Work tool
A work tool includes a motor, a tool-mounting part, a rotary shaft, a rotating member, a switch, an operation member and a lock mechanism. The rotating member is held rotatably around a rotation axis of the rotary shaft and configured to transmit torque to and from the rotary shaft while being allowed to rotate relative to the rotary shaft. The rotating member is configured to rotate together with the rotary shaft by action of transmitting the torque when the operation member is moved from the OFF position to the ON position and the lock mechanism allows the rotating member to rotate, and configured to apply a braking force to the rotary shaft by action of transmitting the torque when the operation member is moved from the ON position to the OFF position and the lock mechanism non-rotatably locks the rotating member.
Protective Hood Adapter Device and Machine Tool System comprising the Protective Hood Adapter Device
A protective hood adapter device for mounting on a machine tool, in particular a hand-held machine tool, is disclosed. The protective hood adapter device includes at least one attachment part for attaching to a protective hood of the machine tool. The protective hood adapter device further includes at least one fastening part which is mounted on the attachment part so as to be movable in at least one movement plane. The fastening part is provided to clamp the attachment part on the protective hood by way of a force oriented at least substantially perpendicularly to the movement plane.
WORK MACHINE
The work machine includes: a gear housing; a spindle protruding in a first direction from the gear housing; a bearing held by the gear housing and including an inner race and an outer race, the bearing rotatably supporting the spindle; a tip tool attachment portion to which a tip tool is attachable, the tip tool attachment portion being provided at the spindle; a sealing member positioned further in the first direction than the bearing; and a restricting member for restricting the sealing member from moving in the first direction. At least a part of the sealing member is overlapped with the inner race in an axial direction of the spindle. The restricting member is held either by the spindle or by the gear housing.
DISC TOOL
A disc tool for a processing machine for grinding and/or polishing a workpiece (W); wherein the disc tool (10A, 10B, 10B) has a carrier (20) for attachment to an output (85) of the processing machine (80); wherein a cushion element (40A, 40B, 40C) made of elastic material and a retaining wall element (41A, 41B, 41C, 41D) for retaining the cushion element (40A, 40B, 40C, 61) are arranged on the carrier (20); wherein the retaining wall element (41A, 41B, 41C, 41D) is held on the carrier (20) by means of retaining bolts (35); wherein retaining bolt passage openings (48) of the retaining wall element (41A, 41B, 41C, 41D) extending through retaining mounts (28), of the carrier (20) are accommodated along bolt sections (36) of the retaining bolts (35) extending along the bolt longitudinal axes (BL), and the retaining wall element (41A, 41B, 41C, 41D) is held between bolt heads (37) of the retaining bolts (35) and the carrier (20); and wherein an adhesive layer (50) is arranged on a side of the retaining wall element (41A, 41B, 41C, 41D) opposite the carrier (20), on which adhesive layer a processing means (70) for grinding and/or polishing the workpiece (W) can be releasably attached to the disc tool (10A, 10B, 10B). The adhesive layer (50) has recesses (52) assigned to the bolt heads (37).
ANGLE GRIND COATING APPARATUS AND A METHOD THEREOF
An angle grind coating apparatus and method for providing a coating onto materials is described. The angle grind coating apparatus comprising workpiece holder (102) assembled for holding tool material (104) and is assembled over base (106) provided over a fixture (108). The workpiece holder (102) has a spring assembly (110) to apply an upward thrust force to the tool material (104) and a grinding wheel (114) is mounted perpendicular to the workpiece holder (102) to enable grinding of the tool material (104) fixed in front and just below the grinding wheel (114) to align the fixture (108) with the grinding wheel (114). The angle grind coating apparatus comprises an angle grinder (116) to enable rotation of the grinding wheel (114) over the tool material (104) at a predefined Rotations Per Minute (RPM), such that rotation of the grinding wheel (114) generates a stream of swarf particles (118) from the workpiece/tool material 104 and are deposited over a target surface fixed (120) at a pre-set standoff distance from the angle grind coating apparatus.
Brushless motor system for power tools
A brushless DC motor includes a stator, a rotor, and motor terminals mounted on the stator. Each motor terminal includes a planar portion extending circumferentially from the end insulator, a wire-receiving member extending from a first end of the planar portion and folded over an outer surface of the planar portion away from the center axis of the stator at an angle of less than 90 degrees, and a tab portion extending from a second end of the planar portion parallel to the center axis of the stator. A circuit board is disposed adjacent the motor including power switches mounted thereon for energizing the stator windings. Slots are formed in the circuit board to align with and securely receive the tab portions of the motor terminals, thus electrically connecting the motor terminals to the power switches.
Power tool
A power tool has a fan guide for straightening the flow of cooling air generated by a fan, wherein the branching passages through are provided for causing a portion of the cooling air drawn into the fan from a ventilation hole to diverge from a flow toward an exhaust port formed on a bearing guide side, and the portion of the cooling air flows toward an inlet and thereby circulates inside a housing. The branching passages through provided to the fan guide are formed so as to be inclined in the same direction as a circumferential direction so that air path resistance during actual operation (in an intermediate-speed region) does not increase.
Dust collector
A dust collector in one aspect of the present invention comprises a dust collection portion, a communication portion, and an interlock operation control portion. When the communication portion receives an interlock command transmitted from an electric working machine, the interlock operation control portion makes the dust collection portion operate interlocking with the electric working machine. The interlock operation control portion includes a storage portion, in which identification information specific to the electric working machine with which the dust collection portion is to be made to perform the interlock operation is stored.
Electric power tool
A metal wire may be provided inside a hanger portion extending with an annular shape and which is integrally formed with an outer casing. An electric power tool may be prevented from falling, etc. due to deformation or breakage of the hanger portion by being reinforced by the wire.
