WORKPIECE CLAMP DEVICE CAPABLE FOR CHANGING CLAMP ANGLE
A workpiece clamp device capable for changing clamp angle is arranged on a base plane and comprises a first and a second movable blocks, a driving block, at least one first and at least one second elastic members, at least one first and at least one second cylinders, and at least one third and at least one fourth elastic members. Since the first and the second cylinders are slightly rotatably and detachably respectively embedded in the first and the second embedding grooves to make the first and the second rough surfaces be exposed and the elasticity of the third and the fourth elastic members is cooperated therewith, the first and the second rough surfaces are slightly fine-tuned based on the shapes and sizes of the workpieces so as to be suitable for clamping and fastening the workpieces with different shapes.

A workpiece clamp device with single side is disclosed. When a bolt is screwed in relative to a base plane, an elastic member is compressed by a first and a second stop portions and a second clamp surface of a driving block is limited by a second wall surface. A first inclined surface is pushed leftward by a second inclined surface so that a tool is clamped by the first clamp surface and a first wall surface. When the bolt is screwed out relative to the base plane, the elastic member is reset due to the compression of the first and the second stop portions. Since the second clamp surface is limited by a second wall surface, the first inclined surface is pushed rightward by the second inclined surface to move the driving block upward so that the force for clamping the tool is released and the tool is disassembled.

A workpiece clamp device with single side is disclosed. When a bolt is screwed in relative to a base plane, an elastic member is compressed by a first and a second stop portions and a second clamp surface of a driving block is limited by a second wall surface. A first inclined surface is pushed leftward by a second inclined surface so that a tool is clamped by the first clamp surface and a first wall surface. In a clamping fixture 1, in particular a vice, with a housing (2) in which a guide track (10) is provided and with at least one base jaw (3, 4) to each of which a clamping jaw (6, 7) can be attached, the cavities or air gaps (21) between the inner wall of the guide grooves (10) and the base jaws (3, 4) should be completely covered. This is achieved in that a seal (11) is inserted into each of the air gaps (21) existing in the housing 2 between the base jaw (3, 4) and the inner wall of the guide track (10) as well as in the parting plane between the base jaws (6, 4) and at the face ends (16) in the area of the guide track (10) running there, and that the particular seal (11) is held in a specified position by means of a support strip (12).
Clamping fixture, in particular a vice
In a clamping fixture 1, in particular a vice, with a housing (2) in which a guide track (10) is provided and with at least one base jaw (3, 4) to each of which a clamping jaw (6, 7) can be attached, the cavities or air gaps (21) between the inner wall of the guide grooves (10) and the base jaws (3, 4) should be completely covered. This is achieved in that a seal (11) is inserted into each of the air gaps (21) existing in the housing 2 between the base jaw (3, 4) and the inner wall of the guide track (10) as well as in the parting plane between the base jaws (6, 4) and at the face ends (16) in the area of the guide track (10) running there, and that the particular seal (11) is held in a specified position by means of a support strip (12).
Pin clamp
A pin clamp assembly has a housing, an actuating device and a movable locating pin. A clamping device is coupled with the actuating device to move within the locator pin. The clamping device includes a rod and a finger. The finger extends and retracts in and out of the locating pin to enable the locating pin and clamping device to be moved so that the clamping finger clamps a workpiece.

The present invention relates to a straight edge clamp that has a clamping head assembly and an end stop mounted upon the body of the straight edge. The clamping head assembly has a locking assembly that allows it to be locked to the straight edge.
