F-clamp
A F-clamp contains: a first clamping arm, a second clamping arm, a connection rod, and a locking mechanism. The first clamping arm includes an opening configured to accommodate and rotatably connect with the connection rod. A first side of the second clamping arm is fitted with the connection rod, and a distance between the first clamping arm and the second clamping arm changes when the second clamping arm slides along the connection rod. The locking mechanism includes a screw element screwing with a first side of the first clamping arm and abutting against the connection rod, and a contacting position of the screw element and the connection rod is lower than a rotatable connection position of the first clamping arm and the connection rod. The locking mechanism includes a rotary lever exposing outside the first side of the first clamping arm adjacent to the opening.
SOFT TISSUE MOBILIZATION DEVICE
The present soft tissue mobilization device has a quick-release bar clamp and various attachments for its jaws that exert pressure on soft tissue to improve mobility. The bar clamp allows for applying sustained and incremental pressure at various angles. The shape of the attachment surfaces that contact the soft tissue are either complementary toward each other, when they are intended to squeeze the targeted soft tissue between them, or to the body structure against which they are intended to press. Combining a more helpful means of generating and exerting pressure with the right surface contours significantly improves the overall effectiveness of the device, diminishes any associated pain and discomfort, and reduces the time necessary to achieve results.
Clamping device for a sample preparation
The clamping device according to the invention for clamping at least two processing devices for a sample preparation is made up essentially of at least three clamping blocks arranged in the axial direction, at least two of which are designed as movable clamping blocks, and a displacement mechanism for displacing the movable clamping blocks between an open position for inserting the processing devices, and a clamping position in which the at least two processing devices are clamped one on top of the other in the axial direction between two clamping blocks in each case. The displacement mechanism is designed for displacing the at least two movable clamping blocks in opposite directions.
Methods and apparatus for clamping tools
The present invention is directed generally to tools that are high quality, strong, and lightweight. For example, various tools such as clamps may be made using parts containing a compound or alloy including magnesium. Magnesium may be for cast or extruded parts. In one embodiment, an F style clamp may be made with one or both of the two cooperating jaw members or sections being cast from a magnesium compound or alloy. In one variation, the F style clamp may include a shaft made from extruded magnesium. In another embodiment, a C style clamp may be made with the C shaped frame being cast from a magnesium compound or alloy. In a further embodiment, a bar clamp having trigger indexing may me made with one or both of two jaw members or sections being cast from a magnesium compound or alloy. In a variation, the bar may be an extruded magnesium.
Device for mounting wall objects
The present invention relates to a device for mounting wall objects. The device has a vertical member and a horizontal member attached to one another along a fold line. The vertical member has a wall-facing side that engages and is secured to a wall or surface by receiving connection members through one or more mounting holes. The horizontal member, in some arrangements, has a pair of flanges that form a gap along an outer end opposite the fold line. A pair of spaced-apart support braces that form a slot extend generally down the middle between the horizontal and vertical member. The slot allows for the reception of a brace or clamp that can be held in place by inserting a locking pin through aligned sets of locking holes and through either a brace hole in the brace or a fixing hole in a transverse hole of the clamp.
Clamping cable lockout
A clamping cable lockout device includes a pair of clamp jaws that are supported by a body and an arm movable relative thereto. A jaw release permits a one-way ratcheting of the arm relative to the body to reduce the distance between the jaws unless the jaw release is actuated to a release position. The device also has a cable having an end secured to the body and a free end. A cable securing mechanism is supported by the body and has a lockable cover selectively permitting access thereto such that, when the cable securing mechanism receives the free end of the cable and the cover is closed, a closed loop by the cable which can only be made smaller. The lockable cover has a blocking arm that, when lockable cover is in the closed position, prevents actuation of the jaw release to the release position.
Hand Operated Gripping Tools
The main fixed handle optionally incorporates two swivel out arms, which can form part of a three-legged base. When operated thus, the jaws and moving handle point generally upwards from the formed base, the moving handle can now be operated by one hand leaving the other free to position the workpiece. The moving handle can incorporate a further locking switch that can be utilised in both a switchable locking position or non-locking position upon a sprung toothed strut between the handles, at least one of which further incorporates a curved resilient portion in order to provide useful sprung closure of the parallel moving jaws upon the workpiece in the locking method. A lanyard can be optimally attached to the swivel out arm ends to provide the user with a chest mounted portable vice.
PLIERS
A pliers is provided, including a main body, a slidable member, a swingable assembly and a clamp assembly. The slidable assembly is attached to the main body. The swingable assembly includes a swingable member and a connecting member, and the swingable member is pivoted to one of two ends of the slidable member and one of two ends of the connecting member. The clamp assembly includes a first clamp portion and a second clamp portion, and the first clamp portion is disposed on the slidable member.
Multifaceted vise-jaw cover
A firearm maintenance aid can include a firearm vise and a firearm support device. Firearm vise can include vise jaws, a threaded rod connecting vise jaws together, and jaw pin holes in each jaw, the holes extending from an outer surface of a jaw through to an inner surface of each jaw, wherein the holes in the first jaw align with the holes in the second jaw. Firearm support device can include a clamping portion and a supporting portion. The clamping portion can be clamped between the jaws of the firearm vise, can include two parallel clamping faces, and can define vise pin holes that align with the jaw pin holes. The supporting portion can be located opposite the clamping portion and can include a cylindrical shaft. Vise pins can be received by the jaw pin holes and vise pin holes to fixedly connect the support device to the vise.
Clamping handle assemblies and method of use
