Knife gauge
Systems, devices, and methods for providing different types of sharpeners for knives with a removable angle gauge to determine which knife sharpener to use for individual knives. The sharpener can include three angle sizes of honing ceramic dual wheel sharpeners, three angle sizes of edge shaving diamond coated dual wheel sharpeners, and three angle sizes of new edge blade tungsten rod sharpeners. One angle size can cover approximately 13 degrees to approximately 15 degrees, and include 14 degrees. An angle size can cover approximately 16 degrees to approximately 18 degrees and include 17 degrees. And a third angle size can cover approximately 19 degrees to approximately 21 degrees and include 20 degrees. The removable angle gauge can be a generally rectangular plate with a plurality of grooves, that cover an approximately 13 degree groove, an approximately 14 degree groove, an approximately 15 degree groove, an approximately 16 degree groove, an approximately 17 degree groove, an approximately 18 degree groove, an approximately 19 degree groove, an approximately 20 degree groove, and an approximately 21 degree groove.
TOOLS, APPARATUSES AND METHODS FOR SHARPENING OF CUTTING EDGES
A grinding- and polishing tool in combination, comprising a stave which has an edge-treatment side comprising a primary treatment area covering a part of its length, and which in the length direction of the stave is followed by an adjoining secondary treatment area covering another part of the length of the stave. The treatment areas are oriented at intersecting planes such that an intermediate angle between adjoining primary and secondary treatment areas is other than 180°. Also disclosed are a tool assembly, an attachment for a food slicer machine, and a method, all of which are unique implementations of the combined grinding- and polishing tool.
DEVICE FOR SHARPENING AND CLEANING A SHAVING DEVICE WITH A RAZOR BLADE MOUNTED IN A RAZOR BLADE UNIT
A device for sharpening and cleaning a shaving device with a razor blade mounted in a razor blade unit includes a main body and a strip-type leather section. This should significantly increase the lifespan or useful life of a razor blade unit of this type, it is economical to produce and can be easily handled in the practical application. This is achieved in that the main body also includes a liquid reservoir that can be compressed with the application of pressure.
Adjustable Sharpener
An adjustable sharpener including a body having two sharpening slots, a first arm with a first abrasive element connected to a second arm with a second abrasive element, and a third arm with a third abrasive element connected to a fourth arm with a fourth abrasive element. The first and second abrasive elements are positioned in the first sharpening slot, and the third and fourth abrasive elements are positioned in the second sharpening slot. The adjustable sharpener also includes an adjuster connected to the body and an adjustment assembly connected to the adjuster, the first arm and the third arm. Linear movement of the adjuster causes rotational movement of the first arm and the third arm. In this regard, the adjuster allows the user to manually increase or decrease the sharpening angle between the abrasive elements in the sharpening slots.

KNIFE SHARPENING ANGLE GUIDE
The invention relates to hand tools of knife sharpening, especially for sharpening of kitchen knifes, namely relates to angle guides for knife sharpening. This angle guide has a removably attachable body that is put on a sharpening rod through a hole going through the body, which has the ability to move back and forth on the rod. The body has guiding cutouts for the blade of a knife that allow to maintain the desired angle against the sharpening rod during the sharpening procedure. At least one pair of cutouts with inclined narrowing cavities are formed in the body on its opposing sides in opposing directions, which allows to alternate between the sides of the blade during the sharpening process and in this way much less burr is produced.

Knife sharpening device
A device for sharpening a knife. The device includes an enclosure, first and second grinding strips, first and second grinding strip holders, and first, second, third and fourth pendulum rods. Each of the first and second grinding strip holders have a lower section. The first grinding strip holder holds the first grinding strip and the second grinding strip holder holds the second grinding strip. The first and second grinding strip holders are movably arranged next to each another in the enclosure so that the first and second grinding strips intersect to form a movable sharpening slot having a V-shape. The first and second pendulum rods are hinged to the first grinding strip holder at the lower section via a lower joint. The third and forth pendulum rods are hinged to the second grinding strip holder at the lower section via a lower joint.
