FUNCTIONAL UNIT FOR A HAND-GUIDED POWER TOOL AND POWER TOOL WITH SUCH A FUNCTIONAL UNIT
The invention refers to a functional unit (27) for a hand-guided power tool (1), in particular in the form of a polisher or a sander. The functional unit (27) comprises a base element (28), a first attachment member (29) for releasable attachment of the base element (28) to a motor driven tool shaft (23) of the power tool (1), a working element (11) adapted for working a surface of a workpiece during use of the power tool (1), and a second attachment member (30) for attachment of the working element (11) to the base element (28). In order to provide for a fast and easy replacement of a functional unit (27) against another functional unit (27) it is suggested that the first attachment member (29) is adapted to releasably attach the base element (28) of the functional unit (27) to the tool shaft (23) of the power tool (1) by means of magnetic force.
ELECTRIC TOOL
Included are: a clamp configured to switch between a mounting state in which a tip tool is mounted and a releasing state in which the tip tool is removed; a clamp moving portion configured to move between a first position at which the clamp is in the mounting state and a second position at which the clamp is in the releasing state; a clamp urging portion configured to urge the clamp moving portion to the first position; a case accommodating at least a part of each of the clamp, the clamp moving portion, and the clamp urging portion; a retaining portion configured to retain the clamp moving portion at the second position; and a mounting operation portion configured to receive mounting operation for switching the clamp from the releasing state to the mounting state. When the mounting operation portion receives the mounting operation, the retaining portion cancels retaining of the clamp moving portion at the second position.
APPARATUS FOR FORMING A HAIRLINE FINISH
An apparatus for forming the hairline on a target material according to the embodiment includes a body including a rotation shaft, an abrasive member, a first bracket for fixing the abrasive member to the rotation shaft, and a guide unit disposed between the body and the rotation shaft along a longitudinal direction of the rotation shaft.
WORK TOOL
A work tool includes a spindle and a clamp shaft. The spindle is supported to be rotatable around a driving axis defining an up-down direction of the work tool. The clamp shaft includes a shaft part and a fixing part. The shaft part extends coaxially with the spindle. The fixing part is coupled to the shaft part on a lower side of the spindle. The clamp shaft is supported to be movable in the up-down direction relative to the spindle. The clamp shaft is configured to be biased upward and to fix the tool accessory to a lower end portion of the spindle by the fixing par. The fixing part is configured to be removable from the shaft part and to be integrally coupled to the shaft part only by moving upward relative to the shaft part.
An Oscillating Power Tool
An oscillating power tool includes a housing and a motor at least partially disposed within the housing and having a rotational output shaft. An eccentric bearing is attached to the output shaft. An oscillating member is coupled to the eccentric bearing to convert rotational movement of the eccentric bearing into oscillating movement. A pivot shaft has an oscillating axis and the oscillating member is arranged on it. A tool engagement area is disposed on the oscillating member for engaging a detachable tool. The tool engagement area substantially surrounds the oscillating axis and has protruding tool connecting members extending parallel to the oscillating axis for axial mounting of the detachable tool to the tool engagement area.
Quick Clamping Device
A quick clamping device for a machine tool, in particular for a hand-held machine tool, includes at least one clamping device that is moveably mounted in particular on an output spindle of the machine tool that can be rotationally driven about an output shaft of the machine tool, at least for axially securing a tool device, in particular an insert tool, on the output spindle of the machine tool. The quick clamping device includes at least one movement securing unit having at least one movement securing element arranged in particular on the clamping device, which is provided for a movement of the tool device, in particular in a rotary drive position, and/or for securing the tool device.
Positioning Device for a Machine Tool, Machine Tool and Positioning Method
A positioning device for a machine tool, in particular for a hand-held machine tool having a rotationally driveable output spindle, includes at least one positioning unit which is provided to stop and/or retain at least one output spindle of the machine tool and/or an insert tool arranged on the output spindle of the machine tool in at least one defined position. The positioning unit is provided for stopping and/or retaining the output spindle and/or the insert tool arranged on the output spindle in at least one defined position in an automatic manner, in particular without a user intervention, in particular starting from a working movement of the output spindle and/or of the insert tool arranged on the output spindle.
ROTATING APPARATUS
A rotating apparatus includes a body connected to a power generation part to rotate a member to be rotated and comprises a driving shaft formed at a side thereof and coupled to the power generation part, a disc-shaped seating part formed at another side thereof, multiple fixing protrusions protruding at an uniform interval on an edge portion of an upper surface of the seating part, a boss protruding from the center thereof, and multiple latching protrusions formed on the outer peripheral surface of the boss; a locking part coupled to the upper surface of the seating part to make in contact with the upper surface of the seating part, and a reverse rotation prevention means maintaining a coupling state between the locking part and the body.
Grinding tool fixture and method of manufacturing main body of grinding tool fixture
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a main body of a grinding tool fixture, a grinding tool fixture having a cap at a front, a sleeve and a coil spring consecutively connected, and a main body connected at a rear, and the main body having a body and a rotating shaft integrally formed with a rear of the body. The main body of the grinding tool fixture is turned, heat-treated, and then straightened. According to the present invention, a grinding tool for a grinder can be conveniently attached and detached by reciprocating a sleeve such that a separate working tool or fastener is not required, and the grinding tool can be immediately replaced even during use of the grinder.
