant after being used for processing the metal wire rod while maintaining the oil-to-nonionic surfactant ratio of 1:0.3 to 0.9 (in mass ratio) and then reusing the purified emulsion lubricant to process the metal wire rod.

The main body may extend from the head of the blade pin, and may include a cavity. The main body may further include a first aperture, wherein the first aperture is connected to the cavity. The main body may further include a second aperture formed in a sidewall, wherein the sidewall extends from the first end to the second end of the main body, and wherein the second aperture is connected to the cavity. The blade pin may include a valve, wherein the valve allows passage of a lubricant into the cavity through the first aperture and prevents passage of the lubricant out of the cavity through the first aperture. The rotation indexing device includes a frame accommodates a rotary shaft, a drive motor rotationally drives the rotary shaft, a drive transmission mechanism accommodated in a space inside the frame, and a detection device. The method comprises the steps of measuring the pressure of the fluid at the outlet of the apparatus, analyzing the measured pressure to detect at least one phase of the cycle of machining of the part by the machining tool from the duly measured pressure, and controlling the machining support equipment item as a function of the phase of the machining cycle which has been detected.
