Vise quick-change base with improved structure
A quick-change vice base with improved structure, which comprises: a base body, a quick-change coupler, a moveable block set and a central bolt, wherein, the bottoms of the first moveable block and second moveable block are respectively locked with a moveable block positioning base, one end of the moveable block positioning base has a pushing block; when the lead screw rotates clockwise, the first moveable block and the second moveable block will move toward the quick-change coupler, so that the curved stopping blocks on the first moveable block and the second moveable block will be fitted into the recesses of the quick-change coupler; when the lead screw rotates anticlockwise, the first movable block and the second movable block will move away from the quick-change coupler and drive the moveable block positioning seat to move simultaneously.
QUICK CLAMP PIPE VISE AND METHOD
A pipe clamp has a base with a fixed jaw and a beam extending from the base. A movable jaw member is slidably mounted on the beam. The movable jaw member includes a movable jaw disposed opposite the fixed jaw. A pivotable handle is mounted to the movable jaw member and a clamping mechanism is connected to the pivotable handle and operated by the pivotable handle to move the movable jaw relative to the fixed jaw. A latch secures the pivotable handle in any of a plurality of positions. A tripod stand may be provided for supporting the pipe clamp, the tripod having a multi-compartment storage spreader.
Worktable Clamp Structure
A worktable clamp structure includes a clamp unit, a bushing unit, and a worktable. The worktable includes a tabletop and a frame. Each side edge of the frame has a plurality of pairs of side perforations, and a central perforation is provided between each pair of the side perforations. The bushing unit is inserted and fixed to and the side perforations and the central perforation of the frame of the worktable. The clamp unit is movably mounted to the bushing unit. The clamp unit and the bushing unit can be mounted to the side perforations and the central perforation at either side edge of the frame of the worktable according to the demand, without the need to fix the clamp unit to the tabletop of the worktable in a destructive manner. This can prevent deformation of a clamping seat due to the force applied thereto to achieve structural stability and ease of use.
Pen vice
A pen vice includes a base, an operating device mounted onto the base and multiple studs vertically secured on the base, wherein the studs correspond to two opposite sides of the base. Two parallel link mechanisms respectively mounted onto the studs that correspond to the two opposite sides of the base. A first sliding jaw and a second sliding jaw is disposed between the two parallel link mechanisms. The two parallel link mechanisms drive the first sliding jaw and the second sliding jaw to clamp or release a pen shank.
Centric clamping device
A centric clamping device, which contains a main body, two clamping jaws, guided so they can be displaced on the main body, and an adjusting spindle, supported by a spindle bearing so that it can rotate on the main body for the opposing adjustment of the two clamping jaws. A high-precision spindle bearing, optimally protected against soiling, is attained in that the spindle bearing is located in a bearing block and two bearing sleeves, which can be adjusted axially within the bearing block.
FRICTION HOLDING STOP FOR A VISE
A vise assembly includes a base and a pair of side walls extending from the base having guideways. A jaw is configured for guided movement by the guideways. A friction holding stop is secured to the jaw configured to selectively and frictionally engage a surface of the base and inhibit sliding movement of the jaw on the guideways. The friction holding stop includes a support secured to the jaw including a cavity opening toward the surface of the base. A member is disposed within the cavity and movable toward and away from the surface, the member having a portion engageable with the surface of the base. A spring is configured to urge the member toward the surface of the base. An actuator is coupled to the member and the support, the actuator configured to selectively move the member away from the surface against a spring force from the spring.
Chuck adapted for automated coupling
A chuck for clamping workpieces or tools in a clamping space with a clamping force (F). The chuck includes at least two chuck jaws movable in translation along one clamping plane (E) in the direction of one center Z of the clamping space and a gear train located at least largely within the chuck for transfer of a driving torque of a drive motor, which can be coupled to the gear train by coupling means of the gear train, to the chuck jaws for movement of the chuck jaws. The coupling means able to be coupled to a corresponding coupling connection of the drive motor. The movement from the maximum size of the clamping space to the minimum size of the clamping space is executed via the gear train from the drive motor.
Tailgate with workbench structure, vehicle assembly with the same, and methods of manufacturing, integrating, and using the same
Tailgates, tailgates with integrated workbench structures, vehicle assemblies with the same, and methods of manufacturing, integrating, and using the same are disclosed. The tailgates and other pivoting-structures described herein can include one or more integrated workbench structures that are adjustable into different configurations, e.g., at least a first configuration and a second configuration. This allows the workbench structures to support different functions, e.g., holding, supporting, cutting, drilling, sanding, assembling, and/or disassembling objects, among other things. The integrated workbench structures can include support arms, bracing elements, vises, rulers, fasteners, or other adjustable structures that can be operated, modified, or used in different circumstances. The tailgates and other pivoting-structures described herein can also include elements that provide support in an open position, e.g., in some instances, without the use of cables, arms, or struts.
Workpiece fixing jig and workpiece fixing method using the same
A workpiece fixing jig 1 includes a base 2 to be fixed on a table, and a clamping mechanism 10 provided on the base 2 for clamping a workpiece. The clamping mechanism 10 includes a first clamping portion 20 and a second clamping portion 30 provided to face each other. At least one of the first and second clamping portions 20 and 30 is configured to move forward and backward with respect to the other along a moving direction and the moving direction is set to a direction intersecting a direction in which the base 2 is fixed on the table. In using this workpiece fixing jig 1, the base 2 is fixed on the table after the workpiece is clamped between the first clamping portion 20 and the second clamping portion 30.
Vise system having modular mechanism and method of manufacture thereof
A vise system and method of manufacture of thereof includes: a base frame having an upper rail, a base portion, and a vise channel; a handhold vent in a lateral sidewall of the base portion; a jaw carrier assembly within the vise channel of the base frame; and a jaw assembly attached to the jaw carrier assembly.
