Double-sided buffing pads with intertwined seams
Provided are buffing pads that have intertwined seams such that any hard or unyielding edges are covered and not exposed during a buffing or polishing process. A double-sided buffing pad for polishing surfaces comprises a backing plate; two fibrous buffing media with filaments of textiles extending therefrom that are affixed one media to each face of the backing plate; and a seam that is intertwined by a portion of the filaments from each media are intertwined. The filaments may be intertwined by needle-tacking, air entanglement, or hydro-entanglement.

ABRASIVE ROTARY TOOL WITH ABRASIVE AGGLOMERATES
An abrasive rotary tool includes a tool shank defining an axis of rotation for the rotary tool, and an abrasive external working surface. The abrasive external working surface includes a resin, and a plurality of porous ceramic abrasive composites dispersed in the resin, the porous ceramic abrasive composites including individual abrasive particles dispersed in a porous ceramic matrix. At least a portion of the porous ceramic matrix comprises glassy ceramic material. A ratio of the average porous ceramic abrasive composite size to the average individual abrasive particle size is no greater than 15 to 1.
FLEXIBLE ABRASIVE ROTARY TOOL
An abrasive rotary tool includes a tool shank a flexible planar section positioned opposite the tool shank. The flexible planar section forms a first abrasive external surface on a first side of the flexible planar section and a second abrasive external surface on a second side of the flexible planar section. The flexible planar section facilitates abrading, corners of a workpiece across multiple angles relative to the axis of rotation for the rotary tool through bending of the flexible planar section when the abrasive external surfaces are applied to a corner of the workpiece.

ABRASIVE BUFFING ARTICLES
The present disclosure relates to abrasive buffing articles (abrasive buffs) and methods of making the same. The abrasive buffs include a substrate, such as a fabric, that has been impregnated with an abrasive polymeric composition that includes abrasive particles, such as primary abrasive particles and/or abrasive aggregates, such as spray dried abrasive aggregates. The abrasive buffs are flexible and capable of conforming to and effectively abrading, polishing, and buffing workpieces possessing a complex geometry.
LAPPING DEVICE
A lapping device is provided that is capable of precisely lapping a surface of an object having a complicated shape, the lapping device including a driving unit, a shank connected to the driving unit through a driving shaft, and a lapping portion coupled to the shank. The lapping portion includes an abrasive layer and an elastic member between the abrasive layer and the shank.
Self-contained fibrous buffing article
A self-contained fibrous buffing article comprising at least one layer of a fibrous nonwoven fabric comprising lyocell fiber and having a hardened adherent coating comprising a crosslinked binder, abrasive particles, and a lubricant.

ABRASIVE DISC WITH LATERAL COVER LAYER
A grinding disc includes an inner layer (20) which is made of grindable material (containing abrasive particles) and an outer layer (20) which covers at least a portion of the surface of the inner layer (50) and which is made of non-grindable material (i.e. not-containing abrasive grain).
