A handheld work apparatus has a tool and a brake assembly for the tool. The brake assembly has an actuating element which acts on a brake element of the brake assembly. The actuating element is movable between a fixed position wherein the tool is not braked, and a released position, wherein the brake element brakes the tool. To fix the actuating element in the fixed position, an electromagnet is provided. The electromagnet interacts with an anchor on the actuating element. The anchor is mounted via a pivot joint on an anchor pin to be pivotable about a pivot axis. A guide includes a guide part connected to the anchor and a guide part connected to the yoke, wherein, in the fixed position of the actuating element, the guide parts guide the anchor relative to the yoke in a transverse direction of an outrigger of the apparatus.

A glue-removing wheel assembly has an adapter, a reinforcing piece, and a wheel body. The adapter has a large diameter section, a small diameter section, and a connecting rod. The present invention relates to a device for detaching/attaching a hand grinder polishing disk, the device being clamped on the rotating shaft of a grinder main body so as to enable the easier and quicker detachment/attachment of a consumable polishing disk used for finishing, cutting, severing, etc. the surface of a target object, or to enable the definite prevention of loosening, vibration phenomenon, etc. The present invention comprises: a grinder main body which has a rotating shaft operating at a high speed by means of air pressure or the driving of an electric motor; a power transmission member which has a stopping protrusion formed on the upper end part of the body thereof and a hexagonal body including a flange formed on the center part of the body thereof, and which is clamped on the rotating shaft of the grinder main body by a fixing bolt; a stopper main body which has a hexagonal hole formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof for accommodating the power transmission member, and which has an arc-shaped seat groove formed on the circumference of the hexagonal hole so as to face each other; a pair of upper and lower rotating plates which are each fitted in a flat plate portion on the upper end of the stopper main body; and a disk holder which has an upper fixing ring and a lower support plate assembled on the power transmission member for fixing an abrasive material.

A grinder according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a motor, a housing for housing the motor, a spindle protruding from the housing and configured to be driven to be rotated by the motor, a wheel cover configured to cover a part of a tip end tool attached to the spindle, a detector configured to detect the wheel cover, and a controller configured to stop or restrict the spindle being driven by the motor in response to non-detection of the wheel cover by the detector.

A quick clamping device for a portable power tool, in particular an angle grinder, includes an output shaft that is configured to be driven in rotation and at least one clamping unit that is configured to fix an application tool unit to the output shaft without tools. The clamping unit has at least one movably mounted clamping element configured to apply a clamping force to the application tool unit in a clamping position of the clamping element. The clamping element is formed by a positive-locking element that is movable transversely to an axis of rotation of the output shaft and is configured to engage behind at least a subregion of the application tool unit in a positive-locking manner so as to secure the application tool unit.
POWER TOOL
A power tool, wherein a lubricant for gearbox lubrication can be accommodated in a gearbox housing interior of the gearbox housing, wherein the output shaft has a first end on which an insert tool unit can be mounted, and has a second end, wherein the output shaft is designed as a hollow spindle with a cavity. A hollow cylinder section is formed at its second end. An actuator is arranged in a rotationally resistant manner to the gearbox housing, which engages with the hollow cylinder section. Between the hollow cylinder section and the actuator, a gap extends along the axis of rotation which at its first end is connected to the cavity and at its second end to the gearbox housing interior. A shaft seal is disposed in the gap, which counteracts the leakage of lubricant from the gap towards the first end of the output shaft.

The present embodiment discloses a hand-held tool and a clamping device thereof. The clamping device of a hand-held tool includes: a mounting base; a clamping unit configured to fasten a working tool in an axial direction; and an operation assembly, including an operating member and a driving member, where the operating member is capable of performing compound motion relative to the mounting base, and the operating member is operable to drive the driving member to selectively mate with and disengage from the clamping unit. In this way, the hand-held tool of the present embodiment has the clamping device. By means of compound motion, not only comfort of operation can be achieved, but also parts can be saved, thereby making the structure simpler and more reliable.
