An electric tool includes a body, a battery pack, and a guide portion including a primary guide unit and a secondary guide unit. The primary guide unit and the secondary guide unit each extend in a preset direction and the primary guide unit and the secondary guide unit each are arranged in the longitudinal direction between a connecting portion of the battery pack and a mounting portion of the body. The primary guide unit and the secondary guide unit implement rigid mating. The primary guide unit includes primary mating surfaces mating with each other in the transverse direction, the secondary guide unit includes secondary mating surfaces mating with each other in the transverse direction, and a ratio of a width of a transverse gap between the primary mating surfaces to a width of a transverse gap between the secondary mating surfaces is greater than or equal to 0.3.

The power tool includes a pin, which is configured to output a reciprocating motion. The pin is configured to provide the reciprocating motion to a reciprocating accessory. The power tool is configured to provide a connected accessory with the corresponding motion during operation.

A power tool, includes a power supply module for connecting to AC power; a brushless motor including a rotor and a stator winding; a rectifier module configured to receive the AC power from the power supply module and output a DC bus voltage; a position detection module for detecting a position signal of the brushless motor; a MCU chip configured to receive the position signal of the brushless motor detected by the position detection module and output a driving signal according to the position signal, where the MCU chip includes a controller; and a driving circuit configured to receive the driving signal from the MCU chip to drive the brushless motor, where the driving circuit is connected in series between the MCU chip and the stator winding of the brushless motor.

The motor includes a stator assembly, a rotor assembly including a motor shaft configured to rotate about a first axis, a commutator, and a carbon brush. The commutator includes a bushing, configured to connect the commutator to the motor shaft, a plurality of commutator segments, sequentially distributed in a circumferential direction around the first axis and arranged around the bushing, and an insulating member, configured to bond the bushing and the plurality of commutator segments so as to constitute a whole.

A rectifier that receives an alternating current and converts the alternating current to a direct current, a switching arrangement having a plurality of motor switches connected electrically between the rectifier and the motor, and a capacitor connected electrically between the rectifier and the switching arrangement, are mounted on a rear portion of a planar surface of the circuit board. A switching arrangement and at least one heat sink in thermal communication therewith are mounted on a front portion of the planar surface of the circuit board.
Self-deactivating shut-down switch for a power tool
A power tool is provided including an electric motor, a power terminal receiving electric power form a power supply, an actuator, a power switch circuit disposed between the power terminal and the electric motor, and a controller controlling a switching operation of the power switch circuit. A power contact switch is coupled to the actuator and disposed on a first current path to selectively connect the power switch circuit to the power supply. A solid-state load switch disposed on a second current path from the power terminal to the controller is controllable via output of the power contact switch or a self-activating feedback signal from the controller. A solid-state override switch is provided controllable via a self-deactivating feedback signal from the controller and having an output commonly coupled to the output of the power contact switch to turn off the load switch even when the power contact switch is closed.

A gearhead for a handheld power tool for machining workpieces, having a housing in which an output that can be connected to a drive of a handheld power tool is accommodated, and also having a tool shaft to which a tool can be coupled, wherein a braking device that can be moved between a braking position and a release position and that acts upon the tool shaft is provided for braking of the tool shaft. A switching device is provided that can be moved between a first switching position, in which the tool shaft is connected to the output in a power transmitting manner and in which the braking device is transferred into the release position, and a second switching position, in which the tool shaft is decoupled from the output and in which the braking device is transferred into the braking position.

An electric tool includes an output member, a motor, and a housing. The motor includes a rotor shaft, a rotor core, and a stator component. The rotor shaft is configured to rotate around a first axis. The stator component includes a coil winding. The stator component surrounds the first axis to separate the accommodation cavity into a first space and a second space. The first space includes a first end and a second end. The motor further includes a first end cover and a second end cover. The first end cover is disposed at the first end of the first space. The second end cover is disposed at the second end of the first space. A passage is formed between the second end cover and a structure surrounding the first space, and the passage is configured to place the first space into communication with the second space.

Provided is a power tool capable of performing braking in which deterioration and breakage of elements are inhibited. In a brake control, an arithmetic unit 21: performs a switching control of a combination of any of upper arm side Q1-Q3 switching elements and any of lower arm side switching elements Q4-Q6 while sequentially switching the elements; and causes a current to flow in a closed loop (a closed loop in the same direction as during driving of the power tool) in order through any of the upper arm side Q1-Q3 switching elements, stator coils 6e, any of the lower arm side switching elements Q4-Q6, and a first diode bridge 15.

A power tool includes a housing, a tool attachment, an output shaft, an electric motor, and an airflow channel. The housing includes an air inlet and an air outlet, and an airflow channel is formed between the air inlet and the air outlet. The electric motor includes an electric motor shaft, a stator and a rotor. The power tool further includes a thermal conduction member disposed between the rotor and the stator and configured to transfer heat between the rotor and the stator into the airflow channel. Further disclosed is an angle grinder. The power tool has good heat dissipation performance.
