A positioning structure of a clamper of a threading machine for a racket contains: a rack, an engagement protrusion, an operation member, and two springs. A fixing holder is erected on a support plate of the threading machine, and the rack includes multiple first teeth, the fixing holder includes an accommodation chamber with an opening. The engagement protrusion is received in the accommodation chamber and includes a toothed extension on which multiple second teeth are formed. The engagement protrusion further includes a recess and an abutting fence. The operation member includes a drive portion and a push portion. The two springs are mounted on a top of the engagement protrusion, and two ends of each spring abut against the engagement protrusion and the fixing holder respectively so that each spring forces the engagement protrusion to engage with the rack.

Wire clamp

A wire clamp includes a base and first and second jaws. The first jaw is pivotally mounted to a first upright portion of the base via a first pivot axle, and the second jaw is pivotally mounted to a second upright portion of the base via a second pivot axle. The first and second jaws crisscross each other at an overlap area, and are spring-biased to pivot relative to the base towards a closed position. Respective hook members of the first and second jaws define a mouth above the overlap area that is configured to receive a wire. A size of the mouth adjusts automatically to a size of the wire within the mouth as the first and second jaws pivot towards the closed position. The wire may be held within the mouth in an in-line orientation with a corresponding terminal to which the wire will be crimped.

A vice jaw deflecting structure, comprising a vice main body, a lead screw positioning seat, a lead screw, a first flexible jaw set and a second flexible jaw set; the guide slot of the vice main body has a bottom surface, a first side wall surface, and a second side wall surface; the first flexible jaw set and the second flexible jaw set have a slide, a jaw and a limiting component; the slide is configured with a limiting block protruding toward the jaw, the limiting block protrudes toward the lead screw positioning seat and is formed with a custom character-shaped stop block having a curved top view; the jaw bottom surface has a first convex wall surface and a second convex wall surface matching and contacting the first side wall surface and the second side wall surface.

Modular vise

A vise having a modular construction that allows for ease of manufacture, assembly, and changeover or replacement of wear items, such as gripping surfaces of jaws of the vise. The modular construction also provides for reduced weight of the vise compared to conventional cast type vises. The vise also incorporates quick adjustment features allowing for the vise to be easily rotated, a position and size of an opening of the jaws to be rapidly adjusted, and a clamping force applied with ease.

Woodworking vise

A woodworking vise includes a profiled vise body (1), a first jaw (2) and a second jaw (2′). The first jaw (2) and the second jaw (2′) are disposed at both ends of the vise body along its longitudinal axis. The woodworking vise further includes at least one movable jaw (3). The at least one movable jaw (3) is slidably connected to a top surface of the profiled vise body. Between the movable jaw (3) and the top surface of the profiled vise body (1), a locking block (36) is disposed, and a bottom surface of the locking block (36) is slidably connected to the top surface of the profiled vise body (1). The movable jaw (3) includes a force applying means (34) and a camshaft (35). The camshaft (35) has at least one cam, and the force applying means (34) is connected to the camshaft (35). Moreover, the force applying means (34) is able to rotate about a center axis of the camshaft (35) to drive the camshaft (35) to rotate therewith to cause the cam of the camshaft (35) to press against the locking block (36) and, by means of the locking block (36), press and secure the movable jaw (3) against and to the top surface of the vise body (1). Wherein, the center axis of the camshaft (35) is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the profiled vise body (1). This woodworking vise can solve the problem of an angle of clamping deviation.
