An air purification unit and/or system for an environment with multiple seated individuals, including an air collector and air purification chamber, to be used independently from or in conjunction with the environment's air handling system.

In certain exemplary embodiments, an air purifier comprises a housing defining an enclosure and having an air entrance and an air exit; a particulate filter; a NCCO filter material configured to adsorb and decompose at least one gaseous pollutant; an AOG configured to generate at least one oxidant; an oxidant remover configured to remove at least one oxidant; a fan unit configured to generate airflow from the air entrance to the air exit; wherein the particulate filter, the NCCO filter material, the AOG, the oxidant remover and the fan unit are positioned within the enclosure such that during operation, a flow of air passes from the air entrance to the air exit through the particulate filter and the NCCO filter material along a direction of the flow of air. In certain embodiments, the air purifier may ensure safety to users while efficiency in removing contaminants can be greatly improved.

In the present application, a robot body has an obstacle detection function and can make a turn automatically. The indoor quarantine system may include: an indoor headcount checking device including a headcount checking unit configured to check the number of persons who stay in an indoor space and a headcount providing unit configured to provide headcount information checked by the headcount checking unit to mobile terminals of indoor users; and a disinfection mask worn on an indoor user and activating a disinfection function in accordance with a disinfection command based on the indoor headcount information received from the mobile terminal of the indoor user to disinfect harmful substances around the indoor user.
