SUBSTRATE CLAMPING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a display manufacturing field. Disclosed is a substrate clamping device. The substrate is arranged on the trolley. The clamping arms arranged on the trolley are used for fixing the substrate. The clamping arms move up and down as rotating by means of the rotary lifting mechanism, thereby clamping and releasing the substrate. The impact on the substrate is small in the entire clamping process, and the handling of the substrate is facilitated. The clamping arms arranged around the substrate and symmetrically arranged in pair can keep the force of the substrate uniformly and can clamp the substrate more reliably.
PLANARITY ALIGNMENT OF STENCILS AND WORKPIECES
An alignment system for a workpiece printing machine comprises a stencil support and a workpiece support, and a planarity control mechanism having at least two actuators arranged to effect relative rotation of the stencil support and workpiece support about both the horizontal axes.
FIXTURE AND METHOD OF CLAMPING A PLURALITY OF FRAME-SHAPED WORKPIECES
A fixture and a method for clamping a plurality of frame-shaped workpieces. The fixture includes a plurality of clamping members adapted to be alternately stacked with the plurality of frame-shaped workpieces along a stacking direction; the plurality of clamping members having positioning holes aligned to each other in the stacking direction; and a locking assembly at least partially arranged in the positioning holes and adapted to press the plurality of clamping members in the stacking direction to allow the plurality of clamping members to be clamped in position.
COMPRESSING APPARATUS AND COMPRESSING JIG THEREOF
A compressing apparatus has a compressing jig and a pressing device. The compressing jig has a lower compressing assembly and an upper compressing assembly. The lower compressing assembly has a lower mount with at least one pitching plate and at least one limiting set. Each one of the at least one limiting set has multiple poles disposed around a corresponding pitching plate. Each one of the multiple poles has a top end higher than the corresponding pitching plate and a limiting indention disposed at the top end with a supporting portion disposed at a same height with the corresponding pitching plate. The upper compressing assembly has at least one clamping plate respectively aligned with the at least one pitching plate and being movable up and down. The pressing device has a base with a receiving space to receive the upper compressing assembly.
Hold-down clamping apparatus
A hold-down clamping apparatus comprising a hold-down clamp with body having a top lip and pair of guide legs disposed between a central screw in the body and a support having holes in vertical alignment with the legs and the screw for securing and holding down a sheet material for processing. The screw is threaded through the support screw hole as the legs are inserted within support holes until the top lips contacts the sheet material to hold down the material and to prevent twisting of the hold-down clamp. Supports with clamps may be fastened to tools or supports. In one embodiment, the support has a grid of holes for securing a plurality of materials with hold-down clamps. In another embodiment, the hold-down clamp comprises a top lip and a guide beam slotted in a support and secured.
MAGNETIC COUPLING DEVICE WITH AT LEAST ONE OF A SENSOR ARRANGEMENT AND A DEGAUSS CAPABILITY
Magnetic coupling devices are disclosed having magnetic field sensors. The magnetic coupling device may include degaussing coils wrapped about pole extension shoes of the magnetic coupling device.

BAR CLAMP WITH WORKPIECE STABILIZATION
Provided is a clamp that includes a rail with a track region, a first clamping jaw that is to be maintained at a first clamping location along the rail while a plurality of edge-aligned objects are clamped together. A second clamping jaw is adjustable along the track region of the rail and is to be maintained at a second clamping location along the rail on an opposite side of the plurality of edge-aligned objects from the first clamping jaw. A clamping mechanism urges a face of the second clamping jaw toward the first clamping jaw to impart a compressive force on the plurality of edge-aligned objects. A caul extends between the first and second clamping jaws and exerts a compressive force on the plurality of edge-aligned objects disposed between the caul and the rail.
Method and means for securing a face frame to a box cabinet
A method of securing a face frame to a cabinet box whereby spring clamps clamp the face frame to the cabinet box during the gluing process. The method eliminates the need for nails, staples, pocket screws or the like. The spring clamp of the invention enables the face frame to be secured to the outer ends of the cabinet box.
Clamping apparatus for a level
The invention provides a clamping system that includes a vise and a cooperating level holder to facilitate a wide range of options for positioning a level with respect to a structural member.
