Belt Sharpener
A belt sharpener comprises a drive pulley, a belt tensioner, a contact roller, an idler pulley and an endless abrasive belt mounted for rotation between them. The belt sharpener also includes a primary and a secondary guiding means adapted to hold a blade at a desired angle towards the abrasive belt.
Apparatus, methods, computer programs and non-transitory computer readable storage mediums for machining objects
An apparatus for machining an object includes a wheel having a first circular surface, a second circular surface oriented parallel to the first circular surface, a first rim surface extending from the first circular surface at a first edge, and a second rim surface extending from the second circular surface at a second edge and towards the first rim surface. A gradient of the first rim surface has a radial component, and a gradient of the second rim surface has a radial component. The first edge defines a curved surface between the first circular surface and the first rim surface, and the second edge defines a curved surface between the second circular surface and the second rim surface.

WORM POLISHING METHOD AND DEVICE THEREOF
Loopback rolls which can transfer and guide a polishing tape (T) in a tangential direction of a pressure contact roll (R) is provided, a top edge face (RG1) and a tapered peripheral edge (RG) having a pair of slant edge faces (RG2) are formed on a periphery of the pressure contact roll, by both of which the polishing tape can be bent into a substantially V-shape in cross section, and a switchable pressure contact mechanism (7) is switchably provided which pressure contacts each of bent portions (T) of the polishing tape, which is bent into the substantially V-shape in cross section by the tapered peripheral edge to one tooth face (B1) or the other tooth face of a bottom land (B) of a worm (W).
BELT PROCESSING DEVICE
A belt processing device moves a processing belt relative to a workpiece to process the workpiece. The belt processing device comprises a first roller that is a processing roller, a second roller that is a driven roller, a processing belt that is supported by the first roller and the second roller, a pneumatic motor that rotates the first roller or the second roller, an elastic ring that is installed on the outer circumference of the first roller, and an expansion prevention member that is installed on the elastic ring and has a greater modulus of elasticity than the elastic ring.

Abrasive Belt Grip
An abrasive belt grip is an apparatus that is used to apply a finish to a knife blade. The apparatus includes a casing, a carbide plate, a drive roller, an idle roller, a heat-sinking saddle, a cooling system, and a serpentine belt. The casing is used as a structural base to mount all of the aforementioned components. The conveying movement of the serpentine belt allows the apparatus to apply a finish onto the knife blade. The conveying movement of the serpentine belt is driven by the rotation of the drive roller and is stabilized by the rotation of the idle roller. The carbide plate provides a flat backing for the serpentine belt as a knife blade is pressed against the serpentine belt. The heat-sinking saddle draws heat away from the serpentine belt and the carbide plate, while the cooling system exhausts that heat out of the casing.

Size-adjustable adaptive online wheel deburring device
A size-adjustable adaptive online wheel deburring device, including a synchronous clamping and rotating system for fixing and rotating a wheel, a left brush system, and a right brush system. The left brush system includes a first belt-type brush with a T-shaped synchronous belt at its inner side and bristles at its outer side, and a first automatically adjusting mechanism for changing a shape of the first brush by engaging the T-shaped synchronous belt so that the shape of the first brush is able to match different back cavity shapes of the wheel during burr removal. The right brush system includes a second belt-type brush and a second automatically adjusting mechanism for changing a shape of the second brush so that the second brush is constantly in three-point contact with a position of the wheel to be deburred during the burr removal.
