BLANK HOLDER FOR A DENTAL MILLING MACHINE
The invention relates to a blank holder for a dental milling machine. The blank holder has a clamping frame with a receptacle for a blank. The clamping frame includes a first frame part and a second frame part which are pivotable relative to one another to open the receptacle. A first clamping face is formed on the first frame part and a second clamping face is formed on the second frame part. The clamping faces engage an outer periphery of the blank with the clamping frame closed. To configure a blank holder so that the blank is fixed in the clamping frame in a play-free manner, provision is made to form one of the clamping faces on an annular clamping ring. The clamping ring is held on a frame part and is displaceable counter to a force in the axial direction.
Fixing Device
A fixing device adapted to fix at least one needle-shaped member comprises a fixing base and a fixing mechanism. The fixing base has at least one positioning groove disposed at a front end of the fixing base. The needle-shaped member is adapted to be positioned in the positioning groove. The fixing mechanism has at least one pressing protrusion at a front end of the fixing mechanism. The pressing protrusion is adapted to press and hold the needle-shaped member in the positioning groove.
Fixing Device
A fixing device adapted to fix at least one needle-shaped member comprises a fixing base and a fixing mechanism. The fixing base has at least one positioning groove disposed at a front end of the fixing base. The needle-shaped member is adapted to be positioned in the positioning groove. The fixing mechanism has at least one pressing protrusion at a front end of the fixing mechanism. The pressing protrusion is adapted to press and hold the needle-shaped member in the positioning groove.
Clamping and positioning device and operation method thereof
A clamping and positioning device includes a base, a rotary member, a moving assembly and an elastic member. The rotary member is rotatably disposed on the base and includes a stopping surface facing the base. The moving assembly includes a moving member movably disposed on the base to have a first and a second position. When being at the first position, the moving member is pressed against the rotary member to allow the stopping surface to apply a normal force to the base; when being at the second position, a gap is formed between the moving member and the rotary member so the normal force applied by the stopping surface of the rotary member is released from the base. The elastic member has two ends connected to the base and the moving member, respectively. The elastic member normally causes the moving member to be at the first position.
Pneumatically operable work tool
A pneumatically operable work tool for use in body construction in the motor vehicle industry includes a cylinder which has a cylinder housing, a piston moveable therein and a piston rod, which is connected to said piston, moveable linearly and guided out of the cylinder housing, and with a head housing connected to the cylinder housing, wherein a region of the piston rod protruding into the head housing cooperates with at least one toggle lever to pivot an arm assigned to the toggle lever, in particular a gripper arm or clamping arm, wherein this arm is mounted in the head housing and is pivotable between a closed position and an opened position. In the region of its end protruding into the head housing, the piston rod receives a bearing element for the toggle lever, wherein the bearing element is guided in a guide of the head housing in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the piston rod, and the bearing element, at a radial distance from the longitudinal axis of the piston rod, has a receiver for pivotable mounting of a hinge connector, which in the region of an end facing away from the bearing element is connected pivotably to the arm at a distance from a pivot axis of the arm, wherein the end pivot axes of the hinge connector and the pivot axis of the arm are arranged parallel to each other.
TOGGLE CLAMP DEVICE, IN PARTICULAR FOR USE IN VEHICLE BODY MANUFACTURING IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
The invention relates to a toggle clamp device, in particular for use in vehicle body manufacturing in the automotive industry. The worldwide industry standard for the range of toggle clamps in the automotive industry contains the same technical data for the structural dimensions, clamping and retaining forces and cylinder diameters. Deviating from this standard while maintaining the technical data, according to the invention, smaller cylinder diameters are used which lead to a reduction in compressed air or energy consumption of between 25 to 60%.
Clamp apparatus
A driving force transmission mechanism of a clamp apparatus includes first link arms, which are pivotally supported for rotation on ends of first and second piston rods, and second link arms, which connect other ends of the first link arms to respective ends on one end side of first and second clamp arms. Further, first rollers, which are provided on the one end of the first link arms, are guided in a horizontal direction along guide grooves of first guide members, and second rollers, which are provided on the other ends of the first link arms and the second link arms, are guided in a vertical direction along guide grooves of second guide members.
Clamp apparatus
A clamp apparatus includes a support body that projects in a sideways direction of a body, together with a clamp arm, which is disposed rotatably in facing relation to the support body. On the support body, a support member, which extends in a horizontal direction, is disposed detachably with respect to a coupling hole of the body, whereas a connecting body, which interconnects a pair of arm members, is disposed detachably on an end of the clamp arm. A clamp release mechanism, which releases a clamped state when the clamp arm is locked, is disposed in the body, and is configured to press a joint of a driving force transmission mechanism that is accommodated in the body toward the side of a drive unit.

An actuating device which comprises a housing inside of which a slidably displaceable actuating element and sensing means adapted to detect the positioning of the actuating element are provided, wherein the actuating element is coupled to at least one triggering part and the housing comprises at least one reading opening through which the positioning of the at least one triggering part at at least one sensing position can be detected; further wherein the sensing means are placed outside the housing at the reading opening and the at least one triggering part is completely housed inside the housing, the at least one reading opening being sealed with a cover made of a material adapted to allow the detection of the triggering part when placed at the at least one sensing position.
Clamping device with removable handles
A clamping device has a clamp and a removable handle. A pair of clamping arms is on the clamp. A pivoting device includes a clamp bushing linked with each of the clamping arms of the pair of clamping arms to move the pair of arms between an opened and closed position. The removable handle couples with the clamp bushing. The removable handle includes a release mechanism to actuate the pivot mechanism to move the clamping arms between the open and clamped positions.
