Method for evaluating tool installation, and machine tool
Provided is a method for evaluating tool installation when fastening a tool to a main shaft of a machine tool, wherein the method includes a storage step for storing a reference location of a draw bar at the time when the tool is contacting a mounting seat of the main shaft, in a state in which foreign matter has been removed from the surface of the mounting seat and from the contacting surface of the tool. The method for evaluating tool installation includes a measuring step for measuring a measurement location of the draw bar when the tool is installed on the main shaft, and a determination step for determining the installation state of the tool to be abnormal if a measurement-location error with respect to the reference location exceeds a predetermined determination range.
Spindle vibration measuring system, spindle vibration measuring method, and program
A spindle vibration measuring system which measures vibration of a spindle in a machining device that performs a cutting or abrading process on a workpiece. The machining device has a workpiece holder that holds the workpiece, the spindle that holds a tool, and a moving mechanism that relatively moves the workpiece holder and the spindle. The spindle vibration measuring system acquires positional variation data or vibration data of the moving mechanism when the spindle rotates, and a result related to vibration of the spindle to output or store based on the positional variation data or the vibration data.
ROTARY TABLE
A rotary table includes a base body, a movable ring rotatably arranged on the base body, a fixed ring arranged on an inner periphery side of the movable ring and fixed to the base body, and a plurality of rolling elements. The rotary table includes a sensor fixed to the base body and a dog fixed to the movable ring. The movable ring has a scale extending at least at a portion of an outer peripheral side surface, and a groove-shaped recess formed to be recessed inward from an outer periphery of the movable ring at a position corresponding to the scale on the outer periphery. The dog has a leg portion fitted to the recess, and a detected portion protruding outward from the leg portion and detectable by the sensor. The leg portion is able to be fixed to the movable ring at any position in the recess.
Method and device for the contactless assessment of the surface quality of a wafer
A method and a device for contactless assessment of the surface quality of a workpiece (W) according to the angle-resolved scattered light measuring technique comprises an optical sensor (10) which illuminates a measuring spot (14). The intensity of the radiation which is reflected back is detected by means of a line sensor (16), and an intensity characteristic value (Ig) is determined therefrom. A horizontal initial rotation angle () at which the intensity characteristic value is at a maximum is determined. In a measuring operating mode, surface characteristic values are calculated taking into account this initial rotational angle (). The measuring method is defined by extremely high lateral and vertical spatial resolution, extending into the subnanometer range, and by a high measuring speed.
Slip detector
A machine including: a table having a surface adapted to have a workpiece lay and move thereon, and a vise for gripping the workpiece. The machine also includes a drive system for moving the vise and workpiece a distance along the table surface, and a sensor assembly connected to the vise for measuring an amount of slip distance occurring between the vise and the workpiece. The machine also includes a control unit connected to the sensor assembly and the drive system for storing the measured slip distance and for operating the drive system and for operating to do at least one of, when a predetermined amount of slip distance is detected: sounding an alarm and stopping further movement of the workpiece, and, when a slip distance is measured, for causing the drive system to move the vise and workpiece an added distance equal to the measured slip distance.
PLANAR POSITIONING APPARATUS AND WORKBENCH
The invention relates to a planar positioning apparatus for positioning loads on a predetermined plane, said positioning apparatus comprising:a base plate having a flat surface that extends parallel to and at a specific distance from the predefined positioning plane, thus defining same;four identical linear guides/drives which are collinearly fastened to or on the base plate in pairs parallel to the two other linear guides/drives; anda parallel kinematic unit which comprises a load platform, is disposed between the parallel linear guides/drives, and is rotationally connected to the rotors of all linear drives via one passive joint each.
Opening/closing control device of chuck
The invention relates to a device controlling a chuck of a machine tool and an auxiliary equipment thereof, thereby facilitating a setup work. Gripping and releasing of a work are confirmed by registering a work gripping position and a work releasing position of a chuck, a kind of a used chuck, and a gripping direction of a work in an external memory device every product type of the work, transferring the work gripping position and the work releasing position in correspondence to the product type to a controller of a machine tool displaying them on a display of an operator control panel, detecting a position of an operation rod opening and closing a claw of the chuck by a stroke sensor, referring to the gripping position of the work, and detecting conformity of the detecting position and set values of the work gripping position and the work releasing position.
LOADING MECHANISM AND MACHINE TOOL SYSTEM
A workpiece is conveyed from a first fixed point to a second fixed point by a conveyor in a chucked state. A phase of the workpiece that is being conveyed by the conveyor is detected by a detector. The workpiece conveyed to the second fixed point by the conveyor is seated on a seating part. A workpiece seating phase of the seating part is adjusted by an adjustor to the phase of the workpiece detected by the detector.
MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool includes: a column; a spindle head supported by the column; a spindle in the spindle head; a draw bar moved upward to clamp a tool to the lower end portion of the spindle and moved downward to release the tool therefrom; a biasing portion biasing the draw bar upward; a cam mechanism including a cam in the column and an arm whose one end slides on a cam surface such that the other end pushes down the draw bar; a measurement portion measuring the position of the draw bar; a storage portion storing a position relationship between the spindle head and the draw bar when the cam mechanism is normal; and an abnormality determination portion determining an abnormality in the cam mechanism based on the position of the draw bar measured with the measurement portion and the relationship stored in the storage portion.
Pallet conveying apparatus
A pallet conveying apparatus includes a first and a second guide rails separated in a vertical direction, an endless first circulation belt provided along the first and second guide rails, a first pallet feeding part configured to convey the pallet by rotating the first circulation belt engaged with the pallet, and a first pallet moving part provided at one end sides of the first and second guide rails, wherein the pallet is engaged with an upper side of the first circulation belt when moving along the first guide rail provided on a vertically upper side while being engaged with a lower side of the first circulation belt when moving along the second guide rail provided on a vertical lower side.
