GRINDING MACHINE
A grinding machine includes a grinding machine body and a grinding disc connected to the grinding machine body. The grinding machine body is provided with a pressure cavity at a position facing the grinding disc and a gas intake pipe corresponding to the pressure cavity. A pressure release gap in communication with the pressure cavity is formed between the grinding machine body and the grinding disc. The gas intake pipe induces a high-pressure gas into the pressure cavity, which receives an effect of the high-pressure gas to become a positive-pressure environment. The high-pressure gas is continually released via the pressure release gap to prohibit external dust from entering the pressure cavity. Thus, the grinding machine is capable of preventing dust from accumulating in the pressure cavity as well as effectively preventing moisture from entering the pressure cavity when the grinding machine is applied for wet grinding.
Pneumatic power tool with an over-speed safety device
A pneumatic power tool includes: a housing with a pressure air inlet passage, a rotation motor, a working implement carrying output shaft, and an over-speed safety device including: a valve element located in the inlet passage and shiftable between open and closed positions, a motor speed responsive actuating mechanism which can shift the valve element from an open to a closed position as motor speed reaches an accepted maximum limit, and a retaining unit which maintains the valve element in an open position at normal motor speed levels and releases it toward the closed position when actuated by the actuating mechanism. The retaining unit includes: a latch spindle having varying width in an axial direction and coupled to the actuating mechanism for displacement between valve element locking and releasing positions at the maximum speed limit, and a support surface and axially adjacently located one or more waist portions.
PNEUMATIC ANGLE GRINDER HAVING IMPROVED GRIP STRUCTURE
A pneumatic angle grinder having an improved grip structure to solve the problem that the holding posture is not ergonomic when the wrist is lifted. When a press handle is pressed downward to the bottommost, a rear section of the press handle is lower than a front section thereof. The rear section is substantially flush with a tail portion of a cover. A depression is formed above a bent section and the rear section of the press handle and the tail portion of the cover relative to the height of the front section. When an operator grasps a head portion of a main body, the thenar and the hypothenar of the operator lean against the cover. The location of the depression to rest the bottom side of the wrist is significantly lower than the top end of the head portion for the wrist to move downward.
Wilson ICA H2O Turbine Cleaner
A hand tool apparatus for cleaning pool tile and plaster pool stains. The apparatus is made of chemical resistant plastics and a hydro turbine. The apparatus body houses two ports. One port is for the water intake line. A second port is for the suction line coming from the pool pump system. The suction line from the pool pump system then connects to the invention (hand held tool). The invention houses a hydro turbine. A detachable abrasion member is mounted at the end of the turbine shaft. The hydro turbine is activated by using pool suction from the pool pump system. A 3-way valve controls the water intake flow which in turn controls the desired RPM's (revolutions per minute). The combination of RPM's and abrasion member results in removal of unwanted calcium buildup on swimming pool tile or swimming pool plaster.
STREAMING VOLUMETRIC VIDEO FOR SIX DEGREES OF FREEDOM VIRTUAL REALITY
There is disclosed a system and method for streaming of volumetric three-dimensional video content. The system includes a separate rendering server and display device such that the rendering server receives pose and motion data from the mobile device and generates completed frames of video for the mobile device. The frames of video are transmitted to the mobile device for display. Predictive algorithms enable the rendering server to predict display device pose from frame-to-frame to thereby reduce overall latency in communications between the rendering server and display device.
Slug retention groove forming machine and method
A portable and transportable die cavity modifying machine having a base carrying a carriage adjustable along one axis, e.g., a generally horizontal axis, and a machining head adjustable along another axis, e.g., a generally vertical axis, for modifying a die cavity of a stamping die in a manner that prevents blank or slug pulling during stamping press operation. The machine includes a grinder that can be pneumatically powered having a grinding bit used to precisely machine a slug retention groove in a die cavity defining surface (sidewall) of a die cavity formed in a stamping die. The machine has an angularly adjustable head carrying the grinder enabling adjustment of the angle of the groove relative to die cavity defining surface enabling the groove to be angled relative to the direction of a punch entering the die cavity during stamping.
Profiled plane abrading tool for tire repairs
The present invention includes methods and apparatus for controlling the abrasion of a tire surface. Particular embodiments provide an abrading tool for abrading a surface of a tire, the tool comprising means for rotating an abrading wheel, an abrading wheel rotatably attached to the means for rotating, and a depth guide secured to the means for rotating, wherein the depth guide includes a pair of freely rotatable, spaced apart guide wheels. Further embodiments include a depth guide configured for use with an abrading tool which includes a abrading wheel and a means for rotating the abrading wheel, the depth guide comprising a mounting member securable to the means for rotating and a pair of freely rotatable, spaced apart guide wheels rotatably attached to the mounting member. Particular embodiments further include a method for preparing a portion of a tire for repair.
Pneumatic tool with gear train
The present invention relates broadly to pneumatic tools, such as a sander, that provide an optimum output speed and has significant stall torque to reduce the risk of the tool from stalling during use. The tool includes a coupled gear set that drives an output accessory, such as an abrasive pad, at an optimum speed without loss of power or power reduction, and with an amplified stall torque. The coupled gear set may include a first gear set that functions as a speed reducer, and a second gear set that functions as a speed increaser.
PNEUMATIC TOOL
A pneumatic tool comprises a housing, a chamber formed inside the housing, and a pneumatic mechanism and a cylinder disposed inside the chamber. The housing includes a gas inhale channel and a gas exhaust channel respectively interconnecting with the chamber. A ventilation gap is formed between the cylinder and chamber. The cylinder includes a compartment receiving the pneumatic mechanism, a gas inlet hole interconnecting with the compartment and gas inhale channel, and at least one gas outlet hole interconnecting with the compartment and ventilation gap. The pneumatic tool also comprises at least one buffer turbulent channel disposed on at least one of the sides of the cylinder and chamber, which face the ventilation gap. The variation of the cross section area between the ventilation gap and buffer turbulent channel can regulate flowing the speed of the high-pressure and high-speed gas and make it drive the pneumatic mechanism smooth.
