Machining device
The invention relates to a machining device, in particular for machining workpieces of wood, wood materials, plastic or the like, comprising a workpiece table with a workpiece holder for holding at least one workpiece, and a feeding device for supplying at least one workpiece to the workpiece table, wherein the workpiece can be positioned in three dimensions with respect to the workpiece table. The invention further relates to a corresponding method.
Fixed angle clamping pliers
Right angle clamping pliers include a four-bar linkage clamping mechanism coupled to opposing pairs of clamping arms. Any of a variety of detachable clamping members can be attached to each clamping arm. Some clamping members orient the parts being joined. For example, right angle clamping members orient edges and curved C-shaped clamping members orient tubes, pipes and other cylindrical parts. Different types of clamping members can be used in a single configuration to accommodate a wide variety of parts to be joined.
Corner clamp for woodworking
A corner clamp for woodworking includes a clamp body having a carrying seat, the carrying seat having a slide surface with an elongate guide hole and an anti-slip portion; a slider, having a frame-shaped base that includes a guide block, a press portion, an accommodating room and at least one receiving portion having a through hole; a chuck; at least one detent, having a detent body movable in the through hole; and an eccentric pull member, having a first eccentric portion relative to the detent. When the chuck clamps two boards, the eccentric pull member is pulled toward the chuck so that the first eccentric portion presses the detent to be in tight contact with the stop-slip portion to prevent the boards from loosening when the boards are clamped.
Two-in-One Angle Clamp
Present invention teaches a two-in-one angle clamp where individual angle clamps can be moved and locked to a desired angle on a base plate to work with work pieces set at an desired angle to each other, with supporting magnet rest pieces to provide horizontal support at a height that's either matching the thickness of the base plate or the combined thickness of the base plate and the clamping head.
Wood clamp with lateral support member
Embodiments are directed to a wood clamp that grips two perpendicularly arranged boards. A pair of gripping elements having planar surfaces may define a gripping jaw that is moveable to grip a first board A lateral support member may extend from a spacer orthogonally from a longitudinal direction of the pair of gripping elements and may define a projection. The projection may be configured to prevent sliding of a second board supported by the lateral support member and abutting the first board. A lockable handle assembly coupled with the pair of gripping elements may be configured to manipulate an offset between the pair of gripping elements by moving at least one of the pair of gripping elements and locking a position of the planar surfaces to maintain the offset using a linkage.
DEVICE FOR ASSEMBLING PANELS
An apparatus for assembling a panel, the apparatus including a main support, a press head and a movable stop, where the movable stop has at least two adjustable tensioning elements, a stop element and gripping means, each of the adjustable tensioning elements including a front end and a rear end, each admitting at least one opening position and one closing position, where the stop element is joined in an articulated way to the front ends of the adjustable tensioning elements, where the gripping means are joined to the rear ends of the adjustable tensioners, the gripping means admitting a first position in which the adjustable tensioning elements are configured in the opening position and a second position wherein the adjustable tensioning elements are configured in the closing position.
Methods and apparatus for clamping tools
The present invention is directed generally to tools that are high quality, strong, and lightweight. For example, various tools such as clamps may be made using parts containing a compound or alloy including magnesium. Magnesium may be for cast or extruded parts. In one embodiment, an F style clamp may be made with one or both of the two cooperating jaw members or sections being cast from a magnesium compound or alloy. In one variation, the F style clamp may include a shaft made from extruded magnesium. In another embodiment, a C style clamp may be made with the C shaped frame being cast from a magnesium compound or alloy. In a further embodiment, a bar clamp having trigger indexing may me made with one or both of two jaw members or sections being cast from a magnesium compound or alloy. In a variation, the bar may be an extruded magnesium.
Release mechanism for clamping tools
The present invention provides an improved release mechanism for clamping tools where problems of thread slipping due to worn out thread can be reduced by the structure of a plunger with a small diameter section and the engagement of the thread shaft is made more secure by the cam action on account of the shape of the plunger. A protrusion extends from a push button on a top portion of the half-threaded nut. Threads are formed on an upper portion of the hole for engaging the threaded shaft. The middle portion of the plunger is made to have a section of small diameter allowing the protrusion to be pushed downward in a normal position and allowing the protrusion to rely on the resilient power of the helical spring to push it upward into the small diameter section.
TRUSS ASSEMBLY TABLE WITH PRESSING MECHANISMS
A truss assembly table including a table frame, a tabletop, a first pressing mechanism, and a second pressing mechanism, wherein the pressing mechanisms are each configured to apply an even amount of force to the chord members and chords of a truss built on the truss assembly table during the truss assembly process and thus reduce the likelihood that the truss will be improperly built.
