ROLLER-TYPE WHEEL FLANGE SURFACE POWDER REMOVING DEVICE
The present invention discloses a roller-type wheel flange surface powder removing device, that includes a corresponding roller brush that is replaced according to the size of a wheel to be processed. A manipulator places the wheel at corresponding positions of limit discs, output ends of cylinders extend to drive pressure blocks to press the wheel, and a sliding seat and a mechanism thereon reciprocate along with a rack within the travel range of guide pillars. While a second motor starts working, a first motor drives a second gear to rotate, and a first gear transmits the rotation speed to the roller brush through a support shaft according to a certain transmission ratio. The roller brush is driven by a third gear 23 and a rack 24 while rotating with the support shaft. The roller brush reciprocates to clean the surface of the wheel.
WHEEL SHAPE FOLLOW-UP BURR BRUSHING DEVICE
A wheel shape follow-up burr brushing device is composed of lower guide posts, lower cylinders, a first lifting table, a first servo motor, a lower rotating table, back cavity brush adjustment cylinders, I-shaped sliding blocks, a concave block, front brush adjustment cylinders and the like. The heights of brushes are adjusted, so that the contour formed by six brushes can be consistent with the back cavity of a wheel in shape, and the brushes follow up the shape of the back cavity of the wheel; the inclination angle of the brush and the depth of the brush entering the groove can be adjusted, so that the brush follows up the shape of a spoke root groove; and the heights of the brushes can be adjusted to match the shape of the front of the wheel, so that the brushes follow up the shape of the front of the wheel.

DEVICE FOR REMOVING BURRS FROM RISER OF ALUMINUM ALLOY WHEEL
Disclosed is a device for automatically removing burrs from a riser of an aluminum alloy wheel. The device is composed of a frame, a clamping gear rack structure, a support plate, a servo motor and the like. When a clamping cylinder drives a left sliding plate to move, clamping wheels are controlled to center and clamp the wheel, and the servo motor controls the rotation of the clamping wheels, so that the wheel may rotate while being clamped. When a distance adjusting cylinder drives a right sliding block to move, a left sliding block and the right sliding block move synchronously under the action of a feed gear rack structure, so that a left burr tool and a right burr tool move synchronously to adjust the distance between them according to the diameter of a cap slot.
Roller tool for making a brake disk
The present invention in one or more embodiments provides a roller tool for roughening a friction ring of a brake disk, the roller tool including a roller body including inner and outer ends and a casing surface positioned therebetween, the inner end differing in cross-section dimension than the outer end, the casing surface including thereupon one or more protrusions for contacting the friction ring. The roller tool may further include a support frame supporting the roller body. The support frame may include a short leg connected to the outer end of the roller body and a long leg connected to the inner end of the roller body.
