Sanding Block for Manual Use, and System Comprising a Sanding Block and an Abrasive Article
The disclosure relates to a sanding block for manual use, in particular for manually sanding surfaces, having at least one base plate for holding an abrasive article and at least one sanding block body having a gripping region. According to the disclosure, a rechargeable-battery operated device for removing sanding dust by suction is integrated in the sanding block, said device comprising at least a dust box, a motor housing, in which a drive motor provided with an impeller is provided, and a rechargeable battery for supplying the drive motor with power without an external power supply.
Depth adjustable hub for use with abrasive grinding tool
An abrasive finishing article with an adapter or hub to attach to an appropriate power tool, wherein the hub contains sets of slots to receive ribs positioned on a grinding wheel to permit adjustment of the height of the hub to change the overall height of the grinding wheel and abrasive finishing article.
Hand-held machine tool comprising a disconnector
A hand-held machine tool, in particular a sanding machine, including a handle element for the user to grip and a processing head which has an electric drive motor for driving a tool holder provided for holding a processing tool, the hand-held machine tool having a power supply system for supplying power to the drive motor by means of a cable arrangement, via which the drive motor and the power supply system are interconnected. A protection circuit including at least one electric disconnector is arranged on the drive motor, in order to disconnect a connection between at least one electric cable of the cable arrangement and a phase of a field coil arrangement of the drive motor, which phase can be supplied with current via the cable.
Grinder dust shroud with input shaft gasket and adjustable mounting mechanism
An angle grinder dust collection shroud includes mounting brackets which are attached to a shroud body via slots which allow the mounting brackets to move to different circumferential locations around the output shaft of the angle grinder as well and inwardly towards and outwardly away from the output shaft of the angle grinder. The mounting brackets are adjustable in their position around the angle grinder output shaft to allow them to engage the angle grinder while avoiding any mounting features for the angle grinder's stock blade guard.

Dust collector
A dust collector in one aspect of the present invention comprises a dust collection portion, a communication portion, and an interlock operation control portion. When the communication portion receives an interlock command transmitted from an electric working machine, the interlock operation control portion makes the dust collection portion operate interlocking with the electric working machine. The interlock operation control portion includes a storage portion, in which identification information specific to the electric working machine with which the dust collection portion is to be made to perform the interlock operation is stored.

Filter arrangement for filtering dust-laden air generated by a hand-guided power tool and power tool arrangement
The invention refers to a filter arrangement for filtering dust-laden air (7) generated by a hand-guided power tool (1), in particular a sander or a grinder, during operation of the power tool (1). The filter arrangement comprises a filter cartridge (13) having a hollow casing (14), a filter element (22) located inside the casing (14), an air inlet port (15) located downstream in respect to an airflow (8) through the filter cartridge (13) and in respect to the filter element (22) and adapted to be pneumatically connected to the power tool (1) in order to allow the dust-laden air (7) generated by the power tool (1) to flow into the casing (14), and an air outlet port (20) located upstream in respect to the airflow (8) through the filter cartridge (13) and in respect to the filter element (22), the air outlet port (20) adapted to allow filtered air (9) leave the filter cartridge (13).
It is suggested that the filter arrangement comprises an active airflow generating device (30) with a fan (40) comprising a plurality of blades (44) and driven by an electric motor (38) separate from an electric motor of the power tool (1), the airflow generating device (30) being in pneumatic connection with the air inlet port (15) of the filter cartridge (13) or with the air outlet port (20) of the filter cartridge (13) in order to generate or support the airflow (8) through the filter cartridge (13).
MOBILE MACHINE TOOL WITH SUCTION UNIT AND CONTROL METHOD
A mobile machine tool for processing a surface of a workpiece or of a room having a working device which is mobile with respect to a surface of the workpiece or room, which working device includes a tool receptacle for a work tool driven or drivable by a drive motor and/or a coating device having a coating tool for coating the surface, wherein the working device includes a suction device for suctioning the working device onto the surface by means of at least one force component oriented in a normal direction of the surface, wherein the suction device has at least one valve for controlling an intake air flow and/or a negative pressure in a suction region of the working device for suction onto the surface, and wherein the at least one valve has a valve member which is adjustable between at least two valve positions in which a flow cross-section of the valve is different. The suction device includes a suction controller for adjusting the valve member during operation of the work tool or the coating device between its valve positions depending on at least one physical variable.
POLE SANDER
A pole sander is provided including an elongate body including a passageway for passage of air, an electric motor, and a sanding head attached via a pivot mechanism to a first end of the elongate body. The sanding head includes a hood including a plate and a sidewall to form a chamber, an output spindle projecting from the hood and rotatably driven by the electric motor, and a tubular passage including a first end forming an opening and a second end coupled to an aperture formed through the plate. A flexible pipe is disposed between the passageway at the first end of the elongate body and the opening of the tubular passage to fluidly connect the passageway to the chamber. The tubular passage is oriented at least partially around a portion of the output spindle in a turning direction of the output spindle and extending angularly from the plate.
